The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very convenient to Coral Gables consulates and other business. The pool area is fantastic! It was hot because of the Florida weather! The only complaint is that the pool bar was closed. However, we had a wonderful time! Staff is very nice and attentive. Parking was not an issue at all! Food restaurant is very good, specially the salmon and the fish and chips. The cuban waitress at the restaurant was very polite. It was a great experience!

I had an excellent stay from start to finish. The head reception supervisor was very nice and checked me in quickly. She also let me “spin the wheel” as I’m a gold member and I won free parking, so that was an added bonus to my stay. Rooms & bathroom were clean and bed comfy, black blinds added extra comfort and allowed me to have a nice lay in after a long flight. Gym was well equipped and outdoor pool and terrace area looked well taken care of and clean. Shame I couldn’t use the pool but it was raining so much! Parking garage had lots of space and it was easy to access my room from there. Good location and one of the few hotels in the area that had onsite parking. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend to others, 5*

I love staying here. It’s very clean and the front desk is very kind and helpful. They have a rooftop pool. They also have a dine in area. It’s in a very quiet and nice neighborhood.

Check inn was running late, room not ready but he did give us the parking for free for the inconvenience. I stayed here for my bday because I had an event close by but hotel is also very close to Merrick Park for shopping and dinning. Walkable distance. Beds were super comfy. Parking is limited so when we came back to hotel we had to park downstairs in the parking for check-in but the lady accommodated us. Pool is very small and there is a bar with limited drinks. I did not give it 5 stars because I have stayed in better hotels. It was ok.

Very clean hotel and rooms, great shower, fantastic bed and pillows, great tv, good view, in building parking garage(@ $20 a night to park in)and a roof top pool(only open weekends) Only negative impression was hotel staff utilizing the elevators. When guests are in the elevator, staff should not press 14 buttons to decide what floor they need

I stay here frequently for short two night stays. It is reasonably priced and conveniently located. However, the cleaning staff did not clean my room while I was there, and this has happened many times on prior visits. I think the hotel needs to hire more staff.

Check in was easy. Staff are nice but most don’t speak English. The breakfast was good. The common areas were clean but my room had blood spots on the bathroom wall upon arrival. The rest of the room was fairly clean. It’s a small room. Parking is right but convenient. I thought parking was free but I was charged $20 per night.

I liked it was quiet and clean for the most part. Staff was friendly. Cons: I prepaid through Expedia for breakfast for both mornings. We ended up needing to leave for the airport at 6:30 AM and their breakfast does not open until 7 AM. They don’t do room service either so we just took the loss. However the staff was helpful with helping us figure out when to leave for the airport (concerned about heavy Miami traffic). no transportation provided. The room appeared clean but some mold in the bathroom sink.

The hotel is in a great location in Coral Gables. Short drive to most everything. As a Marriott member, we were fortunate to get free parking and breakfast daily. The housekeeping was wonderful, they kept our room so nice and clean. Thank you.

Reception advised and responded favorably. Toilet seat broken, TV kept going black. As noted on previous stays, the temperature was 63F when we arrived and it took ages to get warmer.

Front desk personnel outstanding, particularly Diana and Lizi. Breakfast was hearty and good. They offer made to order eggs as well, a real plus. The only thing I found to be somewhat of a problem was the lighting in the room. It was very dim. They were in the process of installing new carpet throughout the hotel but handled it professionally with no interruption to service. Have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when in Miami.

Check in was very easy, my problem with the property was that the walls were paper thin. Me and my guest were woken up a bunch of times in the middle of the night because we could hear employees slamming doors or what not . We were on the 8th floor 813 to be specific so idk if that’s why I had that experience.

I stayed at the Four Points to be near my surgeon; the location was convenient, the room was clean, spacious; the pool area was lovely and the in room dining options were very good. My only complaint about the room was there was only a hanging closet and no drawers to put away clothing. Also, there is no shelf in tht shower which was a problem for me.

The bed was great. The carpet was slightly coming up and we stepped in a carpet tack. Also our bathroom door was falling apart with wood all over the floor, and since we had a little baby it was very nerve racking

The receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant. Her attitude was like she paid for our reservation and she is giving us the room for charity. The room requested was with a king side bed she gave us two twins. The sealing AC/vent was kind of open and would fall off in near future. Overall disappointment primarily because of the rude receptionist. It was understandable from her high tone of voice at 10pm that she didn’t like people who look and talk like me.

After long hours of traveling and a bad experience at our previous hotel this was the best stay ever! Front desk associate was very nice helpful and attentive! The rooms looks just as described, clean comfortable all around great atmosphere would definitely stay every time I visit.

Our stay was very short, but the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We had an appointment at the Italian consulate which ran hours longer than expected. The front desk managers extended our check out time to accommodate our needs. They were also helpful in printing a needed form for us.

The shower\'s water pressure was weak. The pump also was very noisy and literally shaking the wall. I took a video to document and showed it to the front desk and I was told that\'s just "normal" whereas I would not ever put a guest in that room without fixing it. During check-in, the front desk staff was present and helpful, it was the opposite when I tried to check out - I had to wait for the front desk staff to finally show up, and it took several tries for them to send me the right receipt. The surrounding area has limited dining options but that\'s not the fault of the hotel of course, but just a FYI.

Loved everything about this hotel except for the neighborhood. We walked a bit and found lots of windows in buildings with fancy cars for sale but not much else. Heard that there were some restaurants near by but when walking the area at night, we women were not comfortable and returned to the hotel. That was a much better option. Lucky we had a car so this was not a big thing for us and we would stay there again. The beds were the most comfortable beds we experienced in all the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Florida.

This is a nice property with a good location with easy access to the free tram cars in Coral Gables. It would be nice that the hotel introduces an airport shuttle as it woukd raise their status.

I’ve stayed multiple times and the hotel is always clean, the staff is friendly, the pool area is nice but only 3’6” deep so kids probably won’t have that much fun, but great for adults. The hotel is conveniently located in Coral Gables. You can get on the free trolley and go to the Miracle Mile area or walk across the street to the Shops at Merrick Park.

Overall great! There was one surprise $5 charge on my bill, for something at the restaurant but I did not use the restaurant on the date of that charge. AND, on my checkout day I called the front desk to ask what time the breakfast buffet closed at 9:06am, when the person on the phone told me it closed at 9. Yet when I walked down to see if anything was still available, it was still operating, with newly filled food service containers. So, obviously doesn’t close at 9.

The thermostat in the room stayed at 78 degrees which was very hot. Dining in the restaurant area was aggravating. The “supervisor” who was tending bar completely ignored my husband and I. I had to ask her for menus and then ask her again to take our order after sitting and waiting for 30 minutes with two other patrons in the dining area who were already served dinner.
