Great hotel in the heart of Brickell. As an Orthodox Jew who can't use electricity on the Sabbath, the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate coming to my room escorting me to the elevator..opening my room key multiple times. This is a testament to the service they provide. Gets a little loud on the weekend nights as they have a popular rooftop...price is up there however you are in the center of Brickell and is highly walkable. Only caveat..parking. Make sure you use valet and dont self park in the parking lot overnight because the lot owners are ruthless and charged me $90 for 30 hour parking while I should have been charged $45. Safe travels.

Valet service wasn't great. Ended up paying 57$ per day for valet service although had to wait at least 20 to 35 minutes each time I needed my car. My car seat was always in a different position than when I left at the valet, also changing all kinds of settings, including radio stations and AC... Also to note that the property charged me 10$ for each amazon package although we're delivered during my stay. this isn't a practice in other establishments, very disappointing

Stayed here before and it was amazing then and just as amazing now. The roof top, Sugar was great, gets packed but it’s understandable as it’s one of the places to be, but as a guest you get to go straight up without waiting on any line.

Good location, excellent common areas, the rooms are more basic than the hotel (wood faux ceramics), cheap finishes. 62 usd for valet parking per day was higher than the cost of the rental car per day.

The East Hotel is a beautiful property, located in one of the busiest places in Miami. The pool is gorgeous and the rooms are nice. On the other hand, if on a family trip, stay away! It’s a party place! They sell day passes for the pool, which gets packed! The rooms are integrated with the bathroom, so everyone can see you showering. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel — it feels like your head is directly on the mattress. If you pile pillows, they suffocate you (super soft). Also, be ready for the noisy cars and bikes on Brickel! Even with sound-proof windows, it is noisy!! Finally, there is high-rise building right in front, so no privacy at all!

I stayed at EAST Miami and would rate it 3 out of 5. While the location is convenient and the hotel itself looks nice, there were several issues during my stay. The bathroom did not have any amenities, and it was not properly cleaned. On one of the days, housekeeping didn’t service our room at all, and when they did, the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. Noise was also a big problem — we could constantly hear people shouting and being loud in nearby rooms, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, the minibar was well stocked with wine and beer, which we might have enjoyed, but there was no corkscrew or bottle opener provided in the room, making it impossible to actually use those items. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this level.

The East hotel in Miami was magnificent. The staff were great. The hotel was so clean. Housekeeping did a good job with keeping our room clean keeping everything tidying up every day. The rooftop was amazing. The pool felt so good any content creators I would recommend you book this hotel for the perfect content.

I’ve stayed here many times before. And used to like this property. Im just generally not pleased with the upkeep. There was a bloody tampon near the elevators that was there for two days. I feel like that says a lot. Valet took 30-40 mins every time we needed the car. Just two of the things that turned me off. I won’t be staying here again.

There was a chunk of hair on the balcony, so not super clean. The room, booked for 2 nights, only had 1 coffee pod. There are no doors to the bathroom and zero privacy (you can actually see the person sitting on the toilet through the glass wall in the hallway) so keep that in mind when sharing a room with anyone, even your significant other. Most people do not want an audience for their business. The hotel was advertised as "kid friendly" but I did not get the feeling my 10 year old was not welcome. I went to the pool with my daughter and we were told there were no seats available except for 2 plastic chairs in the corner (and I had to get my own towels). Two couples came in behind us and were welcomed, with towel service, in the comfortable chairs next to the pool. Every drink next to the pool has a $10+ "service fee" in addition to the cost of the drink. "VIP" benefits was a $44 credit which could only be used at the restaurant. We used it for breakfast for 2 people and still spent more than $100 without alcohol due to service fees. The room upgrade offered for was an additional $375 cost per night. The location was good. There was one server at the pool and one gentleman working as a doorman at the rooftop club who were very friendly, otherwise the staff was indifferent and service was pretty disappointing.

My stay at EAST Miami hotel was nothing short of amazing. It added a nice luxury touch to my 25th birthday getaway. The receptionist was very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and modern and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The valet attendants and bellman were also very courteous and helpful and made transporting luggage and shopping bags hassle-free. I also got to enjoy a breakfast buffet at one of the hotel's restaurant on property called Quinto. It provided bagels, croissants, fresh fruit and much more with an amazing atmosphere. I also loved the fact that this hotel was connected to the Brickell City Centre mall which made my shopping trips easier. This property was very convenient and was close proximity to shopping and restaurants. However , the shower was never hot and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom stall Also had an awful Smell . It made our stay not as relaxed as we hoped .

Stayed at EAST Miami with my partner and we really loved it. Our room on the 33rd floor had gorgeous views, everything was super clean and fresh, and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was modern and felt like a little spa moment. We also really enjoyed the pools and spa pools, both relaxing and beautiful. One of the best parts is how close it is to everything, especially with direct access to the Brickell City Centre. The restaurants are definitely on the pricier side, but overall, the experience was totally worth it. Would love to stay again.

The room was super hot, they did check the ac, but it just kind of stayed that way. They did come give me sheets to replace the heavy comforter. I liked the room, but I just felt like they fell short on the customer service. I brought my luggage up to my room, and down, no one was around to help - the housekeeping didn’t come one day, and left me without toilet paper and fresh towels. I feel bad to complain, but I just expected more. The view was beautiful though, the gym was nice and the food was good! The rooftop lounge was a nice place to have a quick meal, but the overall service of the hotel was leaving me feeling like it wasn’t quite a 4 star hotel. It looks like a 5 star hotel but with 2 star service. I have had better housekeeping and customer service at like a cheap Hilton. Aesthetically nice place to stay but I wouldn’t expect high level of service.

Actually, the most disappointing stay I’ve had at the East- and I LOVE this hotel. I always choose it when I’m in Miami. Except for the bellman, the staff was inattentive, unresponsive and indifferent. I had packages delivered to the hotel. I asked for help four times- and provided tracking information. Got the brush off. Finally, the bellman saw me wandering around and asked if he could help. Finally, he found the packages.

I am beyond disappointed in the lack of professionalism at the East Miami Hotel. We have stayed here three years in a row over the holidays. We have spent thousands of dollars on rooms, drinks and food. On our most recent stay we were charged incorrectly on four separate occasions. It was clear that someone was using our account/room number to drink at the bar and order pool lunches - this amounted to be overcharged by $400 plus. I immediately reached out to East Miami the day we checked out - JANUARY 4th. It is now March 25th and I’m still dealing with this issue. A variety of “guest relations” employees claim they will help me and then fail to reply, call back or do anything at all to help. When I’ve asked for management on any level, I’ve been told many times “their in meetings, planning for the week.” I spent thousands of dollars on food/drink alone - all of which I acknowledge/paid yet they cannot help me figure out these fraudulent charges for “table of two” when we were a party of three who has a child and was not sitting at the bar!!!! This hotel has great rooms and it’s in a nice location however they have taken advantage of me and my loyalty on staying with them. I feel violated not only financially but professionally- NO ONE will help me. They act as if they are looking into the issues, take all my information for the umpteenth time, promise a 24 hour call back and then they die. Valet service wasn't great. Ended up paying 57$ per day for valet service although had to wait at least 20 to 35 minutes each time I needed my car. My car seat was always in a different position than when I left at the valet, also changing all kinds of settings, including radio stations and AC... Also to note that the property charged me 10$ for each amazon package although we're delivered during my stay. this isn't a practice in other establishments, very disappointing

I recently stayed at your hotel in room 3408 from Friday, March 8th. I’m writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable customer service and the racial profiling I experienced during my stay. Upon check-in, the front desk informed me that guests receive two complimentary drinks per day at the pool bar. However, when my companions and I — all African-American men — arrived at the pool bar, the first question we were asked was, “Do you guys stay here?” I presented my room key and ID to confirm my stay. We were not able to check in even after 3pm, they told us go and get food and kill time! the room we got was an accessible room which we never requested but because they said they were booked up that’s what we got! The toilet was inside the shower, there was water everywhere. They moved us the second day, we had to pack and unpack at the new room, the new room had a terrible scent of sewage!!! The next day we were locked out from our room because the device on the door was apparently dead, at this point we had a dinner reservation and we were locked out for a while making us Late. The whole experience was trash there was no compensation also I got a $200 charge on my credit card after I left without any email stating what this extra charge was for ! I would never recommend! I hated it

I was here from April 8-11 for my birthday celebration. Upon arriving at East Miami, I had to wait about 15 minutes before I was helped at the check-in desk. Keep in mind, there were 3 employees not engaged while I waited. I had to ask for help and then one of them said “Do you need help? I’m sorry I did not know”. I accepted the apology and checked-in. I was early and had to wait for the room to be cleaned. This was at about 8:50am. I was told I would be texted when the room was ready but I never received a text. After about 2 hours, I went back to the front desk to find out and was told the room was ready. Great, and no one had informed me. On getting to the room, it was mostly clean except the bath tub. I had to clean it myself before using it. I was too exhausted from a long flight to wait for housekeeping to fix it. The television became faulty (no internet connection) and I called to have someone fix it. No one showed up till the next day, after I made a second call for help. During my stay, I had to ask 3 times in one day to have trash removed from my room. For such a pricey place, I expected better service. However, I must mention that the housekeepers are very courteous. Also, how come there are no robes in the rooms? This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, correct? I was excited to stay here but my experience was lackluster. I will have to try a different place when next I visit Miami.

My stay at EAST Miami hotel was nothing short of amazing. It added a nice luxury touch to my 25th birthday getaway. The receptionist was very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and modern and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The valet attendants and bellman were also very courteous and helpful and made transporting luggage and shopping bags hassle-free. I also got to enjoy a breakfast buffet at one of the hotel's restaurant on property called Quinto. It provided bagels, croissants, fresh fruit and much more with an amazing atmosphere. I also loved the fact that this hotel was connected to the Brickell City Centre mall which made my shopping trips easier. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay to others looking for a luxury get-away and I would stay here again!

Beautiful clean hotel. However, I got charged for a restaurant bill, Sugar, that my husband n I did not even go to. I suggest asking the guest for their room key to verify they r a guest in the hotel. Giving the hotel room # is not enough. We ate breakfast at Quinto n we were asked for our room number. Anyone listening can use this same room number.

Stayed here before and it was amazing then and just as amazing now. The roof top, Sugar was great, gets packed but it’s understandable as it’s one of the places to be, but as a guest you get to go straight up without waiting on any line.

I had a great stay at the East hotel! Upon arrival the staff was very prompt and welcoming, I was walked to the elevators. Arriving to my room access was very easy (30th floor Urban King) had beautiful views of Brickell city centre & the ocean as well. My room was very clean comes with a stocked bathroom (toothbrush set, ear cleaner, & nail file.) and a socked mini bar (for purchase of course!) & coffee machine. The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also has a pool on the 5th floor and if you hit the 2nd/3rd floor it is also attached to the mall so easy access to many shops! The staff overall was very friendly helps with bags, elevators, doors & overall just friendly and always had amazing attitudes. I would stay here again and also recommend it to other travelers!

I loved the hotel everything was nice and clean. Staff was amazing the only thing is it not just this hotel but I feel charging 450 for a deposit is ridiculous when you already paid 1,000 and more to stay there why don’t use the money I pay for the hotel to cover up any damages if it was any damage.
