For a quick, off-and-on-the-road-again-overnight, this property was so much better than the first look of the parking lot suggested. The parking lot is barren, with no landscaping, and looks uninviting. However, inside the hotel is immaculate, both in condition and cleanliness. The hot water in the shower was ample, the bed comfortable, & the pillows excellent. The air conditioner was excellent, and much quieter than most of the under-the-window-wall-mounted units we've encountered. Two negatives: it did not have an elevator and it needed towel racks or hooks in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff and clean room. Although there’s a sign at the property, we ended up driving right by; the building entrance is not obvious. Room AC is loud. Something on offer for breakfast would be a nice addition, but we knew going in that they didn’t provide anything. Coffee is in the lobby, not the rooms. But certainly an adequate spot to stay.

Great value for the money. Clean rooms and everything (lights, microwave, tv, refrigerator, a/c, shower) worked great. No coffee maker in room but there was coffee in the lobby. Close to everything!

Was not told about Wi-Fi, so I don't know whether they have it or not; website says they do. They do NOT have breakfast, although the cards in their rack say that they do, and even give the times. Receptionist says they have not offered it since COVID, and may need to update their cards (yeah). My wife booked this place with the understanding from Expedia that they do offer breakfast, but when I search in Expedia, I don't find Lincoln Host Motor Inn listed at all. To be fair to Lincoln Host, their direct website does not mention breakfast, just coffee and tea, and the receptionist did make good recommendations on nice places nearby to get breakfast. The place was convenient, clean, and comfortable. I slept well.

We picked this motel based on reviews. Came to the area for annual state fair. Location was perfect for us. Room was spacious and semi clean. Stains on the sheets and hair on the sink from the previous guests. What disappointed the most was the unwelcoming and just no care staff at the time of check in. Definitely will be staying somewhere else next time.

I don't have any complaints about my stay. Here are the positives: 1. The room and common areas were clean. 2. The staff was friendly and efficient. 3. The WiFi was solid. 4. This is a pet-free hotel. I have had experiences at other hotels where the pet owner leaves the dog in the room, and the dog barks for an extended period of time. I would stay here again

The only issues we had air conditioner was loud.TrIed opening windows but very loud with highway right out front. The fitted sheet was to small didnt stay on bed corners. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Staff friendly

Breakfast was not included, they just don’t have the facilities to handle it, but planning accordingly, ahead of time, the price was right!!! Better blackout curtains are needed if you stay on the main drag side (M-2) and are in the back side, the sign and traffic’s lights come through, so often your eyelid’s can’t keep up. We had the window open, since the weather was perfect for sleeping, but the traffic from the stop light right outside our window was non-stop all night.

The room and property were clean and well maintained. The only issue I have is the facilities proximity to US-2 and the constant, loud, traffic noise all night long. Had I known this in advance it could very well have affected my decision to stay there. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff member at the desk greeted us pleasantly on our arrival. He quickly completed the needed paperwork and explained things clearly. He was a bit unsure about places to find the kind of food we were seeking, but ultimately pointed us in a good direction. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bath had recently been updated. It was all that we needed-a clean, quiet, comfortable room for the night. .

I had t o go with my 84 year old sister in law for a medical appointment. The morning of our 173 mile one way trip started with warnings of freezing rain and snow. Using our common sense and consideriing I was 73 we cancelled that appointment. I called the hotel to cancell at 9 am and was told. I would have to pay the 89.00 dollars. I offered to take a credit for the next appointment and was denied. I do not understand them not working with me. What eere ee to do? We live in the UP of Michigan and need to often travel long distance for any speciality. I will not use this hotel again. Is there no room in our society for having some understanding?

The Lincoln is very clean and comfortable, but also very basic. We were looking for an affordable place to stay and The Lincoln is definitely agreat deal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpfull. We had several questions about the area and they went out of their way to get us all the info we were looking for. The location is right on the state highway and very convenient.

Hubby thought the bed was the best one yet compared to all the other places we stayed at this far. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast place recommended, Swedish Pantry, was fantastic, great food!
