Enjoyed my 2 night stay. Super helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The hot tub in the pool area was at a great temperature. Will definitely stay here again.

The property and staff were great. Consistent throughout our the staff was friendly and hospitable. The only mark down would be in the workout room, one of two treadmills were not working and the one elliptical machine had a loose left arm, other than that the pool and gym was immaculate.

Room was somewhat clean. Weird red stain on the floor by the toilet. The rest of the bathroom clean. Chair was stained with, I don't want to know what 😝. Staff very friendly. Parking lot was under construction and they started before 7AM on a Saturday, a little inconsiderate in my opinion.

Overall great experience. Only saw 1 cart the 8 times I walked by the entranceway and the parking lot was "bumpy", but the staff was helpful and pleasant. Short walk to noodles restaurant and subway which was handy.

7,000 mile Tesla trip, no EV charging at this hotel, carpet in hall needs vacuuming, emergency stairs and in bad shape and no mop boards in the hallway and the chair in our room is disgusting.

Great newer property, but seemed like the bathroom floor/lower walls of bathroom weren’t cleaned regularly. Room interiors are new, so it simply needs more thorough daily cleaning—could’ve just been our room.

The front desk staff was super helpful. I can’t remember his name - but reddish hair - he is always there when we stay and he’s super nice. We had an issue with our fridge and he fixed in in 10 minutes. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Great location and just overall fantastic hotel.

Front desk staff unfriendly. Waited 15 min upon arrival to be checked in as no one around. No towels at pool during evening and into the morning. Hotel itself and room accommodations good. Maid staff and breakfast staff great really just soured by front desk staff attitude and willingness to do their job.

Rooms were nice. We had to ask for pool towels twice, though. They did promptly call about our granddaughter leaving her swimsuit and made arrangements to have it mailed back to her. Would definitely stay again.

I especially appreciated the ‘tone’ of kind professionalism of front desk staff person named CARL. He even responded to my hubbys request for help with our malfunctioning TV. Carl easily fixed it! We had a great stay even though we came for my Moms burial.

I was unable to check in myself to our rooms but my family needed a place to go for a few hours between events. The front desk made it very easy to transfer over who could check in for our group and took a lot of stress off myself.

Overall it was good. Breakfast was average to say the least. Guest above us was not very considerate. Was walking very loudly back and forth from 2am until the time we checked out. The location was good and lots of places to eat.

Nice property, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a fail..no hot items, pans empty. No waffle batter, empty. No milk, empty. Orange juice and apple both came out as water. One oerson working and couldn't keep up. We finally went to the front desk and asked if tgey could send her some help. When we finally did get hot food...bith cold in the middle...microwave dud not heat all the way through! We paid for breakfast as a part if our stay and it was offered. Coffee was hot!

#1 - Our PILLOWS were terrible - all 4 of them were "Flat" and "Hard" (when compressed from sleeping on them). At other Hampton Inns we've stayed at, the sleeping comfort of the Mattresses and Pillows have been excellent. This made for uncomfortable sleeping nights. Room 206. #2 - The Morning Breakfast Bar was very good - the first Day!! With each successive day it got worse as each area was out of items AND not restocked...all by 9am. I had to tell the Lady taking care of the are to fill the MILK tank (twice) and to fill/replace the COFFEE tank (twice). Food items were scarce for anyone arriving after 9am - not what we paid for OR expected in a "complementary" breakfast bar!!! #3 - the "Night Host" JUSTIN...was excellent. Friendly and interactive. Always put a smile on our faces when we came into the lobby and he was there...even at 4am in the morning when we headed off to the Airport.

We had a great time and the staff was excellent. The only issue is that there were several things not working in the breakfast area. The juice machine, toaster, and one of the waffle makers. I’m assuming it was just a fluke.
