Whole place smells like smoke

Room 203 has a lot of very loud noises from the elevators. You can hear ears elevator when it goes up and down, in the morning the sound turned to a loud squeak or whistle. Luckily it didn’t get really bad till 6 am when we got up.

The elevators were in need of repair and made a very loud noise during operation. They said they would should it down at 8:00 pm but it was after 10:00 before they did. In addition, the carpet in the room was very dirty,stained and sticky. Will not be staying here again.

It’s a casino property so it’s fun, and they’re dining. What I didn’t like is there’s no cover where you can unload your vehicle at the Hotel; it was raining when we checked out in the morning. They only have cover at the drop off for the casino.

More than half the gaming floor was down

The casino only had 1/2 of the slot machines in working order! VERY disgusting. Should be told that when we booked the room. Also had to pay a RESORT FEE --- for what? There was NO resort.

The hotel room floor was filthy with stains, not very many slot machines a third of them did not work. And they seemed very tight

They charged an amenities fee of $11.99 per night once I showed up. I asked what amenities they have and she said a gym and a lobby area. Yea, that's all they had, no pool, no hot tub, no free breakfast, no microwave in room but they did have one in the lobby.

The building is old looking on the outside but a nice surprise to see how clean it was on the inside to include the rooms. Can you use some activities for those who don't wish to gamble all day like a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Could also use other options for food.

These rooms are not kept up. For the price we paid expected better conditions. There were stains all over the carpets and shower curtain. Counter tops were sticky. The beds were comfortable and sheets clean but rest a disappointing.

First off they gave my room to another lady with the same name - but they were awesome and made that right. The hotel is older so it has some issues. My room had some nasty looking flem or something on the curtain, the floor was HORRIBLY stained & the safe's batteries were dead, The bathroom was clean and the bed was as well and those are important- bed was also very comfortable and so were the pillows.

The beds were comfortable and the people nice. They might want to pay more attention to the finer details when cleaning.

Lobby was nice, casino was nice, other than that cleaning was not kept up. Our first room looked like it was just thrown together, used hand towel on counter, pillows thrown about, hair on toilet seat, second was room was fine with a great view of the Missouri and the old railroad bridge. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Great location of the hotel.

My low ratings are because this hotel is just okay. Not fancy, no frills. Good things... our sheets were clean and nice. Bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was awesome! Downfalls... looks like no one has ever vacuumed in the corners, edges, or behind nightstands, etc... The bathroom was the same... quite dirty all around the edges of the floor--- hair, dirt yuck. If you can ignore that (which we did our best) This hotel is okay for the price. I mean, you do kind of get what you pay for. We got what we needed for a couple nights, but if this was a vacation trip, I would have been much more disappointed.

The staff was very nice and the room seemed very clean. My only complaint is that the floors are in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. The stain on the floor in my room was disappointing.

The front desk was not staffed when we arrived and when we checked out. We were given a smoking room when we did not request one. The room had huge stains on the dirty carpet and the bathroom floor was sticky! No breakfast in the hotel. Very poor facilities for a casino hotel!

Rooms were old and needed updating, especially the carpeting ,spots everywhere. But they were Clean

Carpet was stained all over. Cobwebs behind everything. Celing fan would not go to higher speeds.

Nice place, huge room

Room was outstanding, clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was no Continental breakfast and the Internet reception was horrible. The wifi was unsecured. Most of the games in the casino were covered in nasty fingerprints

Room was very cool and modern. I loved the MARSHALL amp bluetooth speaker.

Shortly after getting into my room I realized that it lacked an alarm clock. Front desk looked for one - no luck. Room was only sort of clean. No breakfast available next morning. Slept very well though. Good bed. TV channels adequate, but no HBO, et. al.

The king rooms are very spacious. We've stayed there several times and have been happy with our choice. The casino allows for smoking, which can drift into the hotel area. We were there on a Monday night, so there were less people at the casino with less people smoking. They also have a nice restaurant attached to the property which is very convenient after driving long hours.

The sheets were super uncomfortable. My boyfriend described it as "covering up with newspaper" and the towels were very stiff too. The pillows were also very small, not much bigger than throw pillows. The experience was kind of odd. The shower was nice though, very good water pressure.

The room was very clean. The lighting, for reading could have been better. Though, I suppose, not many stay there and read. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Almost did not let us check in because they did not have room in our name yet they had my cc #. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk & she was just rude!!

Check in was terrible, the service desk lady was really rude, she acted like she didn’t want to help me…overall my stay was excellent, very quiet and comfortable definitely 1000/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The carpet in the room I stayed in was beyond dirty, it was disgusting. The front desk personnel are inconsistent and rude. One member of my party was told it would cost an extra $20 for early check in. Another member was allowed to check in early with no fee. When the 3rd member checked in the front desk person was RUDE and told her it was a $10 charge. Then when I and two other people checked in early there was no charge. Be consistent and don't be rude. This was my first stay at a Caesar's property and will likely be my LAST.

The property is located in the cutest little town and the geound were gorgeous! Lots of photo ops outside! When we got inside the property the smell of ciggrette smoke was pretty overwhelming. The check in process was not great. The person who checked us in asked for a last name and didnt even check my ID. She then told me to put my card in the reader and never explained why or what they were charging me for. She gave us keys and didnt say a word. We found our room. When walking to our room, we were hit in the face with the strongest smell of lemon cleaner. I assume they are desperate to cover the smoke smell, but the lemons just add to the already nauseating smells. The room was very clean, well maintained and had 2 beautiful chairs that were comfy. The bed was very comfortable and nice and big. The staff seemed pretty unimpressed that anyone was checking in.

Was not happy with employee etiquette at all. She was on her personal phone the whole time we checked in and was using foul language with no disregard. Restaurants are delicious tho.

All I can say is WOW.. Arrived 10/10 around 8 pm ish.. The place is clean, most staff was helpful. We arrived and honestly after our check in experience we were afraid that we made the wrong choice.. The check in Hosts are the face to your hotel.. We walked in. Noticed that both gals were eating.. And they just started at each other to decide who would “have” to wait on us. Finally a host said something and She clearly was not impressed we distrusted Them.All we got from her was..” Name”.. “Card”.. and then slapped the keys on the counter and said.. “There You Go”. But in the meantime of me swiping my card she was taking more bites of her chicken tenders..Guess they don’t realize without guests they wouldn’t have jobs. They made it very clear we were a bother, so there was no use asking for directions.. Our room was clean and inviting.. We went down to the brew brothers restaurant and wish I had got this gals’ name she was the most friendliest, outgoing and a complete joy.. Even the guard that was standing as you came into the casino was very nice.. So If they got rid of the two ruder than rude hosts sitting eating the place would be a 4 star place.

The property and rooms are very clean! My only complaint is there was only 1 person at the desk when we arrived to check in but there were two computers! It was a busy weekend. Being a weekend and they had a wedding taking place that evening, I would think there would be at least two people at check in! Eventually another staff worker showed up to help and from there check in was pretty easy

Wi-Fi did not work until around 9pm. Needed a towel for our room and there was no one to get iffy for us.

Nice clean hotel in the quaint little city of Boonville along the Missouri River. Beautiful grounds and walking areas. The only drawback for me was no coffee early in the morning.

The room was very nice, quiet. The hotel was walking distance to downtown. Close parking.

Location is great, next to the Missouri River.

We enjoyed staying at the Isle of Capri in Boonville on our recent getaway. The location and its proximity to the downtown was perfect. We walked on the Katy Trail, around downtown Boonville and to The Frederick for dinner. We will stay here again in the future.

Great location, interesting walk to scenic bridge

Nice stop if you're riding the Katy Trail.

The hotel is dated, carpets stained, no food available before 9am, could you at least provide a decent coffee service? Even Best Western gives guests a nice breakfast for crying out loud.

Very clean and spacious. Disappointed that no type of beaekfast offered except from a restaurant in casino that is closed on Monday's. Had to leave and found nice quiet restaurant in town on Main St. We will be back again.

Traveling to Nashville and needed break from driving too long. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Limited.hours/days for food choices but Brew Brothers was very good. Ate breakfast in downtown diner which we always like to give some business to small town businesses.

The hotel is attached to the casino. The casino allows smoking which drifts into the hotel lobby. Wish there was better ventilation. Only coffee offered as breakfast items.

Good place to stay. Great burger in their restaurant

Rooms were clean. Staff was very pleasant. Thought they were lacking in newer slot machines. Food at Brews Brothers was good, though menu rather limited. Trade Winds, the grab a bite restaurant, offered only chicken. No burgers, dogs, etc. Nothing else in area. Good for a one night get away, if close.

Both restaurants down on Sunday night. One has electrical problems and the other was out of chicken - which was about all they sero

Very clean well managed property. Restaurant was convenient, bar well managed. Needs more luggage carts.

Dining options were limited

Seamless check in. Restaurant on site. Never had to leave. Perfect!
