This is a beautiful resort. We had originally booked a 2 night stay then ended up staying an additional 2 nights because we loved it there so much. The only down side is the pool area. It’s a pretty pool but there are a ton of rules that make the experience uncomfortable. The life guard is like a security guard pacing back and forth the entire time (they are trained to do that I understand) but it’s very unwelcoming as they are hovering over you pacing. You can’t have any kind of drink in your hand if you’re sitting at the edge of the pool…even water. Kids cannot go in the jacuzzi which I understand but if you’re paying a huge amount of money to stay here they should at least heat the pool (it was freezing) since most parents won’t leave their kids to go in the jacuzzi which is only accessible from a completely different area. Other than not being impressed with the whole pool area, everything else was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of fun touches and set in a gorgeous, lush landscape.

Everything was great but my only upset was that the pool closed at 8pm. Once you do things around time for the day, there’s no time to play in the pool. The pool is the reason we stay in hotels.

We travelled with young kids. Dining options within the hotel were reasonable. House keeping could have beet better. Bathroom during our stay was never cleaned properly. Always saw hair in tub or on floor. Pool area was good with nice bar.

Nice and clean property. Friendly staff. You get complimentary basic time saver tickets to the Dollywood park when u stay here.. it dismt seem to have been mentioned on the Expedia description. Rooms are okay. Fits a family of 5. One king bed, bunk bed and a small couch. Fridge. Dafe. Coffee machine. Free parking. Free Shuttle to the park.close to downtown. Pool. Breakfast buffett for a price.

Dollywood Dream more resort was fantastic . Very clean . Very friendly staff. Could use another restaurant with another type of food other than southern . Also another bar. Possibly a pool bar. Inside bar very small and had to take care of entire resort

It's a much bigger resort than I was expecting and a very good pool area, fire pits, smores in the evenings. You can also see the fireworks from there. Plus you get preferred passes into Dollywood and free parking.

Overall it was a positive experience. Easy access to dollywood and gatlinburg. The staff at the resort were hit or miss. Our room was never properly cleaned. At one point, we were given a towel with hair on it. Some mornings, we weren't given our coffee and breakfast.Although we did pay for it. And it was, yeah, a birthday from one of us which we mentioned and they said they would do something, and they did not.

We loved the resort. It was our first time for being at Dollywood in June usually in Oct or December We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of our room. First our cooler was not cool and they quickly replaced it. No problem Then we discovered our bedding was not clean That grosses my wife out especially. This trip was to celebrate her retirement. Colin in housekeeping came up promptly and changed our bedding. He was so nice and we had a nice moment to get to know him a little We did not report the food crumbs on the floor or the semi dirty sink in our bathroom Otherwise it was a wonderful time at the dreammore resort and park

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time here. The DreamMore resort was just that , a Dream! Only minor flaw was there was a lot of hair around our room. It happens, other than that, everything was perfect

My expectations for this resort lowered by the day. We stayed there for 6 days 5 nights. First off the adult bed is a hit or miss depending on which part of the mattress you lay on, the infant pack and play is a joke, cheap brand extremely uncomfortable. My baby did not like it and we were forced to co-bed share which was something I never wanted to do at this age. Pool water is not heated, very cold even on a mid 80 degree day. The menus are very short and taste is very bland. Not worth the price, we didnt realize we were al close to a strip of restaurants thay had better food for the same price or less. The thermostat in our room was "new" yet failed to shut off right away listen to our temp setting request and maintained the room extremely cold. Maintenance said its because it appears to not pick up all the temps throughout the room and maybe redirecting the vent direction to blow out air may help, it didn't. The resort itself is nice looking, staff is very friendly and welcoming. But I wouldn't stay here again, even the perks to enter the park early (not one ride was infant friendly even if met height requirement) and the shows if you go do not sit.in the first row.with an infant, better views for them from last row. Even the drinks offered at the resort were mediocre, drinks made out of powder, no fresh fruit to use for cocktails. This was our first vacation as a family of 3, very last minute booking and I wish I would have stayed somewhere else.

We loved how kid friendly this property is! Between the playground, arcade, bedtime stories, s'mores, it was all great. The shuttle to Dollywood is also so convenient and the drivers were great. You get a free fast pass for staying at the resort as well. Also, Dollywood has a very generous military discount on tickets which we appreciated very much. The downside, housekeeping never took trash out of the room other than what was in the two tiny cans. We stayed there for four days so we accumulated some trash from togo dinners, drinks, etc. They also didn’t take our empty bar glasses. We had to put out takeout containers in any other cans we could find. We stayed in a family suite and we loved the separate bunk beds, but overall the room was small with very few spaces to put bags. The last day we were at the pool, while there was a pool menu there was never any staff to come by to take our order, nor where there instructions on how to order poolside service. Most importantly, the beds are SO uncomfortable. My husband and I barely slept our entire stay because the beds were just awful, super hard, and some of the worst we've experienced. The blackout curtains also let a lot of light through the top as it's a curtain rod, and doesnt allow for any coverage where the window and ceiling meet. We would stay here again because the facility itself is awesome, but we won't stay just because the beds are that bad.

Check in was pretty rough. Had to go through 3 people at front desk, who surprisingly were kinda rude. Waited 2 1/2 hours and they still couldn’t figure out my 2 rooms.

Everyone we interacted with was so warm and welcoming. The property is immaculate and everything is organized and clean. From check in to check out we enjoyed every minute. The time saver at Dollywood was outstanding and we look forward to coming back! Thank you for the great family memories!

Absolutely fantastic, staff so friendly nothing a problem, Dollywood a short free tram ride away, so much to do but would recommend you hire a car or use uber as hotel do not provide a taxi number or service.

We were there for my granddaughter's birthday. My wife had made a cake but needed to keep it refrigerated. We arrived before the check in time and were not sure if we would be allowed to use a refrigerator of the hotel's. They were super accommodating about this. All the staff are super, super, super happy and helpful. It's incredible.

The only issue we encountered was at check out. We needed to leave by 6am to travel by car home. No luggage carts were available which meant 3 trips to our room bringing all our stuff to the car. According to the staff this happens all the time and none are available. Very disappointing as my husband has a cardiac condition that limits his ability to carry items. We managed but it tooks us 40 minutes to complete the process making us get on the road an hour late. The other disappointment was stopping to purchase cinnamon bread the night before our departure only to learn the pantry had run out. It was the planned treat for the 10 hr ride home. Maybe next time.

Amazing property! It’s so clean and comfortable. The one site amenities are amazing and the staff is so kind. Transportation to Dollywood was excellent. There was never a long wait and it was nice being dropped off right up front.

This is a beautiful hotel decorated for Christmas. Love the spa services. I got something to eat from the small bakery inside. They have a restaurant as well. Also can shop at store in hotel. Easy access to theme park. Trolley drops off and picks up close to entrance.

We found bed bugs in our room and the property did nothing for us. They claim to have had a company come inspect the room. Only for us to find bugs again in which we promptly brought to the front desk. They did give us bags to put our stuff in(thanks) we instead tossed most of our belongings in the dumpster. As for the food we paid just shy of $300 for a buffet thanksgiving dinner which was cold and tasteless.

I really appreciated the various porches and outside spaces with rocking chairs to just relax with a cup of coffee and watch people come and go. Very nice staff in the dining room and cafe. Only not-so-great experience was the pizza - it's not very good.

The DreamMore is a wonderful property! Great for families with young chikdren even pre-teens. Everyone was so friendly. Great dining options. We loved the breakfast buffet. The cafe with the snacks,food, ice cream, and coffee near the lobby was fantastic! The lady who played the violin in the lobby was incredible! Love the live music.
