This is our absolute favorite place to stay in Tennessee by far, staff is absolutely wonderful, rooms are super clean and smell good. The pool and hot tub are heated all year round and its quiet even though its right downtown. Perfect spot

Friendly staff! Popcorn and cookies in the lobby at check-in. Room was clean. Outdoor hot tub was nice. Heated pool but we did not get in it. Surprisingly quiet being right on main road. Beds a little too firm for me but that is a personal preference. Krispy Kreme donuts in the lobby for breakfast and they even got festive with green donuts for St Patty's. First time staying here and will be back.

Always enjoy staying at the Mountain Breeze. It’s right in the center of everything in Pigeon Forge. The owners are always pleasant. Staff keeps everything clean. Pool and Hot tub is always clean and hot. I enjoy the free donuts in the morning from Krispy Kreme and the popcorn. This is our go to please when we visit the area.

Beds were comfortable, convenient location on main street. Public transportation sttop in front of hotel, about 10 minutes to Dollywood, nice pool & Jacuzzi area, cookies, popcorn and small treats available 24/7.

We came to Pigeon Forge to meet my parents for my dad's birthday. It was our first time staying at Mountain Breeze Motel and we were very impressed. It was extremely clean, staff was super nice, and location was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Location and staff was nice, but we got stuck in a smoking room, which usually is not bad, but this was so bad we got sick and had to leave early and wash all clothes as soon as we got home. Stay out of room 137. And extension cords are used in room.

Enjoyed our stay. This is an older motel, but the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the price is fair. My only complaint was that the air conditioning unit had mold inside, but they didn’t hesitate at all to get us a different room and said they’d look into the issue.

The only thing wrong was beds wher uncomfortable and rhe hair dryer couodnt be used without being moved to a new plug. Could use new hair dryers.

I liked the staff was very nice and accommodating, the room and grounds were well kept. The rooms have everything you need , they are clean and stocked with essentials. The location is central to shows, eating establishments and shopping. It’s an older hotel, the single queen we stayed in felt a little small. I’m sure the double suites are larger. But I would definitely stay again.

No food options, Beds were okay. Very noisey, Had a group of Sandrail vehicles and owners staying in Motel. Yelling out side late at night. If i would have know it would be so noicey would have picked some where else.

Loved this place! It is older with updated bathrooms but Is so clean. You can smell the Lysol which is a good thing. The staff was very friendly and so welcoming. Definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Breeze! Motel is older, but seems to be well-maintained, is VERY clean, comfortable, and a perfect location on the "strip" in Pigeon Forge. The in-room humidifier was a nice amenity. Beds were comfortable, micro-fridge was COLD (exactly what we wanted!) and the room was spacious. Staff was super-friendly. Don\'t plan on getting breakfast on the property, as the breakfast selections were extremely limited, but due to the space limitations I\'m not sure they could ever really offer breakfast. Just know that you\'ll need to plan on going out for breakfast each morning. Even though they were fully booked we were able to park right in front of our room, and never felt unsafe. Shower had plenty of hot water. We would stay here again on our next visit to the area!

I was pleasently surprised by this motel. The staff were so nice at check‐in. The rooms were cozy and very clean. My only con is that the doors need new locks. It was impossible to lock my door from the outside using the key. But all-in-all this would definitely be somewherre i would stay again.

This is the best value in PF by a mile. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower! Towels are the softest of any hotel, including those that cost 3X as much. Breakfast/Snack offerings are much appreciated. I highly recommend Mountain Breeze Motel!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel and staff! From the moment of booking until arrival, they keep in touch with you for any changes you may have. Fast and friendly check-in. House keeping is excellent. Rooms are extremely clean. The location is the best to me! You're within walking distance to restaurants, activities and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the near future.

Easy access to the main road. Cleanliness, closed to near by attractions and restaurants. Check in was easy. I made a mistake on my reservation and they helped me. Simple Breakfast oatmeal bags, hot coffee, cookies, doughnuts. At night, can grab same items plus popcorn.

Nice clean room, the ladies in office were so nice, for the price, it’s a nice place to stay, breakfast was not, Donuts and Poptarts,was in office. You will have to go get your breakfast. I’m going to give them a 8 just because I stayed in places that was more expensive and it was not as good. Would stay again.

Staff was welcoming and polite. Room was clean and maid service excellent. Lots of towels and nice bathroom amenities. Negatives were only a sheet and light bedspread on the bed, no blanket. I wish the bathroom had a grab bar for safety. The continental breakfast was glazed Krispy Kreme donuts. bbar
