Always a good overnight stay when we come to Bristol. Clean, comfortable, well located with convenient NCP parking next door (25% discount). There was a fire alarm at 7.15am when we stayed, which caused chaos & the staff just stayed behind the reception desk which was odd, and nobody was organising the guests. Another slight negative. If you choose a later breakfast the ‘hot’ food is likely to have been there ages, so hard & luke warm at best. A lot of the cold buffet had not been replenished ( this was at 9.15). However, overall a good stay.

Con el único inconveniente que estábamos apretados porque éramos tres , lo demás todo excelente , aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento hay uno a un lado , caro pero el hotel te consigue un descuento . Esta muy céntrico. Limpio, si. Muy amables y bien el desayuno , me encanta que la saluda es a las 12 .

Although it states parking is available this is at an additional charge in a secure carpark. I paid over £20 for the night and my car was ransacked. Emailed the hotel and have not received a reply. Receptionist had a set patter which she delivered to my daughter whilst ignoring me who was paying. A real shame as other hilton hotels have exceeded our expectations

Albergo comodo per la vicinanza al centro. Non avendo parcheggio proprio mi aspettavo una convenzione con il parcheggio adiacente o in zona. La mancanza di un servizio ristorante per la cena non agevola chi arriva in serata, poiché nei dintorni non è semplice trovare cibo dopo le 20.

Perfect location for exploring the city! The hotel and room were very clean and staff were very polite. Sadly the bed was awful we both had bad backs and unable to sleep, asked for an extra duvet and this still did not make it comfier. Pillows were also hard and over used. Our shower did not also drain properly. Overall was quite disappointed. Our room also smelt of smoke when we opened the curtains and had an awful view of a dirty roof.

Our room smelled so bad and was old and outdated. The only thing the manager on duty said was "What do you want me to do". Also, the health issue, the staff who checked us in kept coughing, looked like she had a cold or something that could spread the virus to guests.

Bit disappointed with room, sheets had hairs, marks and tears. Common areas are very basic. Breakfast was nothing special. Definitely the lower end of its star rating. Didn’t feel the price reflected the experience.

The room was very small, but functional bathroom was nice however the shower was not as powerful as I was hoping for. Breakfast was dreadful over cooked Bacon and not sure if the sausages were meat, had the continental offering the following day. I was slightly disappointed with the whole experience. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly greeting at reception. Asked why we were visiting and after explaining our reason, the receptionist printed off maps of the Banksy walking trail, plus a map of the city centre. She was very helpful. Breakfast was ‘complimentary’ and was quite good. Would stay again.
