Nice option to stay close to the airport. Has a lot of stores nearby, including a mall. The hotel is peaceful, great staff, and has a good bar. The city center was not really close, but that wasn’t part of our plans. Overall a great experience!!

Hotel was clean and quiet even though 2 huge sporting events in town: Steelers vs Bengals and Pittsl vs Notre Dame. All the staff was very nice. The shuttle to and from airport and to local area is a gamechanger. Janet, guest services, was great. You could tell that customer service was more than a job for her. She genuinely wanted us to enjoy our experience.

The laundry facilities on site take quarters. Front desk & bar had no change. Would suggest adding machines with card swipers for credit card use.

Twin Peaks restaurant a 2 min walk. Other dining options nearby. Had the 3rd best hotel gym ever used including smith machine and multipurpose stack. Very clean room, bathroom was a little smaller than most. Breakfast was good and plenty if seating. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. One star off since they took out their vending machines. They have an area by the front desk that you can pick up snacks. However, they are extremely overpriced. $2 for a pod of coffee, $3 for a candy bar, $6 for an ice Dunkin can.

I stay at Hiltons when I can because they always give great service and clean, unfortunately this time when we checked in the room had stains on the chairs and the sheets were not changed from the prior quest, the beds were maid but when we pulled back the top blankets there were food mashed in the sheets with syrup. This was the only time I ever stayed at a Hilton that was ever dirty but when we told the front desk they immediately had the sheets changed

The bathroom tub water wouldn't turn on first night and the next night the water wouldn't turn off. We had two people try to come fix it to no avail. They were going to have to wait til Monday to fix it and they did not have another room to give us so had to stay in room with water running all night.

Cheap hotel. No daily cleaning service. You have to ask for everything including paper cups. They don’t even have a water station in the lobby with cups. Doesn’t provide any complimentary breakfast. The bathroom was in poor condition. Cracked tiles….

We were not provided proper timely room services. (Our room was scheduled for maintenance on alternative days; however, our room was never properly serviced. Our bedsheets were never changed, and the room was not properly cleaned. One of the days, In the morning the staff assured that our room was scheduled for maintenance, However the very same day upon returning back to the hotel, the room was not serviced. The garbage, the bedsheet, the bath towels, the tea and coffee nothing was replenished. Ultimately, we had back and forth communication with the staff to get our room serviced.

The bed sheets were wrinkled & dirty as if not been changed the bathroom sink area was not equipped with any sort of handsoap the shower was the only area on wall dispenser body wash soap there was no hand soap near sink otherwise the clientele and area was safe & professional. There were dogs barking in hallway near my room

Property is nice, clean and convenient. I found it noisy as I could hear the guest in room over really clearly and it kept us up. Also, we were on the 5th floor and planes flight directly over the hotel. It’s really loud and disturbing. Also, paid through a third party app online and the front desk tried to charge me for the stay. Employee was confused and not attempting to double charge me. Place is really well located and clean. Other than noisy, room was fine.

The hotel is tucked away, which makes it nice for safety and quietness. The hotel offers a restaurant and bar, but there are a lot of restaurant options in the area if you choose to go out. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and appreciative. The only part of the hotel we didn't like was the bed/pillows. They were extremely uncomfortable, and neither of us slept well.

Overbooked - Hilton garden managed to relocate us (25 mins away) per our request at 11pm without charging us. Hotel.com customer service took care of it right after I contacted them next day. Overall we were good but it shouldn’t have happened to us late that night. We even notified the hotel about our arrival time during the day. No phone call or anything about the situation until we got to the hotel.

I was given a handicap room and when I requested a different room I was told I would have to contact hotel.com. I did not receive any room service throughout my stay . I had to go too the front desk for toilet paper and towels. I had to leave my trash outside my door. The room thermostat didn't work it stayed freezing. This was the worst experience I have ever had when staying at a hotel.

I was really surprised by this hotel. I got a good deal, and it turned out to be a very nice property. Great area with tons of shopping and restaurant options. Only one note (and nothing really about the hotel) - a map will make it seem like you're very close to lots of places within walking distance. This being Pittsburgh, however, there are big elevation changes. You might be very close to Ikea, but you'd have to walk over a cliff to take the direct route. Just something to keep in mind.

The rooms were a nice size. The place was clean. I like they had a microwave, frig, and a keurig coffee machine in room. Only issue i had was no complimentary breakfast was available. You had to pay 14.99 fir breakfast. If i knew that i wouldn't stay there.

The property was nice. The fact thay you had to pay for the breakfast, which most people didnt know unless the hostess aggressively had to state it was 14$ which turned people away and they went to mcdonalds was rediculous.
