Of no fault of the property, the walk from the FRONT doors of Termini is much longer than expected. As the property is inside a condo complex, signage is not allowed and fixing the correct entrance was a challenge. A lot of properties in Italy are not equipped with A/C, but the overhead fan worked extremely well to keep the air circulated and cool.

The Grandis rooms is only a small room with two single beds on metal frame that made noise when moving in your bed. they only had a single sheet to cover yourself and no spare blanket to to get warm, I had to use the bath towels to cover myself to get warm at night. There was no breakfast included. The bathroom was not very clean, there was mold in the shower and the door of the shower was so small that I had to squeeze in to be able to take a shower and I'm not a big person. The sink was mostly plugged and was draining very slowly, could not leave the water running more that 3 seconds. There wasn't supply for bathroom paper for the 5 days that we stayed there. The only good thing about this place is the checking, they contacted me on WhatsApp to find out when I would be coming in. This place was not worth what I paid for. I will never go back there. Excelente custo benefício, muito próximo do colosseo. Quarto confortável, tinha tudo que precisávamos. O único ponto negativo foi que no anuncio informava que havia uma recepção das 14 às 18:30, o que não ocorreu. Chegamos e ficamos com nossas malas na mão na rua tentando contactar alguém da hospedagem para tentar entrar no local, essa comunicação foi bem difícil, por fim conseguimos. Quando conseguimos o anfitrião chegou com as chaves para abrir a propriedade pra gente que levou pra chegar uns 45 minutos, fora o tempo que levamos tentando contato. Fora esse ocorrido que nos deixou bem preocupados indicamos o hotel, o anfitrião quando chegou era bem simpático e prestativo e nós sentimos acolhidos por ele, que nos explicou algumas coisas e nos deu dicas de restaurantes.
