Stayed 2 nights

This review is based mostly on accessibility. I am physically handicapped with atrophied muscles in my legs due to polio. The handicapped room was far from the elevattor. In my opinion, they should be near them. The toilet is a standard, low one. There are grab bars that you would have to be a contortionist to use. I brought my own extender and it was a good thing I did. The flat shower leaked water everywhere. Worried about slipping and falling. As for the room, only one side of the bed had a place with a plug in for a telephone or any electronic devise a handicapped person may need. Could not see the time at night. Needs a clock near the bed. Also, all the seating in the room is low. The only place I could sit and get off of easily was the bed. Surprisingly, there were a few high seats in the breakfast area. I always wonder if, when a handicapped room is built, is a handicapped person consulted. I really don't think we are. The location of the hotel is great. However, the parking is terrible. There is municipal paid parking on 6 floors of the bldg with one handicapped spot by the elevator and they are very poorly marked. On all 6 floors, the 1 spot was taken by cars with no handicapped placards. It was very difficult to find a regular spot.

Beautiful, clean, easy to find and helpful staff. The only negative was that I could not find an outdoor patio.

This hotel is in a great location for walking to restaurants and around town. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I would recommend a mirror for make up and a chair.
