Front desk staff was generally friendly and welcoming but a few weren’t welcoming or possibly they were too shy to acknowledge guests.

Wish parking was easier. I wish a free parking pass for a garage would have been nice. Also we didn’t receive a free breakfast. Didn’t know that was available. Otherwise beautiful and clean with a wonderful soaking pool.

Staff was rude. We completely felt like a burden. Pillows were so used we had to stack 3 on each other to get any kind of support. Menu in our room wasn't available until 10 days after our stay. Bartender at Hals acted as if us ordering was a chore. We used to love staying here. Unfortunately it seems as if staff has forgotten that the customers are what make their job possible. Bartenders at Als den were great, and the ONLY highlight of our trip. They should be training the rest of the staff.

Always a please staying here. Easy online check in. Clean rooms and we love the themes of the rooms. Shared bathrooms are clean and easy to use. The hot pool is amazing. Food is great and walking distance to so many other options too.
