I was traveling as part of a group of 4 people, 2 women and 2 teenage girls. We were going to MSG to see Harry Styles. While the hotel was convenient and a close walk to MSG, that’s about the only positive thing I can say about it. We checked in and rode the elevator up to our room. On the elevator with us there was a man. He got off at our same floor but turned a different way when exiting the elevator than we did. We unlocked the door to our room, and not a minute later, this same man pushed opened our room door, entered our room, looked around and said something we didn’t understand, and then left. We immediately called the front desk and explained what happened. They sent security up to our room. Neither the security officer nor the front desk clerk knew who this man was or why this happened. We were offered ‘free drink vouchers’ when 2/4 of us are underage. We left the hotel to go to the concert and there were some shady characters hanging around the entrance of the hotel making us uncomfortable. When we returned to the hotel after the concert, it was not well lit in front, and there were several people who appeared to be homeless still hanging around the front entrance of the hotel smoking and drinking. We were still upset from what had happened earlier when the stranger entered our room, so none of us slept well that night. We checked out early the next morning and were happy to leave. We will not be recommending this hotel to anyone in the future.

The room was clean. I was not a fan of the elevator situation, but I understand there is not much you can do about that. Also, when I booked the room I was supposably getting a city view (I was on floor 17) and I really did not, I was looking at one building the whole time which is not a city view, but other than that it was a good stay overall.
