Love the gated entrance. The drive up to the bungalow is photogenic With nice little hidie holes for privacy. The grand loge is huge, along with the infinite pool that lights up! Dolphins visited me on the pier for morning coffee!! Definitely be back

We enjoyed our stay. The environment is really nice, and the grounds are well maintained. Tranquility is basically a one-bedroom, two bath duplex with a Murphy bed in the common area. It worked perfectly for a family of four (willing to share a bed). The air conditioning was questionable, but it was OK. Like others, the lack of service is their glaring issue. We asked for fresh towels and had to ask 3 times. Advice: just ask for daily housekeeping. They’re not coming if you don’t. There are really few “resort” amenities ultimately. The kayaks were “in the shop”, but there were paddle boards available. The pool is really nice. The “beachfront” was lovely, but there’s a lot of concrete, not a natural shoreline, which may be common on that side of the key.

Great getaway to the keys. Very convenient to shopping and snorkeling at John Pennycamp park. Went out on the paddle boards and saw manatees and fish. Took the bikes to the general store. Swam in the heated beach pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We never received breakfast, the front desk was unavailable by phone, we were promised extra coffee pods and never received them. Our trash was never taken out, we couldn’t request extra towels, the pool area was dirty. The property itself was beautiful but the water was not as blue as it is further down. There was only one kayak and 2 bicycles. I would’ve stayed at the Hadley House again.

If you were only going to stay in the room, the rooms were very nice. I'm assuming new management took over and were renovating the inside but exterior landscape and pool area were not maintained.

The property was just ok. The lady that checked us in gave no information. There was no housekeeping. There was mold in one of the closets, a few giant ants we saw and a couple of spiders. The property was not as clean as we expected either. I booked due to 4.7 reviews but not sure how they are so positive based on what we saw. I would give 3 out of 5.

Not as good as it was the first time we stayed. Rooms were not clean, service was nonexistent and 20 drunk people were in the small pool.

The property is unique as the spacious bungalows are surrounded by woods spreading out to the water. While I found the grounds beautiful, by contrast, the bungalow was in generally poor condition. I was very discomforted to find a stained mattress on the extra bed and no toilet paper in holder. Upon further inspection of the well layed out bungalow, there were noticeable cobwebs, nasty unrepaired water damage in the closet and bathroom (too yucky for use)! The final straw was waking up to crawly bugs throughout the bungalow… very creepy! When my concerns were brought to management, they were addressed promptly and the fee. I would say that right now, I am inclined to seek other lodging when in Key Largo

This is absolutely a hidden treasure. So quiet and peaceful. Grounds are stunning. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. My only negative is there is no self serve ice machine. I understand that an ice machine would be an eye sore in this beautiful haven but it would be nice not to have to bother a staff member for ice . The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs . 5 stars for sure !

This place has so much potential. I wanted to live it but it fell short on a couple important items. PROS: Beautiful grounds Beds are comfortable Rooms are cute nice to have 2 bathrooms Sunsets are incredible Staff sweet Loved the breakfast baskets in morning CONS: Our room was not clean Cobwebs everywhere on ceiling Under bed was filthy Broken tiles on floor They give you plates and silverware but no place to wash them I might give this place another try. I loved the atmosphere. But the dirty room was a huge letdown

I was very hesitant to post this review, I have repeatedly called the establishment to report what happened and have not received a response. The place is beautiful, but I never thought that in the middle of the night we would be attacked by a whole family of cockroaches in our room. The truth is that this leaves much to be desired. I understand that there is new management, but something is going on with the cleanliness of the rooms. If I had not woken up in the night I might not have seen them. Hotels.com charged me, however, the establishment charged me an additional fee, which I have not been refunded. At this time that money can be used to pay for a good fumigator because the place deserves it.

So relaxing and enjoyable. I loved the privacy of the gated entrance. The property was so beautiful, it felt like a tropical jungle atmosphere. The bungalows were very nice. Very nice large bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable.

The place had a unique ambience, but the condition of the bungalow was below standards. The sink did not drain and both lamps in the master bedroom could not stay flipped open and just did not stand upright. I want to like this place, but honestly, I felt as though there were so many other places that offered bigger and modern accomodations, with more amenities, at a similar price range. I understand that this place came under manager from a new company. I would like to see what changes they will make and would consider coming back if improvements are made.

Great place right off the main highway. Nothing to walk to for a bite to eat, but we ordered a pizza for delivery. It's very secluded and the rooms/houses are just beautiful. Got a shirt for my son to remember it by -- would definitely revisit to spend more time around there.

We stayed in the Twilight Lodge as a family of four with teenagers. We were able to check in early and enjoy the lovely heated pool. The accommodation was clean and well appointed with two bathrooms. The surrounding area within the complex and beach are very nice. Would recommend for a chilled out stop in the Keys. We didn’t think to ask but probably an extra single bed would have been good to accommodate a family of four better.

The overall resort was beautiful and serene with gorgeous pool, dolphins frolicking on the waterfront and access to the standup paddleboards was a plus. The only downside was our unit in the airstream. The bed was rockhard and the design was a bit disfunctional with a little kitchen area equipped with microwave, coffeepot, etc, but no sink. There were some insects inside the unit as well. Would come back to stay in one of the other units next time!

Largo resort is at a beautiful location and I liked the quiet atmosphere. However, the rooms were average at best. The bed was not very comfortable. Very poor for what you'd expect for the price. There was no kitchen sink as advertised (just a bathroom sink). They did not deliver the mediocre breakfast basket until late morning. The shower leaked out to the bathroom and bedroom floor. We had limited time there and we were prohibited from using the pool from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm since they had booked a commercial photo shoot that highjacked the whole area. The owners or managers had no concern for the paying guests. Very poor customer service. I hope in the future that they fix up the rooms and pay better attention to servicing their paying guests versus just catering to commercial clients.

The pool was amazing. Beautiful property. But would have gotten more stars if not for the smell.. they use some really strong air freshener that was almost unbearable like very chemically patchouli sort of smell. Gave me a headache and made us glad we were only spending one night.
The pool was amazing. Beautiful property. But would have gotten more stars if not for the smell.. they use some really strong air freshener that was almost unbearable like very chemically patchouli sort of smell. Gave me a headache and made us glad we were only spending one night.

The property was just ok. The lady that checked us in gave no information. There was no housekeeping. There was mold in one of the closets, a few giant ants we saw and a couple of spiders. The property was not as clean as we expected either. I booked due to 4.7 reviews but not sure how they are so positive based on what we saw. I would give 3 out of 5.

We enjoyed our stay. The environment is really nice, and the grounds are well maintained. Tranquility is basically a one-bedroom, two bath duplex with a Murphy bed in the common area. It worked perfectly for a family of four (willing to share a bed). The air conditioning was questionable, but it was OK. Like others, the lack of service is their glaring issue. We asked for fresh towels and had to ask 3 times. Advice: just ask for daily housekeeping. They’re not coming if you don’t. There are really few “resort” amenities ultimately. The kayaks were “in the shop”, but there were paddle boards available. The pool is really nice. The “beachfront” was lovely, but there’s a lot of concrete, not a natural shoreline, which may be common on that side of the key.

From the moment we checked in to Largo Resort we were very impressed. We were greeted by Tamara who walked us to our villa and showed us around. We were there to celebrate my father's 91st birthday and were concerned that everything would be easily accessible for him. Would could not have picked a better spot. It was an easy walk from the villa to the pool. Parking was right by the door. The room was perfect. The property is beyond beautiful. The walk-in pool has a view of the gulf. The staff makes you feel like you're family.We were having such a good time that we extended our stay for 2 extra days. We are already planning our next visit!

What can I say? This was an A experience! What a beautiful property! The moment you drive through the gate you can tell this is a special place. The bungalows are sooo nice! It feels like your own private oasis! The pool and grounds are impeccable. The staff was amazing; Caroline was so pleasant and helpful! Highly recommend!

Traveled with my boyfriend. Great, secluded resort with great atmosphere and sunset views. Pool was nice. bungalow was huge and had everything you needed. Breakfast basket was delicious. Suffer safe fully gated property. Do not forget your gate code if you leave The property in the evening because all hotel staff leaves and it is quite difficult to get back into the resort. Great stay, we will be back. Key Largo fisheries is right Down the street, Make sure to grab lunch or dinner there. Great recommendation from hotel staff.

Everything was beautiful! The staff were incredible super friendly, always asking how our stay was, and if there was anything they could do for us. Especially Stan, he gave us several wonderful recommendations. Beautiful pool, private pier, paddle boards, breakfast baskets, the list goes on and on. This place was amazing!

Great place right off the main highway. Nothing to walk to for a bite to eat, but we ordered a pizza for delivery. It's very secluded and the rooms/houses are just beautiful. Got a shirt for my son to remember it by -- would definitely revisit to spend more time around there.

Perfect bungalow for Wedding ceremonies and get aways. My wife and I stayed in Paradise room for a night Aug 27. The presentation and ambience gives you the lovely romantic setting. Clean rooms and lush surroundings provide tropical feeling. Parking is bit tight but my midsize Honda accord was able to fit in nicely. My F250 would have hard time negotiating the curves and spaces. 8 minutes walk to nearby Publix but take care crossing the roadway as traffic is fast and heavy. We will definitely revisit for a longer stay.

Great getaway to the keys. Very convenient to shopping and snorkeling at John Pennycamp park. Went out on the paddle boards and saw manatees and fish. Took the bikes to the general store. Swam in the heated beach pool. Would definitely stay here again.

the room was nice and as advertised but I mean there was no one in the hotel after office hours or early in the mörning. There is no food provided which is something we should have noticed before booking the hotel as I am sure it says somewhere there is no dining? We got in the room which was nice but they have a nice coffee machine and supplies yet no one thought of putting a a couple of water bottles. There is no place you can get water in the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned either. The entrance and exit was also weird when you drive in. On the way in you need to punch your password and on the way out the sensors open the doors automatically which worked on the first day but the last 2 days, we could not get that door opened as the sensors were not working? We ended up going out from the entrance door and my wife had to go out walking to punch the passowrd from the outside while I was going in the wrong direction just to be able to get out. I am pretty sure we would not have come here if we knew the hotel's concept.

Largo resort is at a beautiful location and I liked the quiet atmosphere. However, the rooms were average at best. The bed was not very comfortable. Very poor for what you'd expect for the price. There was no kitchen sink as advertised (just a bathroom sink). They did not deliver the mediocre breakfast basket until late morning. The shower leaked out to the bathroom and bedroom floor. We had limited time there and we were prohibited from using the pool from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm since they had booked a commercial photo shoot that highjacked the whole area. The owners or managers had no concern for the paying guests. Very poor customer service. I hope in the future that they fix up the rooms and pay better attention to servicing their paying guests versus just catering to commercial clients.

We loved the property. It was very unique as you get your very own bungalow. Our bungalow was very spacious with 2 bathrooms which is very convenient for couples like us. It had everything we needed\xa0- fridge, microware, coffee maker, utensils, dishware, towels, toiletries, etc. The daily basket of breakfast goodies delivered to our doorstep is a nice touch. Outdoors, there's an infinity pool beyond which is the private beach equipped with paddleboards, canoes, etc., which can be used for free! There was also a hammock to relax in while you watch the beautiful sunset. Service is great! Highy recommend! We will definitely stay here again.

We never received breakfast, the front desk was unavailable by phone, we were promised extra coffee pods and never received them. Our trash was never taken out, we couldn’t request extra towels, the pool area was dirty. The property itself was beautiful but the water was not as blue as it is further down. There was only one kayak and 2 bicycles. I would’ve stayed at the Hadley House again.

this place is an heaven .. the lodges are great the pool and access to pricate fock snd gulf of mexico.. Unfortunately no kitchen , no bar , you have to go to the grocery store .. and go out for entertainment .. The brochure is a lie .. no activity.. The scenery everywhere was absolutely gorgeous. Bungalow was beautiful and very clean. Everything was relaxing with the greenery and ocean, pool combined. I had to check in late due to some traffic issues which would put me to after the front desk closed and they were so helpful and very sweet and accommodating. I loved my stay would definitely go back!
