It was clean and quiet. I didn’t need the staff and I didn’t use any amenities. Great value for a low rate. Close to all the Tomball places to go/do/eat. Do recommend for folks who really just need a clean and quiet place to sleep while they explore the area.

This property is not as advertised. We booked the Suite, 2 Queen Beds, Non Smoking 640 sq ft. This was not what we received. When I asked at the front desk, I was told "We don't have a room like that and cannot change what was booked on Hotels.com. So we ended up with a Deluxe Room, 2 Queen Beds, Non Smoking 395 sq ft. If the suite doesn't exist, then why is it advertised? If it does exist, why was it not given as booked. The breakfast here is terrible (waffle maker and some old fruit) and the water pressure in the shower will barely get the soap off you. The only thing this property has going it was relatively clean and close to baseball fields.

Let me first say that I am not a bougie hotel guest. I need a clean place to lay my head with decent water pressure for a shower. This hotel was fairly clean and the check-in went pretty smooth (the night time crew is much more friendly and helpful). My biggest issue was the ONE luggage cart was being used, so me and my two kids had to lug everything in ourselves. Fast forward THREE days, I am in the shower and my children are in our room watching TV, our door opens (with the DND sign hung mind you) and my children get scared. It's quickly closed.. but still, not ok. I get out of the shower to my children telling me that the phone had rung a couple of times and immediately call the front desk. They tell me that they called to check to see if I had the luggage cart. Obviously we are three days in so that's a definite NO and I hang up. That's when my children tell me about our door being opened. I lost it and went downstairs to confront the workers. I said "in NO UNCERTAIN terms are you to enter my room for a non-emergent reason when that sign is hung on my door" and they claimed it was a misunderstanding and again that they were "looking for this elusive luggage cart" THREE days after I checked us in. Fast forward to the evening of this same day... we come back from a day of baseball and our room has STILL not been cleaned. I call again and they say that I didn't request this at check in. So many more details to include, but overall... TERRIBLE hotel and TERRIBLE daytime STAFF
