There's no A/C and that should be easier to know in advance. Beyond that, it was an old building and very basic but it was also a lot less than any hotel in town so if you just need a place to crash, it works!

The hotel has no elevator, it has no accessible rooms as all rooms require ascending stairs. The hotel has no air conditioning in any rooms. The hotel is adjacent to a beautiful park and beach.

Older hotel in area with vagrants around. Hotel had a security staff at night. But staff is friendly and the location is within minutes of food, venues, and shopping!
