Our family enjoyed our stay at Good Ol' Days Resort. The beach area is very family friendly with sand toys, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe to use for free! They also have a newer play yard set up for the kiddos. Our beds were very cofmy and our rental was very clean. Overall, our stay was fantastic with one tiny exception...... the goose poop all over the lawn! Yes, I know it nature, but its not fun to have to dodge goose crap! Thank you for the wonderfyl stay!

The staff was friendly, property was beautiful with easy access to the lake and Paul Bunyan trail, and there were several recreational toys available for use, including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, games... It was a very fun and relaxing visit.

Patio door off of our room. Trails to the lake were blacktop and great for my walker or cane when touring lakewalk. Driveway could be wider as we were almost hit by a Hummer coming in as we were going out.

Lovely, immaculate A-framestyle 2-story 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse with walk-out patio doors onto a lake setting, with authentic knotty pine ceilings and accents, leather furniture; 1st floor queen bedroom; 1st floor bathroom with shower. The property was clean. We enjoyed having the view of the lake. There are a few repair and maintenance issues you might want to look at. For example the wall going up to the second floor wasn't completely painted. The fans in the bathrooms were dirty. The front door didn't have a window covering which we found interesting. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This place is tucked away and on the lake. The room was HUGE! It had a walk-in tiled shower! The bed was comfy. It included a refrigerator and microwave. I slept so well. I will definitely be back!

Love this resort. We had one little issue and talked to the front desk. They couldn’t fix the issue so they upgraded us to a different room. They were so on top of it all and just wonderful. There is lots to do in the area and lots to explore. Just one side note, the beds do need updating. They are not really comfortable but I have slept on worse. We had to sleep in separate beds as they sank in the middle and we had to fight our way out of the middle. But don’t let this stop you from staying here, it was a small price to pay.

Overall we liked the property. It was very convenient to get to and it would be very fun to stay there in the summer being on the lake. It was also nice to be close to the town of Nisswa where we could dine and shop and also very close to Brainerd Baxter area which we enjoyed. The thing we didn't like was that the beds were very uncomfortable. We got a very poor night of sleep because of the beds. They need to be replaced. We were in the main lodge room #2 and I wouldn't stay there again because of this.

Very welcoming. This is my second stay here this month. Very comfy beds. Very friendly staff. Purchased one of their fuzzy blankets the first stay and it is the best! Little slice of heaven hidden away. Love it here! I’ll be back.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The condo was a perfect setup for my kids and I. Great location within walking distance of dining/shopping and plenty of complimentary amenities such as bikes, balls, kayaks, canoes, games and Paddleboard. Great experience; we’ll be back!

Had booked wrong days by accident,/with Expedia. They were full on Regular rooms. But kind as they are the gave us a deal. and put us in a Cottage for $50.00 for the two nights. Way out of their way to get us a room for two nights, I was upgrade to a cottage, 3 bedrooms ,fireplace, and 2 levels. Way to generous, They said they were MN nice, and go out of their way to please.

While we stayed during the off season, we extended our stay because we loved the resort so much. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a three bedroom cottage and loved the space, privacy, and felt like it worked perfect for our family. We will definitely repeat our stay based on the resort, it's promixity to Nisswa.

We had a wonderful one-night girls' getaway here! The cabin is cozy with beautiful views of Lake Cullen. It’s super close to the Paul Bunyan Trail, downtown Nisswa, and Hwy 371. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip with friends or family!

The room was very clean and comfortable in spite of being old. The breakfast foods were very minimal and not stocked well. We chose not to eat but coffee was good! I am sure this place will get rave reviews for summer. It was a night time get away for us and the location and room were ideal.
