The facilities were nice and well maintained. Gym was small but had all the essentials. The free breakfast was a little lackluster but it was free and filling so I can't complain!

My daughter and I stayed here for a President Day mini two night getaway! While the hotel is beautiful and clean the hotel was so crowded. We booked this hotel as we were planing on doing a day spa trip to Kalahari Spa and shopping in the area. We also wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi! Except each time we tried to use the pool late at night there were unruly kids in the jacuzzi and pool area screaming! Parents sitting on cell phones not even paying attention to their own kids. The pool was so cloudy the first night and smelt like pee and mud. The second night more screaming kids but a little cleaner pool and finally pool towels to use. The breakfast was so scarce which really surprised me for a Hampton Inn. Not enough food option and the eggs were fake and my daughter found a paper wrapper on her eggs. While the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spotless and updated, the pillows were terrible and went completely flat when trying to sleep on them. The biggest plus was the lady at the night time shift who helped us in need of a tampon so that we did not need to run out to the store at night. She was very pleasant too. The location of hotel was ideal which is right off the highway and around a lot of stores and restaurants. Please do eat at Texas Road House which was a 5 min drive up the road! Excellent food and service! The exercise room was fantastic but was located at the end of hall which was weird instead of by pool. Jacuzzi was huge and very nice.

We specifically booked the hotel for hot tub indoors and it wasn’t available. They had a sign saying temporarily out of service. When asked why it is at the front desk, we were told that we could have requested in advance so they can make it ready. What’s the point of listing it on your website and not have it ready for guests? This franchise just lost a valuable customer. We stay here at least 3 to 5 times a year. No more No empathy, no remorse.

Beautiful clean property. Beds are comfortable and rooms are extremely clean. Went with my parents and dog and it exceeded my expectations. The pool and hot tub was amazing and clean. Great place with everything very close to this location. Has two fireplaces that can be turned on at night and even two grills where you can cook if you want to free of charge. It was a very relaxing two days there, my family and me loved it!

Our stay was great. The only suggestion I have is to let guests know that they have to share the pool with a swim school organization giving lessons which limits guests use of the facility.

Great facilities! Workout room offered many choices. Hot tub was very good. Breakfast was also excellent. Very friendly staff!

The hotel was nice loved the pool, hot tub and breakfast. The refrigerator had a horrible fish smell every time you opened it the whole room would smell including what you put in there. The room was clean just the shower had mold in the corners and shower door that needed to be addressed.

The breakfast attendant was friendly and kept the food replenished. The room was clean and comfortable.

Booking: We booked this location through Expedia after comparing and contrasting the nearby competitors. Since the locations were similar, we went with the "slightly cheaper" option, (Small difference). Check-In: Upon arrival, we were prompted from the front desk representative that a $75 deposit "for incidentials" was required, which can be refunded at check-out. This $75 deposit was not listed anywhere on either Expedia, nor in the details on the hotel website. It has been approximately two days since check-out and they refund has not yet been processed. Room Cleanliness: I understand that no hotel room is perfect, and it is after all, the economy option for Hilton. Soaps were almost empty in the bathroom, and there was a dried splatter behind the door. Most notably, when checking the bed sheets (for cleanliness, bugs, etc.) there were small, black colored hairs "all over" the comforter. They appeared to be pubic hairs, and this review would not allow me to upload photos. I brought this to the attention of the front desk when we went downstairs, and showed her the photographs we took of the comforter. She essentially denied the hairs could have been "from anywhere" and ultimately sent up clean sheets. Needless to say, we used the sheets and our own blankets rather than the comforter. Continental Breakfast: The breakfast was standard, and the waffles were a nice change of pace. Average, no frills. Staff had signs up requesting tips, which was tacky.

Hotel and staff wonderful. Only complaint is that the shower head is out of reach to adjust or adjust the spray. I am short for a man at 5'8" but even standing on my tip toes I could just barely reach it. My wife at 5'1" was totally out of luck

The air conditioner in the room was so noisy that we could not sleep all night. I wanted to ask a refund to tell you the truth or change hotel someone’s got to sleep in those rooms and check them out and see what I’m talking about.

Beds were very very comfortable, we have stayed before and will stay again.

Breakfast was ok. Single lady taming care of all breakfast and seems frustrated. Waiting longer time to get food basket and stuff filled up. There were no proper curtains in the room. People can see through the room from outside and no privacy.

The WiFi and cell service at this location is weak. The hotel was clean, but felt dated and rundown. The women at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The breakfast selection was good and always refilled.

Easy and friendly check in, kept our family together in 3 rooms with one adjoining. Comfortable, quiet, and breakfast was a plus. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub don’t saw people in them. Area offered things to do, we stayed for a wedding.

Two complaints: 1. When i got to my room the temperature was set at 60. Freezing. 2. The pillows were so non-substantial that I rolled up a blanket to help.

This hotel was very nice and extremely clean. Breakfast was adequate. I gave it 4 stars because the bed was a little lumpy and too soft for my personal liking and it’s a bit noisy because it is right in a Rt 80. However it would not stop me from staying here again.

Clean and very big room

We stayed in #207 for 3 nights. Room was large and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable, the pillows were terrible (not sure why all hotels are going with feather pillows). Water pressure was good, couldn't change the settings of the shower head though. Air conditioner worked very well. Fridge and microwave worked well too. At night when all is quiet, I80 can be heard a little but nothing crazy. Breakfast was from 6-10 which was great, however all my husband wanted was actual sausage or bacon and neither were a choice during the week or weekend. Scrambled eggs and egg frittatas were the two types eggs provided over 3 days. Fruit choices, Belgium waffle toppings and pastry selections were pretty good. The lobby has hot fresh coffee, tea and hot water 24/7 with plenty of creamer selections.

They take $75 security deposit never refund act like they don’t know me as like guest

The staff was exceptionally friendly & very helpful. The staff helped resolve a very large issue that was caused by Expedia. I will book directly through the hotel next time as Expedia did not do what they were to do with our reservation.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. Location was in the perfect area. The reason that I did not give an Excellent review was because of the front desk staff. They did not greet you when you came in or leave the hotel. It wasn't because they were busy, it was there unprofessional training or perhaps they are not happy with their job. I have been a Hilton Honor member for years. Very disappointed that not once guest was welcome. I think even if you are having a bad day, you are the face of the hotel. Say welcome, good night, good morning, make eye contact. Also, we understand that this is a pet friendly hotel. We love pets, but please can they not sit in the area where we are having breakfast. It was crowded, I really don't want to eat with my pets.

At check in they did not have my reservation on file through hotels.com. But Kay at the front desk went above and beyond to locate my reservation with hotels.com. Kay was the best

Since there is no service every day, I asked the front desk for trash bags. I was told no worries. She said that my trash would be collected and that I would have new ones upon my return. That was around 9:30 AM. We returned at 3:55. Now our smoke detector is chirping. I called down around 4 to report both. It's almost 4:20 and still waiting. So a guy just came up not knowing anything about anything. Andres said he was here to fix my thermostat 😲😤🙄. Now he's getting trash bags, batteries, and a ladder. Andres Came back with a ladder, wrong batteries, trash bags. I showed the guy how to take the battery out. He realized he had the wrong batteries. He told me that there was nothing he can do that he had to order parts. I said that "you can't leave it like this". He told me that I was rude 😡😤. We were then getting into it. I said that I was going to talk to the manager. He said, " Go ahead and cry to them". He wanted a confrontation. I WAS NEVER TREATED THIS BAD BY A HOTEL STAFF PERSON IN MY LIFETIME! Finally, a guy Scott came up with the right battery. He was absolutely pleasant. However, he did not understand the smoke alarm. I actually went up the ladder and fixed it myself. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE AN APOLOGY! Staying at the Fairfield’s at Marriott next year

Maya at the front desk was amazing after check out I had forgotten some drinks they had been thrown out already and she replaced it free of charge, Jacuzzi was amazing the whirlpool setting is phenomenal love that they have hearing impaired rooms! It made me truly feel included much love from Tristin and Jamie

Everything was great. Just fyi, housekeeping is every other day, but don’t hesitate to ask for anything you need. The staff is very accommodating

Checking in was a nightmare. I waited 35 minutes, as there was only one associate at the desk. Her name was Lydia and she was wonderful. Kept her cool under not so good conditions. I know staffing is a problem everywhere but that was kind of ridiculous. Also, there was an odor coming from the bathroom. I had to keep the fan on with the door shut my entire stay. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. The surrounding area was safe and clean.

The location is optimal! There are tons of eating options, and shopping is close by as well. It's only 15 minutes from the shawnee ski area. The hotel is very clean and quiet.

The hotel suited us just fine for an overnight stop on our way to the Pocono's to ski, but being located in a huge carpark, surrounded by big box stores and more carparks, it is not exactly a holiday destination. Also, the paper plates and plastic cutlery in the breakfast room feel cheap. The staff were friendly an professional and the hotel was perfectly clear, however, and we enjoyed use of the pool and gym.

The location of this hotel was right in the pocket! It's located around a bunch of stores, the hotel is quiet and relaxing. I'd come back here for the relaxing vibe and the convenient location.

I was there for a few days of skiing. Room was clean and nice. Staff were very nice as well. Location is good for getting to Camelback or Jack Frost. Also, easy commute to Stroudsburg area. Ample shopping and restaurants nearby too. I would definitely stay at this property in future travel.

Our rear-facing room was clean and quiet. The breakfasts were great, with lots of choices. I love that the pool was heated. We also saw some wildlife from our window!

We stayed here for one night. The online check-in was not working, but the lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The room was decent for our family of four. All the toiletries, linens etc were great. But wow that air conditioning is loud and on auto it goes from blowing cold air to absolutely no air. Not the end of the world. We were there Memorial Day weekend so completely understandable that it is very crowded and busy. But this is a hotel and they have yours and yours of experience with it and have 365 days to prepare for it.It didn't seem that way unto very specific fronts. The pool was downright murky, warm and the water was thick. It's hard to describe but it was pretty gross. I don't know if they have a daily filtration system. Breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m. But from 9:00 a.m. onwards the stuff felt the need to remind everyone every 5 minutes. So we had a whole hours worth of countdown to remind people that breakfast was done at 10:00 a.m. The warning was useless because they started running out of food pretty much after 9 am. At 9:10 am a man asked for something that was out and one of the ladies said 'Sorry we're out and since we're closing at 10:00 we're not making more but you can have some more tomorrow." I got the exact answer around 9:15 when I asked for fruit. 'We don't have anything in the back. The truck comes in the morning and you can have fruit tomorrow! Seriously. It's a good location and price but that was not good.
