There is lots of construction and work happening at the property. The pool was closed and I had been looking forward to using it. I was not given any heads-up about any of this, and was very disappointed when they told me I could not use the pool. Also, there were staff members vaping near the hotel front doors.

My only complaint is the ongoing construction at the property. I could forgive work being done during normal work hours (e.g., 9-5pm), but when someone loudly drilling directly below my window past 7pm was quite annoying.

The property is beautiful and we'll placed on the corner of the lot. My son and I felt comfortable walking to the stores across the street. The only down part was the pool. It needs cleaning. But the seating area was great. All the native Florida wildlife was wonderful to see.

This hotel was great in everything: Clean, nice staff, great breakfast, and pretty lobby and rooms. The only thing that I found as total downer was that the pool was freezing! The pool already isn't exciting because its very bland area, the least thing the hotel could do is turn on the pool heater.

The gym was closed and they didn’t list that on their site. If I knew that I would’ve chosen another hotel. When we entered our room the toilet seat was up as if someone had been in our room. I noticed later there was a beer bottle cap in our room by the door. The threshold to our door came off completely when I entered the room. I wouldn’t stay here again and it’s not worth the money they charge for the room.

The swimming pool was filthy, the construction crew outside while we were trying to relax by the pool were noisy . Just not a very relaxing atmosphere. If we had known the pool was dirty and area under construction, we would have chosen a different location.

Room was very clean, check in smooth, staff at check in excellent. Room clean, comfortable. Common areas modern clean and comfortable. Coffee , tea and hot chocolate available 24/7. Breakfast was fantastic! Breakfast staff was wonderful!!

Front desk couldn't take care of a situation another guest was causing by leaving their car in the middle of the road while they unpacked. Room configuration is weird with bed facing the wall with the a/c and tv/dresser on the left so hard for two to watch tv. Room had dirty comforter and long black hair found under the stack of towels. No impressed.

Well pictures and review put me in a different place but when I got there it was different from reviews and from the pictures. Our bathroom was dirty . Our rooms were old, the carpet sticky you could not even walk without sleepers . The wall need a paint to cover all the dirt . I wonder if they gave us the worst room because we come with a child . That’s my husband theory. Pool was ok , we enjoyed our time in there . The lobby and breakfast make it up the bad image . The staff that helps in the breakfast are awesome. I have to give them a kudos . And also the check in was good thank to the guy at the front desk . Particularly him I don’t remember his name, but he have a great sense of customer service. So thank you for making my stay more enjoyable.

The hotel itself was pretty nice - it was our room that was an issue. I woke up the next morning feeling pretty bad, and after checking the room, we found mold growing on the curtains and around the AC. The staff was absolutely wonderful, but my experience with the room was not the best. Not sure if it was a one-off, but I’m likely not staying here in the future because I’m pretty sensitive to mold and would prefer feeling confident in the cleanliness of my stay.

Nice hotel although it definitely could have been cleaner. The walls had lots of stains and Doors looked like they never been cleaned. The elevator carpet was very dirty I kept my stuff on a towel. I probably would have rated the hotel even lower but the breakfast was really good so I gave the hotel a 4 star because the breakfast was great. Those waffles were delicious!! One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel!!

Located downtown near "Miracle Mile" which is nothing but a row of strip malls. The a/c which worked fine but was terrible noisy when cycling on. It would awaken me each time. I was disappointed there was no bar or restaurant.

The property was centrally located but no views. It was clean and the room was comfortable. Lounge chair instead of sofa. Expedia rate was so high that the staff noticed and gave us a better rate. Poor rating for Expedia.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The bed was comfy. Pillows were too soft. The front desk were very nice and pleasant. Food was good. We walked to eat out every night. Had plenty of choices. The facilities were clean. Liked how we could walk and there were shops and restaurants down the road. We also went downtown and walked the beach. There are stores down there too and it is a short drive. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was recently refreshed. The property is in a great location for all things local. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Our check in was very slow do to a computer issue and breakfast was just ok. We couldn’t sign into WiFi as they misspelled our name on check-in. We would stay again if we were in the area

I met the worst manager I ever met in my life. My sheets were soiled and I did not soil them, they were placed on the bed that way.. When discovered, all we wanted was for a maid to come and re-do the bedding. This took 4 requests made at all different times of the day. Each time we asked, we were told it would be done. This took them 8 hours, so WE ended up changing the sheets.
