Les Bains is LOVELY hotel, super chic and unique. it has a rock and roll vibe to it and the same time it's very classy and it smells good! The stuff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and chic, come outfitted with a "breakfast nook" and marble coffee table. Personal touches everywhere like a tester perfume gift, glass water bottles that get replaced every day and your own Le Bains note pad with your name on it....my room also had a fun balcony with 2 chairs and a table overlooking the indoor space and the artwork on the walls. The bar downstairs is fun and beautifully designed ,Very Paris! I would choose it time and time again, high recommended.

This is not a 5 star hotel! Many details were missing from the hotel. Even a bar of soap everyday. I left numerous messages for advise, reservations etc and not one response through e-mail. They closed the bar one night for a private party and our group could not get a drink at all. Location is good and most of the staff was wonderful.

Staff was impeccable. Rooms were spotless. Best sleep ever. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning. We used their airport service coming and going and the Mercedes van was super luxurious. We felt like royalty. Fabulous location. A 4 minute walk took us to Bo & Mei every morning for coffee and pastries. Easy location to Metro and bus. I would stay there again if I had the opportunity.

The hotel is in a great area and clean. I just wouldn't rate it 5 stars as we dind't get our room cleaned every day, which was not ideal. We also didn't get the warmest welcome from the front desk and no one offered to carry our bags from the taxi or open the door each time we left and came back, which you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel has an intense scent of their cologne and the hallways are extremely dark. The beds were comfortable and when we needed something, they were helpful. This is a 4 star hotel from our experience.

We asked iron and iron board - arrived only after reminding the team twice Low battery on the safe - couldn't use it aftef a day Romote control for the t.v - unresponsive The shower had a very bad smell most of the times from a non productive vent Overall - they rate 5 stars - its a solid 3/4 stars Can definitely find better in the area

This hotel is amazing. It's beautiful and so well run. The staff went above and beyond in every situation from finding us tickets to the sold out Dior Galerie to just straight up kindness and assistance. The room was spotless and large. Great shower! We will be back to Les Bains ASAP!

Noise from the bar with outside courtyard seating is impossible to deal with. The quality of windows is very poor and does not block the noise for the courtyard rooms . The party goes on till at least 1am. There is no way to be able to sleep till then. The decor is funky maybe but very old and dated. The room is dark with old and impossible light switches. Overall nowhere near 5* rating

Location was superb. It’s a small boutique hotel with a bar on the first floor (level 0) which can be quite loud until late night. I stayed for four nights and after asking for a fridge and AC repair, nothing was fixed during my stay. Also not sure if it’s only my room but there was no physical lock that makes sound or locks to be assured. When I brought it up, staff member said there is a safety button to lock but without making any sound or light that locks, I didn’t feel comfortable with it.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, everything about this stay was perfection. Quentin and Anna at the front desk were both incredibly helpful making suggestions and helping with reservations. The ladies in charge of breakfast service were charming and friendly, and the continental breakfast included changed daily and never disappointed. Already planning our next visit!

This is a very hip, cool hotel with a great eye for stylish but luxurious decor. Might not be my first choice if you’ve never been to Paris before because the immediate vicinity of the hotel doesn’t have much to offer but within a 20 min walk you can be in the heart of the Marais or at Notre Dame. We loved our stay and found the hotel quite unique. The included breakfast was fabulous.

Les Bains is a great place to stay. Hotel is on a side street so it’s very quiet. Staff is very helpful and responsive. Many dining and shopping areas are close. We’ll likely stay there again on our next visit to Paris.
