Studio Condo Near Universal I-Drive w Kitchenette

It was perfect for my daughter and I as we visited the Universal parks. Less then 10 minutes away! The sliding door to the bathroom was a bit more see through then we would have liked.

Clean room, great location

Check in smooth and instructions sent promptly Room very let down, run down, most certainly not for 3 people, couch bed not useable as mattress wafer thin felt bars through unable to let child sleep there sheet supplied for this didn’t fit. Bed wasn’t much better as large gap between headboard and mattress which the one pillow given fell through. Bathroom very run down and floor was very damaged not suppled with any floor mat. Towels extremely small and stained. When we requested towels they were sent up but as a one off which we did appreciate. No spare bed sheets to change also requested and was sent as a one off. Wasn’t aware this wasn’t part of the hotel so no cleaning provided for our two weeks stay..Dishwasher a hazard as the unit is not attached to the counter and the whole dishwasher slide out on me. Balcony and the door frame grubby and air con filters badly need changing. Area of condo great pool and foyer area kept very clean and any staff I encountered where friendly and helpful. Just a shame about the room as ideal location.

The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our stay, although more mugs and wine glasses would have been appreciated. One of the rooms had a faulty tap. I contacted the owner in the morning and it was fixed the same day. The location is excellent for Universal and an Uber to Disney is reasonable.

Overall it was ok. The curtain for the outside porch was dirty. The towels in the bathroom looked unclean although it was washed. You could tell they have been used many times before. There was no inside shower curtain so we had to use towels for the bathroom floor. The AC was set at 70 degrees and unfortunately the night time was rough because it was hot. The main closet had a loud noise that I mentioned to the host about and was told it would get fixed and that never happened in the week that I was there nor was there a follow up. This made it hard at night time because it was all you could hear and during the day. The some kitchen appliances showed signs of not being throughly cleaned as well.
