We had a really good stay at this hotel in Seoul. The location was excellent and made getting around very easy. The hotel is within walking distance of several of Seoul’s major markets, which was really convenient for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the things we particularly appreciated was the laundry room, which was extremely convenient for freshening up our clothes between trips and exploring. Transport was also very easy. The subway/train station is literally right outside the hotel, making it very accessible, and we also used Uber from the hotel on a daily basis without any problems. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby as well as a CU convenience store, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its location, friendly staff and excellent transport

The thin girl that was in the reception was more than rude and helpless. Besides her everyone was kind of helpful. The AC engineer complety Korean polite and kind. The services washing machine and dryer has an additional cost and not even finished the cycle. Not enough machines for the size of the hotel and people teying to wash their clothes in the middle if the week. Really bad an expensive compare with other hotels in the are where we were out first week. Not recommended unless your are young and don't care the cleaness and service. If tou are a mature women travel with some other family members don't think you will be comfortable co sideline I pay more than 1000 dollars for less than a week in that poor maintenance hotel.
