The room was ok. The TVs didn't work and were replaced twice and still didn't work. The pool was out of order and the ice machine on our floor didn't work. We were never offered another room with working TVs.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds. The only negative thing was parking kind of stunk. It shares a parking lot with a bunch of other hotels so you don’t even really park where you can see your car.

Hotel lobby is clean and nice. Breakfast is decent.The staff is friendly. We were on the 6th floor. Rooms are smaller than I thought and carpets are old. Nice quiet area close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel parking isn’t great. It is shared with another hotel right across the main entrance. Pool is small. Can use some updates. Overall, I give this hotel 4 stars. It is decent.

Parking sucked. I'm disabled and had to park at the far end of the building and try to walk all the way to the elevator. Of the 5 or 6 handicap parking spots I noted at least two vehicles that did not display a plackard or tags. Out of 1200 residents there will be more than 6 needed spots

I love Embassy properties. This particular hotel is one of my favorites, but the cleanliness has declined greatly. The room was filthy, and it was evident that it has been a long time since the bathroom has been cleaned thoroughly. I’m local to the area and I stay here to give myself a little getaway, so I skipped the shower and drove home to bathe. The staff was very friendly during this busy weekend so I opted not to complain to them.

Check-in lady was abrasive. Didn’t seem happy/friendly/warm. Room was dirty. Bathroom floor had large spots of caked dirt on it. Obviously hadn’t been mopped in a while. Mold throughout the shower. There were pieces of scotch tape stuck to the ceilings. Walls had black marks/scratches all over them. Tabletops were dusty. Chairs and sofa had visible stains on them. Greasy handprints on the headboard. There was no hook for a towel near the shower. Captured 2 spiders in our room during our stay. Just obviously had not been given a thorough clean in a long time. Lobby is beautiful. Breakfast was nice the couple days we had it- but we got there at 10:05 on Sunday AM and the lady told us they closed at 10. Even though we were told at checkin breakfast is til 10:30 on weekends and that’s what the sign even says in front of the restaurant. We appreciated the noon checkout! Overall it’s a nice place- but room needs deep cleaning and some maintenance. Staff could be friendlier.

Check-in was quick and easy. We booked a two queen two room option, but we were in one room with two queen beds. The hotel told us that Hotels.com mislabeled the room, they don’t have any two room options. The A/C would not come on when we arrived, but maintenance quickly resolves the issue within an hour.

This will always be my favorite hotel, the only two things are that the sink in the bathroom had a slow drain, also, it would be nice to have internet TV in the room, like Netflix or Hulu, TV options weren't the best, but all in all, great room, great location, will definitely be staying again...

Hotel is beautiful! Too bad I will NEVER book here again. Apparently reservations are first come, first serve! Showed up there after an 11 hour car ride, exhausted and looking forward to getting to my room…they said they didn’t have one for me! I HAD A RESERVATION! Next customer that walked in was told the same thing!! We were both confused and begging for an alternative…we were told to try another hotel! I asked for a roll away bed in an alternate room, front desk didn’t know if they had one and wasn’t willing to look or ask anyone! Just kept repeating they don’t have the room. Front desk yelled at us for asking for alternatives. Had no willingness to work with us! Don’t reservations hold a room?? Then a customer came up and asked for washcloths, they said they didn’t have any, they ran out! What??! It’s a shame cause the hotel is gorgeous! Customer service is terrible!!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. There were a few hiccups but I would stay here again, when I visit Charlotte. My friend and I had been traveling all morning and just wanted to be able to check in and rest up before we got our night started. There was a lot of mix up and confusion with hotels.com but Ms. Julia assisted and accommodated us right away! She went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I were in a spacious room, although the correct room I booked for, was no longer available to us. I’m not sure if Ryan was the property manager, but he handled us with the best of care. All of the staff on site are super sweet and make your stay feel very welcoming! The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping stopped by almost everyday to check on us and bring fresh towels and rags. All in all, Charlotte was a great place to visit but the hotel stay made it even better! Thank you Julia for all of your help during my stay.

Met Mr. Justin whom was extremely professional and personal. Check went well, black female forgot her name was but I appreciate how accomatating she was to a special request of mine. I am a Embassy Suite hopper and this has been the best this year out of four others.

Over 30 minutes to check in at 10pm due to rooms being "assigned" to guests set to arrive the next day. The system showed no available rooms for us even with a reservation. Once that was fixed, they didnt have the type of room we booked, so 1 person ended up on the couch for 2 nights. I was told by the front desk that this happens when you book with 3rd parties.

Mrs Julia was friendly and funny. I had a problem with my account and her and Ryan fixed it by the time I checked out. I also liked that they offer free breakfast every morning and free drinks from 5-7 everyday. I will definitely stay again when I come to visit Charlotte again.

First of all, i was greeted by name when i walked in the door and my party was handed complimentary beverage tickets. I have never stayed anywhere that treated me so well. Transportation (Uber) was not a problem. I highly recommend staying here. I know i will, if if travel back to the area.

The facility was quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. There are numerous restaurant and places to shop near this location. Several hotels share the same parking lot and sometimes we had to park a distance away. I had read this in the reviews, but we still decided to stay. The breakfast was very nice.

Everything was great. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The staff was super friendly (minus the bartender who wasn’t friendly, but wasn’t rude either. His level of customer service just didn’t match the others). I will stay here every time I come back to Charlotte. Only negative was that i wasn’t close to anywhere that i wanted to visit. It was 20-30 min drive to everywhere i went BUT i knew that because i booked something that wasn’t in the city center.

Facility for Breakfast was very dirty. Food was very average and not that good. Omelette line was very long because only one person working so did not even waste time to eat. I still gave a huge tip because I know the workers are trying but set up was below average and food was just okay. Coffee was very gross and cold also juice was gross. Room was wonderful for what we needed with the kids and price was okay for what we got.

The breakfast was great! You have a lot of options to choose from. The omelettes were delicious and made to order. The service workers were constantly working on moving making sure you had everything you needed. Top tier service. Great experience.
