There was chewed up gum in the sheets. The lotion dispenser didn’t work. Very dissatisfied.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Our only complaint is we were told there was breakfast but they did not have it running.

No breakfast & never cleaned the room, they expected me to tell them to clean the room everyday, otherwise no towels and clean sheets. There are lot of hotels around. I chose Holiday Inn because of IHG and was more expensive that other hotels. I got unlucky this time.
