Bathroom products were nice. Staff was all friendly. However... Curly hairs on ceiling and wall in bathroom. Super gross! AC air smelled really musty. Mini fridge freezer needs to be defrosted. Iron overheated and burned a pair of shorts. No creamer available for coffee during breakfast service. (Two powered creamer in room - yuck! and only oat milk in lobby - also yuck!) OMG...the pool was really dirty!! Really salty - even for a saltwater pool. Caked on brown residue all around pool tiles and bottom. Looked like it hasn't been scrubbed in years!!!

Stayed with family for a last minute vacation. Its close to the zoo and alot of restaurants on Sawmill. Good location. The hotel itself is updated and clean. Staff seemed friendly. Parking situation is good. Breakfast was very good and coffee always fresh in the lobby. The pool is small but clean. The gym is small but clean. Weekdays seemed to be mostly business travelers and the weekend seemed to be mostky families. Overall a nice, clean hotel in a nice area.

The staff were very nice and professional. We went to use the pool and was extremely disappointed. My 10 year old would not get in. Having a pool was a big reason why we selected this hotel. Earlier they added chemicals, however, it was not skimmed. We saw hair floating on top of the water.

We went here for my daughter’s 7th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate her!!!! The salt water pool was INCREDIBLE, can’t wait to come back!!!

First room - wasn’t clean. Bathroom was dirty. Soap was opened & wrapper on vanity. Trash bin wasn’t emptied. We were going to tolerate that but then my kid went to use the bathroom and the toilet was clogged with a turd. We got a new room after that but initial experience left a poor impression. Everything else was satisfactory.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Fluffy white towels and sheets, extra pillows. Lotions and shampoo in the shower. HBO on tv with many other channels. It's located in an area with many food options. We did not get to stay and enjoy the breakfast but saw the area and serving buffet on the way out. It looked like it was going to be good! The walls do seem thin as you can hear faucets and showers being turned on in neighboring rooms. It was not too annoying but might be if you get a noisy neighbor. Even having said that, we would still definitely still return to this hotel again. Thank you, Fairfield Inn & Suites, for a lovely stay!

Columbus is a frequent place to visit for our family. In the last five years, I can say this was the nicest Dublin hotel we have stayed in. All areas were exceptionally clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and show kindness. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and cleanliness!

Hotel itself was very nice but there was construction going on so a lot of the entryways had all sorts of debris down the halls. I was disappointed that I had to walk back down to the front desk to get bedding for the sofa, bed, but in their defense, I did not initially book the room for three people. I would definitely stay here again though.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were friendly and personable. Room was bigger than I anticipated. Shower was a highlight. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options. Pool was nice for a quick dip in the evening. The hotel was located very close to the attractions we were visiting while in town. Only downside was that our room was right next to the kitchen so it was super loud as soon as they started prepping for breakfast and as they cooked and cleaned through the morning. I had to sleep with earplugs.

The staff was lovely, the breakfast was good, and the rooms had clearly been remodeled. However, they should have put some of that money into the beds and pillows. No one in my party was able to get a decent nights sleep because they were so uncomfortable. Also, they locked the settings on the television, and we couldnt change the brightness. The screen was so dark that it was challenging to read the subtitles, which my mother needed...

A hospitality! From the moment we checked Brian made sure we had anything and everything we needed. Not that we really needed anything because they’ve already thought ahead. Rooms are clean and comfy and loaded with plenty of towels and wash rags. There’s always fresh, hot coffee in the lobby. They offer the best complimentary breakfast with your stay. Do not miss breakfast here! They take it seriously here! Scrambled eggs, FRESH HOMEADE SALSA, fresh fruit, cereal, waffle bar and the OATMEAL bar! I had to have some oatmeal because they have so many topping options for the oatmeal. My friend and I had a wonderful conversation with the general manager at breakfast. The staff just really made our stay feel like a home away from home♥️

Staff were fantastic. Very helpful and top notch. Needs were anticipated and fulfilled expeditiously. Overall a very quiet hotel. I was there for a week and over a weekend and the entire time it was whisper quiet. Breakfast was great! I would recommend this hotel for business of pleasure.

This property was excellent. Highly recommend. The rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. We stayed for a week visiting from the UK Staff are all friendly and genuinely want to ensure the best possible stay. Brian and Alissa who work there are amazing, particualrly Brian who checked on all guests during breakfast to ensure there were no issues. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Shower was the best designed I’ve ever seen. Towels were cheap and scratchy. Breakfast bar was substandard in some areas. Bagels were very cheap and oatmeal was watery and inedible. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel location was well situated.
