I guess being a Windham property, we expected a bit better. It just really is a 2 star hotel. The sheets were so rough, they burnt my elbow when it slid across them. The pillows were hard, the tub didnt drain well. Sadly, the little pool was really dirty because the skimmer was plugged up with feathers. The breakfast was very basic and was just little pancakes that were made on a machine like a conveyor belt mechanism, the breakfast sandwiches were a very basic sausage and egg on an untoasted english muffin, a couple cereals, and a couple kinds of mini danishes. There was intense banging and hammering going on promptly at 9am Saturday.. Looked like replacement of an a/c, but given its a hotel, that would've been better executed later in the day, so as to not disturb guests. In my opinion $200 a night is too steep for this place. I think $135-150 would be more like it. It's about 30 mins from Rehoboth in good traffic. Its in a decent location near fast food type places, dollar store and such.

Asked for a pillow and it was left at reception desk on dirty desk top. Pool is super small. Rooms a very tiny. Don’t know why they are called suites. Had to check in twice as next clerk couldn’t find initial check in even though we had our keys and room. Noise from front road was loud. Breakfast served during a short period and not much choice for price of rooms which is ridiculous. Last time I stay here.

The customer service was excellent for both days that we were at the hotel. The staff was also very accessible! The room was clean and so was the pool area and the lobby and hallways. Probably my only issue was that at times the pool key didn’t work and the person at the front desk had to let you in, but it was explained that the issue would be resolved soon. The pool was outside, stocked with towels; the chairs were nice and comfortable. It was close to the parking lot so it wasn’t the most beautiful spot, but it was still a decent outdoor pool. The gym and fitness area was clean and had fresh towels and a water bottle refilling station. Overall, I would go to this hotel again if I was in the area.

Clean badroon and room, which is the most important. There is one elevator and for that reason a long wait. What was strange is that the TV was not in front of the bed but on the side. The gymn and swimming pool a great addition.

The beds are very comfortable, and the location is great for an economic option that's close to the DE beaches. Overall, the hotel is very clean; however, in our room, there was a yellow residue in our shower and on my last day a bug wandered into the bathroom as I was using it. While the front desk was attentive, welcoming, and helpful, the 2nd day breakfast management was unacceptable. Many customers waited over 30 minutes for food and paper products to be replenished, and, even then, the person who doing so took her time, and did not replenish everything that needed to be. Her awareness of reading the room for the urgency of what was needed was not there.

Very nice property, on the surface the room is clean, but on closer inspection. There is mold in the heating and air conditioning vent. It really needs a good cleaning. There were no handicap accessible rooms available, and I found the toilets to be very low to the ground and difficult to get on and off for an elderly person in a regular room.

The bathroom was dirty. The fabric shower curtain was dirty. It took awhile to shower as there was very little water pressure. The mini fridge was dirty. It was the opposite a year ago. The room & bathroom were clean.

This is an excellent hotel in a convenient location. 30 mins from Rehoboth. The room was outstanding. Hotel was very clean and being new (I believe it opened in 2025) everything was in good working order.

Expect a lot of road noise. Water pressure was terrible. Room was very clean and functional. TV remote was incredibly annoying to the point where I gave up and just streamed on tablet. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is limited, but acceptable. Property is a challenge to access. A good option for a night or two, not an extended stay.

Our biggest disappointment was there were no USB outlets in the room. Also, the room was a little dark and could have used additional lighting. One of the outlets on the table lamp would not keep the plug inserted. One last thing, a coffee pot in the room would be nice. (Just a thought.). But the room was very welcoming and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good and had a nice variety.

The room and bathroom were quite small for 3 people but it was nice and well kept. We didn’t want daily service but did not have any way to indicate that and towels were replaced and beds touched up daily anyway.

Room was comfortable size, clean, noisy, beds comfortable. Sound from neighbors, highway and AC was loud and disturbing. Breakfast was poor quality, artificial and cheap. We ate once, skipped it twice. Price for three nights and proximity to Rehoboth Beach convenient.

The room was spacious and clean. One complaint that I did have was that I was given a handicap room and the shower was unbearable. The showerhead was a removable one and when I tried to position in a good spot for me, it would not allow. Also, there was a bench in there. Just not a great showering experience. Otherwise, the place was fine for the money.

The place was satisfactory. My toilet was grimy, and the tub had a ring around it until they came to clean it. For both days, I was in my room, and there was a strong smell of marijuana coming into my room and the hallway consistently. I spoke to the general manager, and she apologized. However, I did not pay for all of these extras. I want compensation for the high level of marijuana I was experiencing in the room. Also, they are not good at answering their phone. It just keeps ringing. Upon my arrival, I specifically requested for an alarm to be set. Unfortunately, the alarm was not sent. When I reached out to the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful response from a staff member who stated, "I have nothing to do with that."

I’ve been in a lot of hotel around the country and I can tell you the person at the front desk didn’t know what she was doing. Gave me a really hard time first she said that it wasn’t pay off when I showed her the bill them she say that my card for accidental wasnt working that I need another one I ask for a supervisor and all of the sudden the problem was fixed. Don’t go there. Save yourself some trouble

It was a beautiful stay as we were a half hour early for check-in and gladly received. Lisa was the manager at the front desk, and she was able to give us two rooms side by side. The hotel room was very clean, and breakfast was included for the next morning!

The hotel wasn’t bad for 2 nights. The only few things I could say is that we thought they were going to clean our room and replenish the linens , and hair, body products and that was not done. Also breakfast was horrible. We had the same fake eggs and sausage for the 2 days that we were staying. Other than that , staff were nice , hotel was clean and quiet

Facilities were new and clean. Front desk were welcoming. Negative goes to the "included" breakfast. Was supposed to end at 9.30am, well was 9am and 3 families were left with a few baggeld and coffee only. The worker in the "kitchen" was avoiding us so we asked for help in the front desk and suddenly "chef" came only to say "Pancake mix" was not ready and eggs might not be ready before kitchen closes at 9.30am! And sure thing at 9.30am she showed to clean empty tabkes and turn off TV, even when kids were still watching.
