Stayed here for three nights. Overall location is good if you are willing to walk about 15-20 mins. The property lists private parking as one of the main benefits but that is NOT true at all. The lady at front desk flat out said that parking is NOT available and NOT allowed. 1) One of the worst mattress and pillows combination ever. They never changed the bedsheets or took time to clean it. 2) Entrance to the building is dark at night. 3) The elevator door doesn’t have any sign that indicates as such. 4) An envelope with room key was left on the counter but didn’t say that there are multiple rooms behind an unmarked door. We wondered how to gain access to the room.

Le bnb se trouve au 3e étage avec ascenseur d’un immeuble avec un bnb à chaque étage. Notre chambre était spacieuse : canapé lit et lit confortable avec un grand balcon. Très propre. Au delà du prix exorbitant mais apparemment c’est le tarif à payer ici, juste dommage d’avoir mis des matériaux low cost dans la salle de bain qui ne supportent pas le passage intensif des touristes. Ce qui donne une impression très négligée de la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner inclus et très correct. Le parking est affiché à 30 euros la nuit. Garez vous dans la rue c’est gratuit !

Razoável, bem localizado e limpo. O quarto é bonito e confortável porém achei falta de um segundo travesseiro - apesar do travesseiro ser confortável eu gosto de dormir com 2 travesseiros, o que é oferecido em quase todos os hotéis que me hospedei. Café da manhã OK. Faltou um estacionamento mais próximo.

O B&B é muito verdadeiro em seu anúncio. Ponto positivo está nas instalações em si. Cama boa, banheiro legal, não é tão apertado e limpo. O café da manhã é 3/5. Bom sortimento mas longe de ser café da manhã de hotel. Os pontos negativos são a sua localização que é quase um enigma pra se descobrir onde fica e como chegar. Não tem rampa pra subir com malas nem ninguém esperando em recepção.

Upon arrival we were very confused where to go do to lack of signage, residential apartment complexes. Found the reception on the 3rd floor. No one there, spent 5 minutes and called the number? No one answered. Came back 10 minutes later and was warm greeted by Laura (sp?) The room was clean, well appointed and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Beware of construction on the east side.

Perfect for a one-night stay! Great location and excellent directions provided by the hotel. Covered parking is available (for an extra fee), which is very convenient. It feels more like a house with separate rooms, so you can hear other guests, but for one night it’s totally fine.

Building was kind of hard to find because of google map showed that we were on that place but it was on the side back of the street. Also, the building is old but the rooms are modern, state of the art and super clean. Walking distance for restaurants, local bus and terminals. Overall, I am really satisfied with my stay.

Camera molto confortevole, ubicata in una palazzina a pochissimi passi dal centro. Dotata di ogni comfort, quali tv sky, minifrigo, molto silenziosa. Letti comodissimi. Bagno superlativo con doccia idromassaggio con radio interna. Colazione molto variegata e abbondante. L'unica pecca forse im locale colazione abbastanza piccolo. Personale cortese.

We wouldn’t stay here again. We got there and we were instantly confused about where the room is. It’s in an apartment building with a bunch of other places. When we finally got into our room, the first thing we noticed was how dirty it was. There was a giant stain on the top bed sheets (a c*m stain). There was mold growing in the bathtub and shower head. Also, the next morning we went to shower and there was NO hot water! We tried the sink and the shower and both didn’t have hot water. We were disappointed with this stay.

Great location , really nice shower . But their was a dirty folder when we checked into our room which indicated to me that it wasn’t clean . I threw it out and it was out the next day . The ir were stains on the top sheet of the bed , the hotel used flat sheets and under was a mattress protector with stains and hair . Overall we had a pleasant stay , and enjoyed the location and staff kindness . Also they charge a cash tax at the end of your stay . So have money available.

Firstly, we booked the hotel and found out when we got there it was the same as a 3 star hotel, which is the floor we were put on. You could hear people in other rooms, the room was very bright (nothing other than light curtain over sliding doors), they didn’t clean well between days, we had stains on our pillow cases, and the shower knob was broken. They stuck a wood screw in the handle that you had to push up and down to turn it on and off and couldn’t change the temperature with. The drain also didn’t drain so you’d be standing in a pool of water 2 minutes into your shower. The lid to the garbage was also broken. The website also said it had laundry but it did not. It did have a nice view, and was in a good location, and the breakfast was pretty good, so we were happy with that, but that’s about it.

Location was a few minutes walk to Piazza Tasso where all the action is Taxi stand was a few minute walk....taxis were not always available but it was there incase.

La habitación es excepcional, superó todas nuestras expectativas, tiene jacuzzi, sofá, TV muy grande y habitación muy amplia, terraza gigante el personal super amable nos recomendó algunos restaurantes de Sorrento y nos encantó. La ubicación es muy buena también , tanto la estación como el centro, como el ferry por si quieres visitar Capri está a pocos minutos a pie. Muy contento y si vuelvo a Sorrento, repetiría sin duda.
La habitación es excepcional, superó todas nuestras expectativas, tiene jacuzzi, sofá, TV muy grande y habitación muy amplia, terraza gigante el personal super amable nos recomendó algunos restaurantes de Sorrento y nos encantó. The only positives are the fact that the bed was quite comfy & the male on reception was super lovely & helpful. The negatives.. - We arrived on Monday (a public holiday) and the shower didn't work properly, none of the settings worked, the door didn't close whatsoever and had come off the runners, not did the slider to fix the height. We were told this would be fixed on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday. We left on Friday - nobody came to fix it. - We used our coffee cups in the room on the first day. There's nothing to clean them with. They weren't replaced for the duration or our four night stay. - The female on reception who also cleans and helps with breakfast is extremely rude. We tried to pay on check out (as advised when we checked in) and were quite literally *shouted* at in Italian because they'd already taken payment from my credit card. Again, we were told to pay by card on checkout and were trying to do the right thing. You're shouting at us for trying to make sure we've paid our bill?! I asked to take a photo of a receipt to prove we'd tried to pay and she shouted at me some more. We were shouted at even more & tutted at for not having the right change for the tax. All in all, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Building was kind of hard to find because of google map showed that we were on that place but it was on the side back of the street. Also, the building is old but the rooms are modern, state of the art and super clean. Walking distance for restaurants, local bus and terminals. Overall, I am really satisfied with my stay.

Stayed here for three nights. Overall location is good if you are willing to walk about 15-20 mins. The property lists private parking as one of the main benefits but that is NOT true at all. The lady at front desk flat out said that parking is NOT available and NOT allowed. 1) One of the worst mattress and pillows combination ever. They never changed the bedsheets or took time to clean it. 2) Entrance to the building is dark at night. 3) The elevator door doesn’t have any sign that indicates as such. 4) An envelope with room key was left on the counter but didn’t say that there are multiple rooms behind an unmarked door. We wondered how to gain access to the room.

The location was quiet and very convenient. There is a laundry mat very close by. Check-in was easy and we were able to leave our bags for a couple of hours after check-out before our bus left. I would happily stay again.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend à Sorrento nous avons visité positano et Amalfi la route pour s'y rendre est longue mais la vue va vous rendre le voyage agréable, ce sont le Saint-Tropez de Naples. Ce qui concerne la chambre car c'est exagéré de dire que c'est une suite la literie était confortable la baignoire balnéo n'est pas en très bon état mais elle était très propre cela nous a suffi pour prendre notre douche. Pour le petit-déjeuner nous avons été très déçu très peu de produits fait maison surtout quand vous voyez des oranges partout et que vous n'avez même pas un jus pressé le matin aucun produit fait maison que industriel et la pièce était très petite juste quatre petites tables et une console coller les unes contre les autres. La propriétaire des lieux est aussi agréable qu'une porte de prison contrairement à son mari qui lui était très charmant et accueillant.

Great location. Toilet seat is broken and lose. I find it agonising and frustrating every time we want to use it. 1 small lift for a multi storey building is insufficient. Once we had to climb up to 3rd floor after a late night out and waiting for a lift for a long time. Has a variety of choices for breakfast but the place is too small to accommodate the number of people. Overall, we don’t feel that safe at this hotel simply because the reception is not locked, unattended, isolated and anyone can just walk in.

The accommodation is in a very good location. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was very good. It had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The breakfast was not very rich and the place where it was served was very small with few tables in relation to the number of rooms. The staff was very polite. Be careful, there are no good instructions regarding check in.We went and found others waiting outside the front door of the building. The building also has other rooms and apartments for rent and we didn't know which floor to go to. We called the manager who wasn't there but he told us which floor to go to and that a folder with instructions would be waiting for us. It was o.k The hotel was chosen because it had private parking. We called again to ask where the parking was. We were not given good information so we parked in the wrong place. In the morning a lady woke us up and told us that there was a problem.My husband came down to see what was going on. We had parked in the area of other rented apartments, fortunately the lady was very kind and after paying the agreed price she indicated the correct parking space which was in another part of the building. I did not like this experience but all athers are very good.
