Hotel is located right at airport; extremely convenient location. However, elevator was not working for 2 days prior to and during my stay my stay. Room was on 3rd floor, so had to carry bags up and down stairs. No soda/beverage machines on each floor so had to trek up and down stairs just to get a soda. If local personnel could not attend to a broken elevator within 24 hours, in my opinion, a business charging their rates for rooms should have brought in a service from outside the area, if necessary. Being on the third floor without elevator service was a major inconvenience.

Elevator was down upon checking in on Oct. 6th. Returned for another night stay on Oct.10th and the elevator was still inoperable. Although the elevator was down, the gentleman working the front desk kindly offered to help with bags. Great hotel for late arriving and early morning flights!

We have never stayed at a hotel without parking on property. No parking even for handicapped guest. We had to park across the street airport parking with no easy access at a fee. At the hotel price, our advise is DO NOT-DO NOT stay there.

Convenient to airport. Right on the airport grounds! Comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is a grab and go sack… not a real breakfast. Coffee and water available 24/7 which was nice. Not always quiet with the airport right there. BE AWARE, there is no free parking here! We had to drive to the economy lot at the airport to park and take the airport shuttle back and forth…$10 per day… If you are flying out of here it’s a great option. If you are staying while on the road or visiting for a few days you might look around for a better option.

The clerk at the front desk at check-in was not very interactive. The floors in the room were dirty, especially right when you walk in. It appeared that housekeeping uses a dust mop in the main area of the room and pays no attention to area against the wall. The grout in the shower needs cleaned, especially the grout on the shower floor. The Continental breakfast was a joke! The clerk at checkout left the desk after I said that I would check out after I ate something. When I was ready to checkout, he was nowhere to be found. After standing at the desk for about five minutes, another clerk showed up and checked me out. I told her about the lack of cleanliness in the room. Before I could finish telling her about the floor, she mentioned it to me. She said that she had not been able to get up there and check the rooms like she had in the past.

Booked a room to stay in while my flight was extremely delayed. The room had issues! There was mold in the shower, the alarm clock was covered in dust, and the sheets looked like there was stuff all over them. It was a convenient location for the delayed flight but I don’t think I will stay there again! Especially for the price I paid.

So convenient attached to the terminal. Perfect for my early flight. Easy to walk to the rental cars as well. The bed was comfortable, but was broken down in the middle so the wife and I kept rolling into the middle of the bed through out the night. Pillows were a bit too tall and bothered my neck. Note to self get myself a travel pillow. I would stay here again, just bring my own pillow next time and possibly sleep crosswise if the next bed sags in the middle

I had concerns of staying at an airport but it was very quiet. I waa not impressed with the gentleman that completed my check-in. He may have been having a bad day. Life may have beaten him down to where courtesy and professionalism didn’t matter because he has accepted that he hates his job. The hotel its self was clean and updated. Comfortable beds, clean towels and plenty of hot water and no flights after 10pm.

The young lady at the front desk was so incredibly helpful! I love that the hotel is connected to the airport terminal so that I can walk through the door and go to the restaurants in the terminal or to check in for my flight when it’s time. Facility is extremely clean, and offers complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. Doesn’t get much better than that

Everything about this property was excellent, except one of the front desk employees was less than friendly. She messed up my reservation and then acted like it was my fault. She was like I was putting her out for doing her job. Totally loved being able to walk into the terminal with our bags and check in and then go back to the room and check out casually. Highly recommend! All the men at the front desk were delightful and friendly, the one woman was not.

I loved this hotel for many reasons. The fact that it was connected to the airport was so convenient. After we checked out, They let us hang out in the lounge while waiting for our plane. We were able to drop off the rental car the evening before too. Virtually no stress the day of our flight. The room was modern and had everything we needed. It had a large shower head with good water pressure. Breakfast was bagels, muffins, cereal apples and bananas. We turned in our car the evening before because we would have had to pay for airport parking.

I was very disappointed in the 'continental b-fast'... for the room rate, expected it to be more than bfast bar, pkged muffin, small OJ, etc. Atleast fresh fruit could've been an option !!!!
