Good stopover hotel. We were able to hear our neighbors talking next door, and loud walking above us. Also there was ample parking on the property but, surprisingly, a parking fee—totally unnecessary in an uncrowded area not downtown.

Elevator and doors were out of order so I can though there’s was plenty of parking, the only access was through the front door. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was absolutely horrible and the front desk staff was a little rude.

The jacuzzi and pool are really good. The gym is excellent and has a Peloton bike, that is a plus. I would advertise on the Peloton website and add a tread and Rowling machine. It will attract more guests.

The property location is far back from the major highway (low noise). 3 to 4 restaurants options (walking distance). Outdoor pool was a plus (bring your own towels). prices is fair.

Staff were very friendly. Beds were smaller than advertised. We paid for a double queen and instead both beds were full sized and sheets were barely big enough for some reason to make it to the edge. Carpet had stains all over it. Hot tub was hot but had no jets/bubbles. Not sure why pool can't be open till later when it is outside.Location is decent with several food restaurants within walking distance and easy to drive to several top tourists spots. Highlight was the breakfast.They have a great free breakfast with many options.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the condition of this Hampton Inn. We're used to Hampton Inn being near the top of the line and this one needs work! The staff were great, especially Carla at the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. However, cleanliness was an issue; chair arms and the carpet in our room was heavily stained, chair arms in breakfast area were also filthy. Air conditioning unit was heavily rusted with parts laying underneath it.

A completely disappointing experience. The carpet in the room was covered in huge food stains, apparently hidden under the refrigerator. The bathtub was full of hair — absolutely disgusting and totally unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were given a room with the worst possible view, as if they had assigned us whatever was left over. The place felt so unhygienic that I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. I deeply regret not taking photos of everything, because honestly, the overall presentation was terrible. Thankfully, I did manage to take a photo of the jacuzzi, which I’m attaching here as proof of what we had to deal with. As if that wasn’t enough, I asked how much the room would cost without using the app, and I was shocked to find out it was $35 cheaper than what I had paid. I would never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and misleading pricing make this hotel a terrible choice.

By far one of the best hotel experiences in Corpus. It is exceptionally clean. The rooms are big and well laid out, the entire building was very well designed and well kept. Will definitely be staying again.

Upon arrival there was no one at the service desk. Looked for someone for 15 minutes before the attendant showed up. Then had to pay for parking even tho webpage said parking was free. Bed was decent. Breakfast also decent. Come back to the room see a roach on the ceiling. Roaches weren’t water roaches they were hood roaches. Then find one in our bed. Carpets were stained and our AC had completely soaked the carpet under it. Water pressure was horrible. When checking out we tell the clerk about the roach. She could care less she didn’t even address it. Definitely not worth spending the money staying here.

One thing about my room, the bed a piece of metal frame sticking out the side and my leg got scratched. I informed the front desk and was told maintenance would fix it. Othet than that, my stay was great and everyone was very friendly. I will stay there again on my next trip to Corpus Christi.

Digital Check-in was nice and super convenient! Bathtub drained slow. Room next door made loud noises and talking from 3am until 6am front desk desk was absolutely no help! Breakfast was good and fresh! Hotel rooms need updating!

In a nutshell, the property is old and needs a facelift! We had a king suite with a sofa bed. The room is big and spacious but there’s a big desk right in the middle of the room which makes if feel closed off. The shower head did not work, the light in the bathroom area flickered like we were in a club, and the bathroom door didn’t open all the way because it got stuck. The staff was very nice and greeted us everytime we came back to the hotel. The breakfast is good, but they run out pretty quickly. They have breakfast from 6-10am. We got down there about 9:30 and they pretty much had run out of everything.

The hotel is comfortable, but certainly needs some attention. It is time for replacement of most furniture and carpeting throughout. We were in a King room with a sleeper sofa. We were using the sofa for sitting (not sleeping), but it did appear to be broken (sunken from the frame in the middle). The carpet was fraying in several places in our room as well. The overall condition of the entire hotel is a bit on the tired side. BUT, the rooms are huge and comfortable. They have put money into the wonderful mattresses, which is HUGE!

When I got here to the hotel, they did not have my reservation that I had made through Hotels.com. I showed them my email confirming my booking but the receptionist said they did not have it. I had to get a room at a higher cost than what I had reserved it for and that was disappointing.

Although the hotel was well appointed and clean and the staff were friendly, my room was next to a room that had two dogs. These dogs barked constantly when the owners left their room. When they went out Friday night and to breakfast on Saturday, they barked and barked. I tried to contact the front desk Friday night via phone and also personally at the desk, but no one answered or were present at the desk. Luckily, the owners of the dogs returned before we retired for the night, so we were able to have a quiet night. I spoke with the manager upon checkout and she told me that Hampton/Hilton is "pet friendly". I asked if, for future reservations, I could ask for a room not near guests with dogs. She said that is not possible. I will have to seriously rethink booking Hampton (used to be my favorite hotel) in the future.

Sweet front desk manager, great breakfast selection, comfortable room, but security is a concern. We were almost robbed by 2 men that were by the back entrance waiting to follow us in. If it was not for our quick take off, who knows what could have happened. We did alert the hotel manager and she called the police immediately. Please be aware of your surroundings!

We had an absolutely great time. Room was clean & cold!! Just like we like it. Breakfast was so good. Biscuits and gravy was to die for!! Every interaction with staff was friendly and so personable. Will be back and will stay with you again.

We had to pay daily for parking or our car would be towed. Per front desk note this started the day before our arrival. In what world is this ok? They are so cheap they will collect $8/ day even if guests not warned and upset about it. Breakfast - they seemed to always be out of dark roast coffee and bananas. There was never hot water available in evenings for tea. Ice machine on our floor was broken but no sign on it. Shower tiles had not been cleaned and there was some kind of food on curtains.

Loved that they're pet friendly but the front desk didnt ask me if I had pets when I checked in. I went to my room and my fiancée came in with our dogs and she hollered to him that we didnt pay a pet deposit. He was upset with they she informed him. I believe the clerk should have asked me when I checked in before giving me our room cards. With that said, we had a awesome breakfast. The woman and gentleman that where were running the breakfast area were so kind, happy and attentive. They had a great spirit about them.
