Check in quick and easy. The manager and the woman on friday were so nice and friendly. I felt bad for them as they had to open the door to the pool area as the door quit working and are waiting on parts to fix it. Pool was warm grandkids enjoyed over the weekend. Breakfast both Saturday and Sunday morning the kind man kept food replenished as fast as he could. I didn't expect the housekeepers to clean our room but we came back after a day out and was pleasantly surprised it had been cleaned. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the bedroom of room 311 to be replaced. It has a sunken spot on the left side. Not a big deal as I just moved to the other side. Was comfortable and plenty of pillows. I let the front desk know at check out to give the housekeepers a heads up the youngest grandchild had a bloody nose in the middle of the night in bed. The area is quiet and the parking lot very well lit.

They do NOT have a hot tub. One of the main reasons we chose to stay here so that was disappointing but the staff was great, breakfast was delicious and our room, the hallway and dining area were very clean.

Parking lot wasn't ideal and the pool was too cold. Other than that, wonderful stay!!! Clean, roomy, friendly. I would stay again.

The shower was terrible with no pressure. The breakfast was the exact same and we were there for four mornings so that was disappointing. The pool was small, chilly, and the chlorine was so strong that it burnt my eyes just being in the same room. The room was nice and beds comfortable.

Even with computers down all over the US, they got us checked in without trouble. Clean room. Pool was smaller than anticipated, and since it is a family friendly place, the pool was packed. Breakfast was a basic continental fare. Only frustration was it wasnt replenished very quickly. (Both mornings waffle mix were both out.) Overall, a decent place for a quick stay in Omaha.

I wanted to stay with my family for one night to use the pool and the pool had way too much clorine we couldnt even be in there because our eyes were burning so much. I enden up leaving and not even staying the night so i lost my money because they said there were no refunds. I was there for only a couple of hours.

The pool was amazing

We took a mini family vacation and stayed here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet. Only down fall was the pool was smaller than expected but since we were alone at it most times it was fine for us. There was no hot tub if that is something you are looking for.

We enjoyed our stay only thing was we were sad that the pool area was heavily colorined and we couldn’t stay In longer than 20 mins. But the room was great clean, beds clean, internet was good

Everything was clean and it was just a good overall experience

We booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like old cigarettes, even though they claimed it was non smoking. The second had a big yellow stain in the middle of the bed sheet. I called for new sheets which they promptly brought, but it was less than comforting. Staff was nice, i don't know if the first floor rooms are all the reject rooms, but both seemed to be just old and worn. Stains on couches, walls, beds, carpet, etc.

So dirty. Literally bugs were crawling all over. Absolutely disgusting. Asked for a different room and it was as bad. We left. This place should not be in business!

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decient. The carpet in room was freyed in places. The carpet was filthy. My white socks were pretty dirty after walking on carpets. The A/C didn't work very well in my room.

The linens were dirty and the pull out mattress had prominent urine stains which negatively impacted our thoughts on the rest of the stay.

The bed spread that was white was filthy. After First night they gave clean towels but left the dirty bedspread on the floor with the note I put on it that it was dirty. The next day no clean towels etc. the door frame had not plate on it for the locks to go into. Lots of tall weeds outside our room.

The whole facility looked and smelled clean. We loved the room with multiple beds for our large family. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and affordable. AC worked well and the breakfast was kept fresh and full. Perfect for our stopover on a long road trip.

The hotel is not that old but the carpets and couches need a serious cleaning.

The rooms were played out well, the AC worked well, the beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were somewhat dated, and the walls were chipped in places and the furniture was quite worn. The water pressure was not great. The pool area was pretty dirty, you could feel debris on the floor all around the pool. The water was also pretty cold. There was a power outage for several hours in the morning, and they pulled all of the breakfast items right at the cut off time even though the power had just returned on at the same time. Obviously it wasn’t their fault that the power went out, but I would have thought they would have left the breakfast items out for a little longer since the whole place had been without power for several hours.

We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Everything was clean and the breakfast had a good variety. You could choose from cereal, oatmeal, waffles (the strawberry batter was great), sausage and eggs, yogurt, muffins/bagels/toast, and apples. It was nice and quiet, too.

It was difficult to control the temperature in the room causing the room to be muggy.

Family friendly suite perfect for our family trip

The hotel was fantastic and the service level was exceptional. There was one small issue and the front desk attendant went out of her way to help me take care of that issue. She also was very helpful in working with us to do an early checkout and cancel one day that we had booked.

The general manager was kind and very helpful! The staff were all very nice. The hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast was also excellent!

Tried to check into hotel at 11:30pm they wouldn’t allow it because they said you have to be 21. It doesn’t state that on their website anywhere. Front desk person was extremely rude.

No late checkout. Cleaning pounding on door like a swat team

Everything was great until check out time. We had requested the day before a late check out at noon. It was approved by the lady at front desk and changed on our account. She was super nice. The next morning there’s banging on our door at 11am. Another lady with cleaning crew was checking our room out. I explained we asked for a late check out. She was super rude and said the lady who approved it was new. She seemed very annoyed we were still in our room. Just rude overall.

Pros: Service, staff was excellent (very hard to get these days), location is good (stores and restaurants nearby), cleanliness (no complaints). Cons: Water pressure not so great, breakfast could have more hot options (maybe alternate days). For me, great service outweighs the cons. Had a great stay and will rebook if in the area again. Paid top dollar for a mediocre hotel. The bed was horrible with only one thin mattress with worn out mattress pad and sheets. Side supports caved in when sitting down and was 18” off the floor. Front desk wasn’t friendly, welcoming or informative. Definitely did not get what we paid for!

Upon arrival we learned that there would be no hot water until 4pm. About 30min later it was told that the hot water wouldn't be turned on until 7pm! After driving 8 or 9 hours thats the last thing you want to hear. We asked the GM if he could compensate us in anyway and we were told NO, there was nothing he could do for us, not even refund the service fee charge of 20 dollars. Very unprofessional management.

Good location

It was a very nice property. Good location, very nice and spacious room.

The property is fairly new so the rooms are up to date and clean. There is a very good local brewery within walking distance. They have good food and good brews.

Perfect location

The location is great because it's not far from shopping centers and restaurants while still being in an uncongested area. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were great, were available for a longer period than most hotels, and had a lot of variety to choose from!

The heated pool was pretty cold for being a heated pool and the fan in our room blew continuously the entire time and we couldnt shut it off or just keep it on auto. But for the price it was a deal sleeping 6 and plenty of room for everyone. My husband didnt like the super fluffy pillows but sleeping in others beds can always be weird. Staff was super nice. Wouldnt recommend buying any snacks or pop there id definitely go next door to the Aldis. We ordered a family meal that fed us all from Panda Express down the ways a little for like $40 bucks. Took about 20-25 min to get to the zoo. Wish we could have seen the Haunted Museum in Nebraska. Also if u go to the zoo make sure u order your tickets online ahead of time or youll be waiting in line anyways to get tickets on a credit or debit card. Go to Guest Services around the corner to pay CASH instead of waiting in line to find out u have to use a card or that u could have ordered faster tickets online and didnt have to wait for the kiosk to order tickets on your card anyway. Other than that it was a pretty superb trip to Omaha this year

This was a nice quiet place. The staff was very friendly and did a good job with breakfast. The clothes washer was $4 and dryer $2, so we found a laundromat nearby. The pool was 4-5' deep, kids need floaties, seemed like a std pool. Not as comfortable as higher end hotel, but for the price this was perfect. The maid service took care of our trash and provided fresh towels daily without having to ask, which was nice. 11 mins to Boys Town, 15 mins to Top Golf & Westroads Mall, 21 mins to Zoo, 23 mins to Strategic Air Command, Go Ape Zipline and Wildlife Safari Park or Omaha downtown stadiums.

Very nice location, easy to get around. Room clean and courteous staff.

Loved the breakfast this morning. We have been traveling the last 10 days across the country and had the best breakfast and coffee out of anywhere we stayed.

Expedia promised adjoining rooms even though they do not have them. We stayed two days and ran out of towels. There was no conditioner in our room. Breakfast was great- wished the had different options everyday. Same breakfast choices both days.

The room was very clean & quiet. The bed was very comfortable & they gave you lots of extra pillows. The air conditioner worked really well. The water pressure in the room was great & the water was hot. Breakfast had many buffet options from hot & cold cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs & sausage, yogurt, fruit, toast coffee, tea & juice. It was all delicious.
