We stayed one night in one of the two rooms over the carport. The room was clean. The sink is not in the bathroom area: rather it is adjacent to the kitchen sink ehich is weird. There is no air conditioning, but there was a good breeze. The problem was that the windows faceWest over the highway, so in order to get a breeze you must listen to auto exhaust from lomuscle car enthusiasts who love to rev. Not the hotel’s fault, but a consideration. Other notes: the hotel sits on a very steep hill with limited parking, so big pickups may be a problem. They also only allow one car per room . Ice is only available from the front desk. No elevators on the property. No breakfast is offered. Not a bad place, just be aware what you’re getting for your money.

Close to Old Town Florence, just a 5 minute walk. Various dining options nearby, but hours open are limited. The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet and the view from the window while not spectacular was relaxing. The only thing I found Lee's than perfect was the driveway and parking. The driveway was steep making the possibility of walking down to the main road daunting not to mention the walk back. The parking lot was very tight and could be difficult to enter and exit. Overall, the Inn was very nice.

The Internet was down when I called to talk to the front desk about it. They said they would work on it. I let an hour or so pass. They never responded to me. I called them back. They said there was no way to know which room I had called from and they had no way of fixing the Internet, but they hadn’t tried turning the router on and off like I had suggested. When they did that, I believe it started working for an hour and then it stopped again. I also let them know that the dishes in the room had Dried old food on them. They told me that they were sorry that shouldn’t have happened. But what I would’ve liked to have seen happen was them saying we will replace those with clean ones which they never did.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our king suite. Landmark Inn is one of the cleanest motel / hotel rooms we've ever booked. In addition, the kitchenette had all needed amenities, including a coffeepot with quality coffee grounds, as well as cutlery, silverware, plates, and cups--and a toaster! The hillside site affords guests at Landmark Inn some fine views. To top it all off, we heard no street noise at all. Oh, and the bed was quite comfortable.

We’ve stayed here at least 5 times. It’s a small place with 10 or so rooms. It sits on the top of a small hill right in the middle of town. It’s close to old town and very, very quiet. This unit has a kitchen. The rooms are always immaculate. Nothing fancy and not brand new, just very comfortable.

Room was very clean and the bed was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved how quiet it was and being up in the trees. Stayed in a king suite and it was nice having a living room apart from the bedroom. Great price for a coast hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean. Maybe a little dated, but overall a nice place. When I asked if there was coffee in the room, I was offered a coffeemaker. They brought it to me with 2 mugs (real mugs - not paper ones) along with real spoons and a couple candy mints. The glasses were real also (wrapped in plastic). I realize this is a small place (only 12 rooms) but you don't realize how impersonal the "chains" seem with everything being "disposable" until you stay at a place like this.. And it was very affordable with a separate area with a double recliner, fridge with freezer and large TV.

Walking distance to Old Town and the harbor. Really clean hotel in a nice area. Jet tub was wonderful! Only down side is the internet was extremely slow the whole time, which was tough when we needed directions, but otherwise we really loved it. Would recommend!

Pluses: It was a lovely location. My room had bay windows that looked out on pine trees - that was a highlight. It had a roomy kitchen. Minuses: The bathroom was tiny with zero counter space. The bed was too soft and the pillows were flat. There was no fan. For the price it beats motels on the highway. Very quiet in a great setting.

The Landmark Inn was perfect for our one night stay in Florence. It was clean and quiet and our unit was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to shopping and dining. The management of the hotel were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and the location is fantastic. Close to Old Town Florence, restaurants, grocery stores. Sits on top of a hill surrounded by trees. It's a small, quiet property and I would definitely stay there again.

All in all we liked the motel. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The thing we did not like was the location of the place. It was on top of a very steep driveway, and even though we could have walked into town from there, it would not have been easy to walk down the hill and then walk the distance into town.

We lived in Florence for 20 years and Landmark is our home when we visit. It is small and quiet and very comfortable. Has all you need to kick back and relax. The only place we will ever stay in Florence.

The Landmark Inn was perfect for our one night stay in Florence. It was clean and quiet and our unit was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to shopping and dining. The management of the hotel were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and the location is fantastic. Close to Old Town Florence, restaurants, grocery stores. Sits on top of a hill surrounded by trees. It's a small, quiet property and I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely room with lots of space and very clean. We could see the water from our room, plus some forest. Even saw some deer grazing! The driveway is steep, but if you don’t mind walking up it you can easily get to the waterfront and lots of restaurants without needing to drive. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The only problem was finding the place after dark. It sits atop a hill with a long steep driveway. Their sign was obscured by vegetation and not illuminated. Otherwise nice people, well appointed suite and clean.

This is a cute little property walkable to downtown Florence. The property is a bit dated, but the staff are incredibly helpful (even brought us a whole coffee setup, upon request). You can easily walk to the downtown area, with lots of restaurant and shopping choices. Overall, it's a 3.5 star property in a good location.

We stayed one night in one of the two rooms over the carport. The room was clean. The sink is not in the bathroom area: rather it is adjacent to the kitchen sink ehich is weird. There is no air conditioning, but there was a good breeze. The problem was that the windows faceWest over the highway, so in order to get a breeze you must listen to auto exhaust from lomuscle car enthusiasts who love to rev. Not the hotel’s fault, but a consideration. Other notes: the hotel sits on a very steep hill with limited parking, so big pickups may be a problem. They also only allow one car per room . Ice is only available from the front desk. No elevators on the property. No breakfast is offered. Not a bad place, just be aware what you’re getting for your money.

A beautiful small inn just off Hwy 1 here in Florence and just what we needed for one night. Staff was very helpful and had great recommendations for food and drink in the area. Property is very close to cute downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants. Cool place to hang out.

This a cute, clean, and comfortable little hotel on a hill off Old Town Florence. It’s easy to walk to Old Town’s shops and restaurants, but be aware the hotel driveway (the only way down) is VERY steep and long, and will provide a considerable challenge for older or out of shape people. The amenities are solidly basic (shampoo in fast food type packets, but that also reduces plastic waste) but no complaints otherwise. Beds were super comfy. Would stay there again.

A hidden gem up on the hill overlooking the river. Walking distance to old town Florence. Clean, comfortable room with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend Landmark Inn. We will stay there again.

Building is older and not well maintained. Exterior could use a cleaning to remove all the cobwebs and debris. Room was fairly clean and quiet but the bed was uncomfortable, noisy, and transferred the slightest movement. There were only three pillows and two were basically flat. Retrieved two more from the office that were lumpy. Staff was friendly.
