It was pretty good in general. Location is close to the main plaza. Only small points to improve: shower head was clogged with mineral build up and the parking lot is an empty, unsupervised dark empty lot half a block away. This could have been better communicated.

Joli petit hôtel dans le centre de Valladolid. Chambres spacieuses et climatisées, 2 douches et 2 wc dans les chambres familiales, parking à 2 pas de l hôtel, petite piscine pour se rafraichir, jardin bien entretenu et personnel très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourné dans ce petit hôtel. Je ne mets pas 5 etoiles uniquement pour le bruit...chien à côté qui aboie toute la nuit et début des travaux chez les voisins avant 7h...et chambres pas insonorisées du tout.. dommage! Merci pour ce beau séjour..

Petit hotel bien situé dans le centre-ville. Il dispose de son propre parking. Cuisine a disposition très pratique. Je recommande fortement, qualité prix au top.

A very cozy place to stay, the parking is about a 4 min walk away from the hotel, but overall, its a great place to stay. We just stayed for one night, a place to rest our heads for the night, its a great spot overall. Walkable to Valadolid square.

El hotel está a dos cuadras del centro. La habitación era muy cómoda y bonita aunque el aire acondicionado es insuficiente para la habitación que es muy grande y no llega para nada al baño el cual estaba muy caliente. El personal es muy amable. El estacionamiento es en la primera calle perpendicular, caminando. El desayuno es bueno. En general estuvo súper para nuestros planes.

Nice place close to the main square with a parking option behind the hotel. Served the purpose and the beds were very comfortable. We left early so they prepared a lunch box for us which was simple but delicious and came handy while driving to our next stop. I would go again!

La habitación pequeña pero todo bien, buena ubicación el estacionamiento está a cuadra y media y el desayuno también es en otro hotel a media cuadra, si volvería.

La habitación que nos tocó fue planta baja, la cama súper cómoda y en general la limpieza muy bien, está muy conectado con la naturaleza el patio tiene árboles y una pequeña alberca que parece un jacuzzi. La estancia fue buena, además cuenta con pequeña cocina para preparar alimentos, nosotros no la utilizamos pero si vas por varios días, puede resultar de utilidad. El hotel es muy bonito y el diseño típico de Valladolid, sin duda lo recomendamos mucho.

We loved our two nights here in Feb 2024. We would have liked to stay longer but they wanted to charge us their regular rate so we had to move. We booked deluxe superior rooms which had a king and double bunk beds. Each room has a double bathroom and a small fridge. The tiny pool was perfect for a quick dip to cool off. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Muy limpio, es hotel chico. Pero muy confortable

Las instalaciones son cómodas, sin embargo el servicio deficiente, poco amables, la limpieza deficiente encontré cucaracha muerta en la habitación, el patio huele terrible, nada recomendable.

Es una propiedad linda, centrica, limpia y muy tranquila, la habitación supero totalmente nuestras expectativas, la decoración como la funcionalidad de todo me sorprendió bastante, cuentan con áreas en común como una cocina con todo lo necesario para guardar o preparar alimentos si asi lo deseas y poder economizar. El personal es realmente amable y se preocupan por que siempre estes comodo, sin duda regresaré.

Nous avons eu la chambre numéro 1 collée à la réception sans aucune fenêtre et par conséquent beaucoup d’humidité car aucune possibilité d’aérer. Au bout de quelques minutes nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et nous avons dû payer un supplément…. La seconde chambre était très bien. Le petit déjeuner très peu copieux, l’assiette de fruit c’est assez limité il y a 5 petits morceaux. Emplacement idéal et parking inclus.

The property has a great location in the center of town and only a few blocks away from the central plaza. My room looked just like in the pictures but felt smaller and the bathroom was tight also. The rooms in the main building have very little soundproofing and you can hear everyone in the hallways with a loud echo. My room was on the street side and you can hear all the cars and loud motorcycles, it's quieter late at night but for light sleepers this may be an issue. The interior rooms may not have this issue but you would still hear your neighbors coming in and out and the doors closing.

El lugar es muy pequeño pero muy lindo. Son los mismos dueños de un hotel màs grande que està a media cuadra y el restaurante de ese lugar es delicioso y el servicio es excelente. Lo malo es que nos tocò la habitaciòn nùmero 1 que està justo frente a la recepciòn y se escucha ruido desde muy temprano y la ventana de la habitaciòn da a una boutique que està junto al hotel, por lo que no se siente mucha privacidad y se siente un poco encerrada la habitaciòn.

Hotel chico pero muy bien cuidado y acogedor, muy cerca del centro. La recepcionista Itzel súper amable y con excelente actitud de servicio.

Very nice hotel, very convenient to reach the main square of Valladolid. Bianca, one of the receptionist, has been very professional to suggest us the best areas to visit and some good places for drinks and dinner

Inadmissible ... nous avions réservé une chambre pour une nuit dans cet hotel via Booking, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés a l'accueil, on nous a dit que notre réservation n'avait pas ete prise en compte (réservation validée par Booking) et qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre pour nous. En fait, ils nous ont envoyé un mail dans l'après-midi nous demandant de confirmer l'heure de notre arrivée, mais vu qu'on n'avait pas de réseau nous n'avons pas pu voir le mail et nous n'avons donc pas pu répondre a ce mail. L'hotel a donc fait du surbooking et il a loué notre chambre a un autre client. Quand vous vous retrouvez a des milliers de kms de chez vous, qu'il fait nuit, qu'il pleut, et que tous les hotels de la ville sont complets, je vous laisse imaginer notre état de stress et de colère. Donc je recommande pas cet hôtel. Ce genre de comportement ne devrait plus exister de nos jours. Et encore, ils auraient essayé de nous trouver un logement, mais non, la jeune fille a l'accueil nous a seulement dit que c'était de la faute de Booking et qu'il fallait qu'on se debrouille tout seul. A fuir !!!

This is a warm friendly wonderful place to stay with a great location in Valladolid. It’s a great base lol cation for Chichen Itzá and Río Lagartos. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything was clean and lively. I highly recommend

Llegamos y no estaba nuestra reservación. Había hecho la reservación con al menos 3 semanas antes de la fecha. Nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel pues casa hipil estaba lleno.

It started out good. Found the reservation and was about to pay when the price I has booked on Hotels.com was $1100 pesos less than the price they wanted, not an issue they accepted my price, I paid and then it started. The Superior room, garden view etc. suddenly was not available, water damage from the roof (they are in a drought) so we needed to stay in a room attached to the lobby which was an old storage room with no windows right on a very busy street. We refused and after while were offered a room in a sister hotel down the street. we agreed but wanted to see the room first, no problem but it was being cleaned and we would have to wait. we agreed and after 45 minutes it turned out the room Was clean and we could look at it but not occupy because previous guest had left something in the safe and was coming back in 2 hours. Really ?? it was now getting dark. this room was facing the same noisy street, had a window that couldn't be opened and was definitely not a Superior room. Old tired bathroom at the end of the complex where wi-fi didn't work. It was now getting dark and we didn't have any other options. They were very nice and polite but were clearly pulling a scam. it was several weeks ago and I'm still not happy. A partial refund at least was in order. The Hotels.com discount was to me the start of the problem as there was no mention of a problem with the Superior room until then. Beware and read reviews about being stuck in the broom closet next to the lobby.

Very bad experience…. honestly lousy My reservation very clearly specified 2 beds and 4 guests. Nobody believes the story that they received the reservation for 1 single bed. The hotel to which they "accommodated" me was of a much lower category than what I had chosen and paid for. $1,800 pesos for a hotel where customers hang their clothes on the railings is ridiculous. Breakfast another joke. They ask me to say what time I want to have breakfast. I specified 7:30 am because we had to leave at 8:30 at the latest to catch a flight. They asked me to choose what we were going to have from the menu. The next day it was 7:45 am. The cook had not arrived. They didn't even have the ingredients for ANY of the dishes we had chosen and they were barely going to prepare. Bad experience. Terrible way to solve a problem where you did not respect reservation logistics and customer service. Everything, absolutely everything was an abuse and a mockery

We loved our stay so much. The breakfast was delicious. The whole place was very relaxing. Our room was enormous and beautiful. We really loved it here
