Was not very clean, and room had a funny smell

Very convenient for the reason I went to Spokane for

Had to change rooms upon checking in. First room tv didn’t work. Bathroom sink was clogged. Nice front desk lady. I was very respectful and nice to her as well when I asked to change rooms. General area had lots of trash and dumpsters. Homeless people dumpster diving. Bad carpets. Blackout curtains in disrepair. Second room was much cleaner. Many power outlets didn’t work properly. Motel is by railroad tracks. Noisy trains moving by a lot. But I like trains so it didn’t bother me much. Great diner across the street. Frank’s Diner. This alone made up for the flop house feeling. Also close to Grocery Outlet for a cheap booze run. Not completely bad but not worth 92 bucks. Would only stay there again to go to Frank’s Diner. That was fabulous. Spokane people are very friendly. Hotel concept was great. Just needing a huge spruce up. Could be a great property someday if they invest in repairs.
