It was a very clean and spacious room. The bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower and good water pressure. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk to the main street, Broadway. Its quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe, there are many food options nearby. The gym and pool are both clean and nice. Would definitely stay again, great value for money

So convenient to walk everywhere. Loved the rooftop pool. The bar was opened Saturday at the pool but wasn’t on Sunday. Will definitely stay here if we go back to Nashville.

This property was great! The only reason I didn't give it an excellent is because of the outrageous valet price for parking, $60/day. Either raise your nightly rate or lower your parking bc that is not customer friendly.

This hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Staff were always friendly and willing to help, the property was spotless and so beautiful. There is a small restaurant that mainly serves chicken but across the street is a BBQ restaurant that is delicious. Breakfast is either buffet style or you can order something off the menu for $19/person. Breakfast was delicious and many options were available, full bar inside the hotel as well. Hotel is a very easy walk to downtown broadway. The pool is a great asset and the lounge chairs are comfortable. There is a washer and dryer on site as well that takes $2.00 in quarters each. Fitness room is packed with machines including a Peloton. Rooms are very spacious, we had a basic room and had more than enough space to move freely. Parking garage is attached to the hotel, valet. Overall, we had a great stay and will return next year.

When you arrive at this hotel you only have the choice to valet your car. We gave the keys to the valet on a Friday. On Sunday after checking out and being charged a large amount a night to have the car valeted ( again no other choice) they bring our car back to us, hand us the keys and walk away. As soon as we looked in the car we realized that it had been completely ransacked. Everything in the glove box, consoles was pulled out and tossed everywhere. The valet attendant said yes he noticed it but thought we did it! Obviously they didn’t lock the car while it was parked. Lot was unmonitored and apparently not a safe place to park. The attendant then said yes it happened to more cars than ours. We were told the manager of the parking lot would contact us soon. Never heard anything back from them. Called the hotel to report what happened and was told the hotel manager would call us later that day. Never heard back from them either. Made a report to Hilton Hotels online was told I would get a response in 3 days . Nothing! Do not trust them with your car! No one working at this hotel cares at all. Your belongings mean nothing to them! Never staying at a Hilton Hotel again! Worst customer service ever!

The pool was out of service on 6-10. The only washing machine had been broke for a month. They said new ones were on order. And to get clothes washed offsite was $4 for a pair of socks per the doc provided. Paid a lot of $$ to stay and not have all the amenities available. Unacceptable for the price.

Close to Broadway and our favorite barbecue restaurant in Nashville- Martins! Lobby is beautiful and has comfortable modern seating areas to sip your morning coffee, watch tv, bar open. I wish the pool was bigger and there were only 12 lounge chairs saved by early risers the whole weekend. Rooms were clean and beds decently comfortable. I would stay there again for sure.

Just a few blocks from Lower Broadway, very convenient and walkable. Parking garage at the hotel (valet mandatory, just an FYI). Very polite staff. Wonderful experience.

Valet is the only parking option and it is not a smooth experience. Used the link to call ahead for my car twice and they had no idea I had called for it until I got down and told them. They also couldn’t find my key both times. If it’s going to be the only option, then it needs to be more efficient.

Had to ask for housekeeping to come. After being there 3 days had to stop someone in the hall for towels and even had to go to the front desk at 1245am to get toilet paper for the room. Wasn’t until day 4 someone came and actually cleaned and took garbages. Other than that fine. Pool was nice and clean, front desk staff was helpful when needed.

Slightly disappointed in our stay. The lobby looked nice so we thought it would be good but then, we get put in a handicapped room so not very comfortable. The TV in our room wouldn't work and when we called the front desk, they told us they couldn't come to our room to check it so we went the entire stay with no TV. Then when we went to leave after a concert, there was only one valet there so it took 45 minutes to get our car which is way too long. I even asked for my keys to walk to my car and was told no. Ultimately, the front desk staff was lazy and didn't want to do anything to make the stay better and that's ridiculous. Do better.

This location was close enough so we could walk around to explore. It had good water pressure, comfortable beds, and a lot of restaurant options without leaving the hotel. The view was non-existent. It was a close walk to Broadway without actually being there and much quieter. I didn't realize parking would be valet only and $59/night plus tax.

The room was spacious. Extra chairs. Lots of linens. Close to "everything". All of this was great. I didn't care for all the "extra" charges for parking, internet and continental breakfast. I'd prefer a "package" deal, like most hotels.

This hotel dropped one ball. They must have got pillows from dollar store. I travelled a lot in my life including 20 years doing special events. This was by far the worst pillow I ever slept on. Location was good, pool was good…. Go buy some pillows and throw out what you have. Not even fair to donate they are that bad.

The mattress was broken down and hard they definitely need updated along with the pillows that were wore out and didn't hold their shape anymore. The rooms were nicely decorated and decent size. The bathroom was clean and the walk in shower was nice.

Had a nice time. The lobby and the facilities were nice but the rooms need upgrades. Some of the furniture seemed pretty old and outdated. Other than that the staff were friendly and most everything else was nice.

Great hotel that was definitely up to standard but the parking situation was very aggravating. It’s $60 a night to valet which I was aware of but the car pickup took almost one hour for me personally and I saw several other guests affected in the same way. The word was there was only one valet working. I don’t blame the staff personally. It’s just frustrating to pay so much for a service such a this just for it to be way more inconvenient than walking a block to a neighboring lot.

We had check in issues when arriving at this hotel, rooms were not ready at the time they were told as well as rooms being put on separate floors after they occupants of the room requested (and had been told that was not a problem) to be on same floors and had to wait for a room on that floor. When checking in you do have the option of valet parking or parking on the street, we did not see any street parking close so we chose the safer route of valet parking, however, when we received our car from valet the console between the two front seats was not closed (which was weird) and this made us check it. We noticed everything was out of its place and a bag of change had been opened and was missing almost all the silver change, (given it was about $15), this was not the point, the point is we paid the requested price for valet parking only for it not to be safe.

GREIG was absolutely awesome. Friendly at checkin and checkout. First time we've ever received a text message asking how our stay was. Every staff memeber we encountered was Friendly.The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was very nice. If ever in the area again, we would stay here again.

On the day we arrived late in the evening after a long flight they attempted to send us to a hotel 30 minutes away stating that they were "overbooked". They then found a room with one bed after we requested to stay in the area because we had an early conference to attend. The key card deactivated multiple times and they did not allow for a late checkout even after the debacle of being told the room was no longer available.

The room was clean and what you'd expect from a Garden Inn. The hotel is nice, and the breakfast is affordable and a buffet for $20. The front desk staff are caring and attentive. Valet parking only at $59 a night. An excellent stay, highly recommend.

Hotel location was fantastic. Close to Broadway and the arena. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff was incredible. Greig was incredibly helpful and nice. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the only parking onsite was valet and it was a bit steep. However, after looking around the area for other parking options, it was comparable and the convenience of having our car onsite was worth it.

Walkable distance from Broadway, isn’t too expensive, has a nice pool, and the restaurant inside is nice if you’re not sure where to eat. But I’d really suggest the BBQ place right across the street, amazing food there & always busy bc it’s so good!!

I was not a fan of the $65 valet parking fee after taxes. That is pretty steep. The breakfast was very good. Staff was nice. Loved everything except for the parking. That sucked.

We had a great time. close to everything you want to do. We were able to walk everywhere that was nice. the food for breakfest was over priced and the service was lacking. Over all great time would stay here again if we visited Nashville

Not happy with the restaurant. Went in for a bite and they had a take out order for 25 people and could only start preparing our food 45 minutes later. Nice bar and lobby. 24 hour store was good but needed more food choices
