We really liked how the property was dog friendly and easy access to the river. In addition, easy access to the beach for renting kayaks, canoe's or innertubes to lounge by the river and very good restaurants nearby.

Cute little cottages. Comfy beds. Beautiful grounds. Karen the host goes above and beyond for her guest. Parking is limited. And on a Wednesday there is no where to eat. No fault of the Inn though. We would stay here again.

This is a fabulous place to stay on the River! Clean and well-appointed! Wonderful, quiet spot for two or cozy location to gather your friends & family! The grounds are amazing - beautiful succulents & flowers, lush lawn with comfy chairs to watch the river roll, willow tree swaying in the breeze, and redwoods to boot! Our only regret — we didn’t stay long enough!!

05/01/2024 This is a vintage - old world property - newly purchased by the owners who are excited to share the area with visitors. It’s quiet, very clean & very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and overlook one of the most beautiful and intimate locals on the Russian River. Parking is safe and generous and it’s a small piece of heaven on Earth. Beautiful property with great outdoor space and river access. The host was very kind and gave us a call prior to arrival to make sure we had a smooth check-in. In addition, she came to our door twice to let us know my car hatch had not properly closed! Thank you!

Very friendly proprietor and staff. Lovely garden area with picnic tables, grills, fire pits and more overlooking the river. Such a beautiful view. Cozy rooms with good amenities, and only a short drive away to restaurants, shops and attractions. Would certainly stay again.

What a cute establishment. Right on the river, easy access from The road. Our room faced the river and there was beach access with lots of seating areas. The property is is peaceful and serene. The gardens and common areas are undergoing a refresh but you wouldn’t be able to tell. Will definitely come here again.

Fantastic property. Only one issue. We stayed two nights and had used some of the dishes in the room the first night. We texted the number in the provided binder to let them know and asked where to put them- we set them outside as instructed, but they were never picked up.

I have been coming to this part of the Russian River for well over a decade. I had stayed here at this very property many years ago while under its previous ownership. It will now be on my list of go to spots to stay. The upgrades that the current owner has done are tasteful and modern while still holding on to the areas rustic charm. The pet friendly room I stayed in was immaculately clean. The proximity to the river can’t be beat and comes in handy when traveling with a dog. Cassidy, the manager was attentive and friendly from the time I booked the reservation. I am so happy I tried this place out again. Can’t wait to plan my next visit.

We found this spot on a whim and it turned into a mystical hideaway that was absolutely stunning!!! I can’t wait to come back again!!! The owner and staff are wonderful, rooms very clean, property was very convenient!!!

It is a charming hotel with an amazing view .. it is just that rooms are different and when you are reserving it , you are reserving that room (we didn’t know this but then when I looked at my reservation I saw I actually booked a specific room) For our room, we had a kitchen with sink and oven-toaster and mid size fridge but that made our bathroom very very small .. this was room 2

We had Room #5 and it was perfect for our 3-person family. We loved the grounds and the beautiful views of the River. They had all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay and walkable to the beach! Walls were a little thin as I could hear the person in the room next door snoring so was thankful they provided earplugs.

Very limited kitchen; the burners take a long time to become hot enough for cooking. No facial tissues provided. But very convenient location for us, and very helpful staff; they upgraded us without charge to a quieter room with a balcony over the river.

Belle at check was awesome! She let mw check in early and gave some really great recommendations on the area. The grounds here are beautiful. I went for a solo relaxtion weekend and this hotel was perfect. I loved the cottage feel to the rooms! Will definitely be coming back in the spring

We slept generally well but as fellow hotel owners and travel-journal writers we wanted to pass along some feedback. Our bill was $400 for one night in room #5. I am sorry but this feels egregiously over-valued. The patio and garden are essentially abandoned, I assume partly because of the time of year. The rooms have potential but the decor was not very interesting, lighting was not good, no bathtub, Target-style pillows and art, construction and dead flowers in common spaces. At night we could hear the conversations our neighbors were having. None of these issues are "the end of the world" but for the cost I would expect much more. To be frank I would have been comfortable paying $200-$250 for our room/experience BUT for what we paid it made us feel as though we wasted valuable holiday time and resources. I am sorry to send this message. As a side note the person who greeted us was very nice.

Liked the location: close to the ocean, Bodega Bay, Armstrong Redwoods, Russian River and Guerneville. But, the parking lot was very small and what we missed was a table and chair in the room to eat a meal and do computer.

It\'s a set of cabins and when you open the door, you are "in the woods". Good place to stay if you love hiking, biking, or outdoor activities. Located on the bank of the Russian River, I think that in summer, there will be some boating available. We unfortunately had to leave because of the New year California rainstorm but, for sure we will be back this summer.
