The Estero Inn

The room was beautiful! Nice gas fireplace at foot of bed for ambiance. ?ovely bar area with fridge, microwave, sink and Keurig machine. The views were terrfic from the small balcony. The bed was amazing - I slept for 9.5 hours with no aches or pains. I never sleep that long! They recently added a wine and beer room downstairs and have a great selection for your enjoyment. We listened to the elephant seals in the bay and watched them swimming around our dock. The surrounding area has a fantastic selection of eateries. The Mexican place directly across the street was a nice dinner. There are numerous wineries along the street and Imthoroughly enjoyed Absolution. Fantastic wines!

Reserve now! Me and my husband loved it we have no complains. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The staff were so friendly especially the lady at the winery room. We stayed at the bay view suite and it was such a AMAZING BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE. We did the boat ride as well and the man that assisted us was so friendly and instructed us so well how to drive the boat.

We had a wonderful stay for just one night. This small, quaint hotel is awesome! Our suite, the Marine Suite, was located right beside the water with a lovely deck outside. We enjoyed waking up to a mother otter feeding her baby by the deck. The inside of the suite was spacious and homey. Loved the electric fireplace -- it was quite cozy for the cool evening. Appreciated that this hotel actually gave us a couple of large bottles of water - we stayed at many very upscale resorts during this vacation, and most did not give us anything at all - water at one hotel was $24/bottle. My only small complaint is that the bathroom mirror is not lit well for fixing hair, but we found this to be an issue at all but one resort on this vacation. Seems to be a trend to put adequate lighting around the mirror but not enough back lighting to be able to see in the mirror well. The beds and pillows were comfy, and we both have bad backs, so that is saying something! Loved the beautiful views from our room. Also liked that there are nearby shops and restaurants -- within walking distance had it not been too cold out that night. Wish we could have spend more time at this hotel.

What a great stay, great view! Property host was amazing, we were arriving late and we were very easily accomodated with a late check in. The room was extremely clean, restaurants were within close walkig distance. Parking was not an issue, i highly recommend this place to anyone. Me and the wife will be back very soon, we left the sliding door open at night while we slept. Room stayed very comfortable, the sound of the waves and sea life were very relaxing. Looking forward to our next stay!

Our balcony is the perfect quiet retreat to take in the bay and there are lots of other places at the Inn to sit and admire it. The staff is very gracious and welcoming!

This was the most serene stay at a hotel. The staff, welcoming and accommodating. The room, clean and laid out very well, having a view of the bay that was ethereal. No need to drive, all amenities just a couple minutes walk. A perfect getaway!

The property is located on the bay overlooking the water. The room was clean and spacious. The fireplace was a nice touch.

Estero Inn is one of the cleanest hotels that we’ve stayed in. Located on the waterfront, it is located in the quieter south end of Morro Bay, but easy walk to the central area for shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Having never stayed in the area or at this property before, I was hesitant to book a room but gave it a chance. Everything was great from check-in to check out. Clean and well-appointed room that seemed newly refurbished. Nice touches all around… like binoculars for the amazing view of Morro Rock from our balcony, gas fireplace, wine glasses, coffee maker and mugs, mini-fridge, and more. Convenient to all the shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

View..wow. Our room was amazing.

Everything was good except the tv did not work a staff member came and tried multiple things to try and fix it but could not get it fixed but besides the tv not changing channels it was nice.

Over the top accommodating. Very friendly. Couldnt keep room cool enough. Pilot light on gas fireplace quickly heated small room so we just kept the patio door open all night and listened to the habor seals bark all night

Bay View Suite (2nd floor) is pretty impressive, right next to the bay boats and a view of Morro Bay Rock. Very easy to walk up and down the whole tourist strip of restaurants and shops; off season so pretty quiet. Clean, well designed interior, nice wrap around balcony with chairs, electric fireplace, wonderfully firm mattress. Probably the only downside was that being near the boats/bay meant overhearing people/noises but that's expected.

The view from the Estero Inn is amazing!! There is no better view than from the Sunset Suite. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Absolutely the best Inn in Morro Bay.

The location is great. We had a hard time with the comfort of the bed. Woke up sore every morning.

We were blessed to have stayed at the Estero Inn. The location was great. The view from our balcony was awesome and we had great weather. We met the owners, Chris and Cyndi, who are a friendly, caring, humble and down to earth couple. They were working that day and took time to chat and make sure our stay was a memorable one. I’ll tell you right now, it certainly was. The property was very well kept. The whole property was in great shape, almost like new and that’s hard to do on the coast. The area was quiet, for being on the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. It was just far enough to the end of the strip for that. Yet close enough to be in walking distance from just about everything. My wife and I recommend it. If we get back this way again, this is where we would stay, or their other property was down the road, The Anderson Inn. We added a few pic’s from the balcony.

Absolutely beautiful place right on the water of Moro Bay. Definitely will stay again

Beautiful room on the bay with a view of the harbor. Great location near all the restaurants and shops. Great place for couples to spend a weekend.

The ocean view was to the side, and could have been better, but overall the location etc. fully met expectations.

Lovely property on the waterfront. Perfect for walks along the embarcadero and sleeping to the sound of the water, wind and sea lions. All around great little boutique.
