I had an incredible time last year but this time we were misled about the pool being out of order and Expedia booked us the wrong room according to Hilton. There were also some scary guests staying in the hotel.

Beautiful room, very polite and friendly staff. Pool, gym and breakfast included and right beside University Mall and CVS. All for a very competitive price. Definitely will stay there again!

We were 6 persons and the suite was not suitable for all of us. Chairs and blankets in the room were not enough (2 chairs and just 1 blanket in winter time is not good), phone at the room didn't work to call reception. Pool was not in service. The only thing that was very good was the breakfast.

Clean, great breakfast, breakfast ladies were awesome. Easy access to airport, easy and free parking. Located within steps of a Target and Barnes and Nobles. Easy access to interstate, about 5-7 minute drive to church marketplace. Big rooms with full kitchen. Had a very nice stay. Quiet and safe.

Once in the room, it was very roomy and comfortable. No complaints there. The problems were getting to the hotel and getting luggage into the room. The hotel is located near a large mall and shopping area, which at certain times of the day creates a traffic nightmare. We arrived at one of those times, 4:30 pm, rush hour. Traffic coming off the interstate exit created a total blockage to the hotel drive, and there is only one drive in and out. We were within 15 feet of the driveway entry and simply could not cross the lane of traffic to get to the hotel. We had to go 6 blocks to turn around and come in from the other direction, where we then were forced to block traffic ourselves to gain entry. A total time of 25 minutes to get entry to the hotel driveway from 15 feet away! Then when we arrive, we just want to get to our room and relax, but the hotel has these ridiculously small luggage carts that are unstable. They hold so little luggage that it took us 3 trips, another 30 minutes, to get all the luggage to the room. For those two reasons, we would not stay at this particular location again, or recommend it to anyone, even though we like Homewood Suites in general.

Having a free shuttle pick us up from the airport to the hotel is always appreciated. The front desk staff were so friendly and allowed us to check into our rooms early. Although the breakfast buffet was over, fresh fruit and delicious muffins were available as well as coffee. We love the spacious rooms (kitchenette, dining table, living room). The beds were very comfortable. The Windjammer restaurant was recommended by Kevin at the front desk and it was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay.

The floors weren’t vacuumed, we found someone else’s medicine bottle under the bedside table, and there was broken glass in the 3rd floor hallway near room 320. This hotel was better around 2017 when we started there last. Don’t think we’d go back.

The stay was a bit disappointing The staff were nice and the room was spacious However, it could have been cleaner The bathroom is in desperate need of updating The shower didnt work well and the bath tap would run at the same time It could have been cleaner the fridge and kitchen wasnt that clean and we actually found a cockroach in our room The room next foor were throwing a party, there was actually a balloon pinned to the outside of their door and the noise was loud despite us being in a suite with an entire room between us We were placed on the first floor right next to the car park Overall the stay wasnt great and I wouldnt recommend The bed was comfy enough and as I say it was nice and spacious but it wasnt clean enough and it wasnt a peaceful trip given that parties were going on

The breakfast and pool were great, and room was fine for the cost, so I\'m trying leave a balanced review. My major issue is that the pull out sofa in our room was unusable. The mattress was so bad you could feel metal coils and my son opted to sleep on the floor versus in the pull out. The staff was also less than helpful. The first guy when I called down said he "would research getting us a cot and call us back". After he didn\'t call back the manager at front desk told me they don\'t actually have cots. Then I had to call for extra pillows 3x. Posting this review in hopes management does something about the pullout in room 420 so no one else has this experience.

Great location for lots of activities for graduation weekend. Loved the kitchen and full breakfast every morning. Pool and hot tub nice touch- shopping is great - ubers pick up and drop off most hours. only downfall is highway noise was very loud - lots of peeling out and revving of engine. recommend earplugs if you aren't used to city traffic noise.

The hotel staff at check in was nice. There's really no soundproofing and you could hear people in the rooms next to you and the traffic outside was extremely loud. The room was clean but the bedding was odd and awful. Very cheap quality for the price we paid and the Hilton name. They did not use comforters but glorified bed skirts and the duvet covers were empty and flimsy. Upon checkout we mentioned this to the staff at the counter. He was rude and unapologetic.

This room was like a luxury studio apartment - spacious with a fully equipped kitchen area (even a dishwasher!), a nice sitting area, and a HUGE bathroom! We were only there 1 night and wished we could stay longer. This was by far the nicest hotel room of our two-week trip.

Amazing. Breakfast with the homemade muffins and quiche was fantastic with a large choice of breakfast items , including fresh fruit and fresh yogurt. Very clean. On check out asked for a paper receipt but because we had booked through hotels.ca they couldn’t print it, then as we were pulling out of the parking lot the manager was waiting on the curb with the printout. His name was John and he went above and beyond so appreciated

A quick stay in Burlington on a Wednesday. Pleasantly surprised to see a social was offered with light food fare, soup, salad, wine and beer. Very clean and convenient. Manager Josh greeted us like family, and remembered us at the Social. Very personable.

Check in clerk was not welcoming at all. Both key cards she gave us did not work. Shampoo bottle was empty. She made no mention of any basic amenities that we needed, e.g. gym, internet, breakfast!

The hotel was great! Located within walking distance to CVS and Target for anything you need. The continental breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic staff and delicious options! Close to everything in Burlington and also highway to go whichever direction for activities!

This hotel was very comfortable and extremely clean. Only negative was some of the furniture had signs of wear on it, but overall a great room. The breakfast was also great - a full breakfast every morning in the lobby from 7-10. Close to UVM and downtown.

Staff was friendly and very enjoyable to chat with. Even the manager took time to chat with us during the Wednesday social time which was a nice surprise during our stay. The homemade selections at breakfast were very good. Veggie scramble and almond joy muffins were delicious. Stay was great.
