The location was close to the malecon which is why we stayed here. The price was excellent with parking and breakfast included. There were a lot of places to sit and relax outside and our room was on the top level so we had a view of the water. The only issue was the lack of ice machine and no where to keep the ice frozen if you did buy some yourself.

This little gem near the Malecon is top notch! Very clean, delicious included breakfast, gated parking, and friendly, helpful staff. Don’t sleep through that breakfast, get you some! Love this little hotel. Charming, nice and clean, and lovely ocean view. And they really know how to keep the AC on too. Highly recommend!

we were within walking distance of the shops and driving distance for a great beach.. Wonderful resturants near by. Great sea food! We stayed on the 3rd floor and used stairs. Wonderful west view of sunset! Polite, friendly clean!

The hotel is well situated close to the Malecon ( old downtown sea front). It's an older small hotel with gated parking and is fairly quiet. The staff is outstanding. The rooms are clean with plenty of hot water & cable. Yes som Ingles stations. Internet is not good at all but they have it. If you book through a 3rd party, ( hotels or Expedia etc) be aware that you will be required to pay in cash when you check in. If you are looking for a resort experience and sandy beaches then this is not the place to stay. That's on the north end of the bay. However there are plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops in the very authentic Mexican neighborhood. Seemed very safe as well.

This little spot is absolutely amazing! I loved the homey feel of it, the rooms were clean, completely safe, and absolutely lovely. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance. They offer an amazing breakfast with your stay, and it was phenomenal. I will certainly be staying again. :)

The place looks nice but you can come across to small scorpions in the room :( . That can be a problem if you are allergic, i spoke to one of the room attendants and she told that is something normal for the area!!!! I couldn't sleep at all and they did not offer any discount. I will never set any reservations with them again.

The property was very nice! Serves free breakfast from 7am-9:45am. Staff are very friendly and easy going and great customer service! The hotel was very clean and organized. The only downfall was there was a few bugs, but rather that a very great hotel. 9/10. 4.5/5

Such a cute hotel. Rooms are clean, King size beds, ice cold AC! Free breakfast in the morning freshly made and the property is adorable. Great location to walk to bars and restaurants! Will definitely be staying here every time I come. I've stayed in a few hotels and this is the best one! Can't beat the price either.

The staff and owners are very friendly and accommodating. Roxanna, who cooks breakfast, is a joy in the kitchen. The internet connection is weak. The good news is that you won’t really miss it. We would stay there again. Lupita and Israel have created a wonderful place to stay.

Third visit here and they never disappoint. Ma and pop kinda place. Absolutely clean and safe premises. Located close to all the action yet surprisingly quiet considering the close proximity to night life. Rooms are always spotless and warm water! When I don’t want to gamble in an Airbnb I always book here for a guaranteed great stay.

Loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and the staff was AMAZING. They are so nice and accommodating for any needs. The breakfast was a nice plus and overall the hotel had a homey feel to it, will definitely be staying here again next time. Owners are very nice and do a good job with the property! Only downsides were not being able to connect to the free wifi, tv wouldn’t change channels, and mini fridge did not cool properly but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be ignored or just accommodated in a different way.

The proprietors of this hotel are so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is very cute. The building could perhaps use a bit of restoration due to its age, but my wife and I nevertheless thought it still very charming. It's proximity to the Malecon is fantastic; literally a 2 minute walk. The homemade Mexican style breakfasts were also excellent.

I have got to say one of the most pleasant stays I have encountered. Family ran by a very wonderful lady who catered to any needs we had. I also liked that it was within walking distance to the Malecón.

Love this quaint B&B, the host and staff are always welcoming and nice. They accommodated an early check-in without an extra charge and any issues were resolved immediately when they were advised. The morning homemade breakfast hits the spot. You are only a block's away walk from the Malecon and near most of main attractions and beach. Have stayed here several times and definitely will do so again when I visit Rocky Point.

The locals were super friendly and the 'tourist traps' vendors were not pushy but quite friendly. I went on a sunset cruise (free watered down drinks and ceviche) with a live band on board. I enjoyed myself.

Really nice and comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfectly adjacent to El Malecón. It’s quiet and safe. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Family recommended this place to me and I’ve stayed here twice. Next time I visit Puerto Peñasco I’ll be sure to stay here again.

The staff was very personable and the breakfast was quite good. The location was walkable to the 'tourist traps' lol. I went during the low season so it was quiet. The locals were super friendly and the 'tourist traps' vendors were not pushy but quite friendly. I went on a sunset cruise (free watered down drinks and ceviche) with a live band on board. I enjoyed myself.

The proprietors of this hotel are so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is very cute. The building could perhaps use a bit of restoration due to its age, but my wife and I nevertheless thought it still very charming. It's proximity to the Malecon is fantastic; literally a 2 minute walk. The homemade Mexican style breakfasts were also excellent.

This little spot is absolutely amazing! I loved the homey feel of it, the rooms were clean, completely safe, and absolutely lovely. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance. They offer an amazing breakfast with your stay, and it was phenomenal. I will certainly be staying again. :)

This is the small hotel but very confortable.very clean the staff are very friendly.Dora and Rosana are super nice.Rosana make breakfast super delicious .The property is on very good position .we walk to the malecón area in just 5 min and it was very safe.

This little gem near the Malecon is top notch! Very clean, delicious included breakfast, gated parking, and friendly, helpful staff. Don’t sleep through that breakfast, get you some! Love this little hotel. Charming, nice and clean, and lovely ocean view. And they really know how to keep the AC on too. Highly recommend!
