Room was great and so was breakfast. But the pool was really cold, especially for my kids who are 2, 6 & 8. In the pictures of the hotel it shows a hot tub. But there is no hot tub, it was filled in and a rug was on top of it. That was really disappointing.

We stayed with our young kids in March 2025 and, long story short, there were some major problems with the pool that severely impacted our stay. I took our boys swimming the first night and by the end, after half an hour or so, all of us were struggling a bit. Burning sensation in the throat, coughing, etc; were used to swimming at the local rec center enough to know that this experience was unusual. Anyway, our youngest boy in particular got “chlorine cough,” and ended up vomiting/coughing a great deal over the next several days. This in turn led to a lack of sleep for us parents holding him upright and attending to him through the night, and so on. So, a major problem. To their credit the staff tried to address these concerns although the outcome was puzzling. In particular they tested the chlorine levels in the pool, which evidently were within normal ranges. From asking a couple professionals, the problem may instead have been inadequate ventilation, but in any case the results spoke for themselves. (Four people feeling quite unwell and one very unwell.)

For us, this was a quick stay. Got in about 10 at night, got up in the morning, had breakfast, and took off. Regardless, this was exactly what we needed. The night manager was quick to the desk when we arrived, checked us in efficiently and with kind banter. Our room was clean from top to bottom, bed was comfortable, room was quiet, halls were quiet, and we were able to sleep easily. Got up and took a shower with nice strong water supply. We went downstairs and had breakfast that was simple but the basics provided. Fried eggs, toast, muffins, bacon, apples, oranges, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee, tea, cereals, and waffles. We ate, grabbed our bags, and checked out without incident. I would absolutely stay there again. It was peaceful, very clean, comfortable, and all the staff were kind and considerate.

The shower -tub still had long black hair and over all bathroom not clean. Limited shampoo and conditioner. No hand cream. 2 coffee bags, all plastic- paper drinking containers. Breakfast not kept up and fruit was old and brown. Ran out of food by 7 am. limited selections. Would not recommend staying here. We were meeting friends for the night and were very disappointed in facility. Won't stay there again even though we have relatives in the area.The La Quinta in Morgan Hill and San Jose are much nices.

The staff was friendly, the main area lobby looked clean. I will say however there was a weird red smudge on my main light switch (maybe lip gloss), there was surface level chunks coming off the bottom of the bathtub, the back of the bathroom door was coming apart. Don’t know if it was from water damage or just old age. I found a hair dryer tip under my bathroom sink, there was also a weird stain on the cloth thing on the end of the bed. Just seemed not to clean.

Very clean. Friendly service. Comfortable room/bed. Lovely woman who runs the breakfast, which was fresh, hot, and clean. They needs trays so you can grab breakfast and take it back to your room if you aren't a people person in the morning.

Menu never offered past offerings, eg bacon. Sausage was very greasy. Waffle batter had no cup to pour onto iron. Bagels were hard and stale. Very disappointing. When I arrived, there were many crumbs on carpet, dirty shirt left in drawer from previous occupant. I stayed 7 days. Room serviced 2 times.

We had a three-night stay in this hotel and had a mixed feeling about this hotel. The first night our rooms were on the top floor and facing the I-5 freeway. The noise is so loud that it feels like cars and trucks running beside your ears. I requested to change rooms for the remaining two nights and successfully changed to the other side of the freeway. And the noise dropped 70%! So I am guessing that they really need to work on the sound-proof issue.

Good location, easy on-off from I5, friendly staff, standard breakfast items. Not sure about the age of the building, as the carpets looked sort of worn and dirty? And the paint inside the bathroom room looked tired. Most noticeable issue for some might be the thin walls. I would suggest either ear plugs or a white noise machine for light sleepers.

Not worth the stress! Check in seemed to be normal guy was nice took the $50 incidental and I already paid for the room beforehand so I thought everything was good but it was not! They manually inputted another $200 on our card the next day! They treated us like we stupid and even claim it was another incidental fee. It took us over a week to fight the charge and get our money back!!! The beds were uncomfortable the spa was cemented in and a throw rug was thrown over it. We booked a room for 5 the room only slept 4 and they were out of top aways so my son had to sleep on the floor! It was a total s#!+ show!!! Reached out to Wyndham and they also refused to help. Obviously they don’t care about customer care and I for one will never stay with any Wyndham property again!!!

The property itself is great, good value, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful….unless you book a room on the 200 floor and a drunk wedding party stumbles in in the middle of the night. We did not sleep much for several hours—the open balcony looking down onto the courtyard funnels the sound up, and the poorly fitted doors let in light and sound. The staff member on duty did nothing to curtail what sounded like a raging party. Passing our neighbor the next morning, they not only experienced it too, but had a drunk guy trying to break into their room. Needless to say it wasn’t a great sleep and we left feeling disappointed in the staff that allowed this to go on for hours.

Very friendly staff. It makes a difference when they're smiling when you stay. The La Quinta Inn in Tumwater was amazing. From the young lady who checked me in to the cleaning crew. I'd stay there again. All 10's from me.

The facility is great. Our check in experience was not unfortunately. When we arrived the only front end staff person had quit and left the premises and left multiple check in customers wondering if we would need to find another please to stay. It took 2 hours for someone(a former employee to help save the day) before we got access to our room at around 10pm. General manager showed up later a promised rewards points for our next stay at any Wyndham property which has not happened yet. What should have been a restful evening turned out to be anything but that. Thank you to the former employee as he was great.

we had an episode in the king bedroom suite at around 3am where the breaker box panel went out. they couldn’t find the key to open the breaker box. so the night manager ably assigned us a new room, and then the day manager gave us a $40 discount off the room as well as 5k wyndham points. it was a minor inconvenience that was handled quickly and professionally by the management.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after our initial travel plans fell through. We arrived around 1:30am and had a super bizarre check-in experience. The young man working the front desk seemed unfamiliar with the check-in process, spoke in a strange Transatlantic accent throughout the encounter, and generally made me feel uncomfortable. He also two of my credit cards because he said his system wasn't working - I will be watching my accounts to make sure those charges do fall off. He was equally bizarre during check-out this morning.

Facility was very nice customer service at the front desk. I would like to acknowledge Hope, the evening receptionist. She is an excellent representative for Laquinta. She assisted me with printing airline boarding passes. Outstanding customer service.

The breakfast started at 7. The food was cold at 7. Not a lot of choices. Fruit over ripe. Instant oatmeal. The hot water was lukewarm. I Can maybe understand after a hour or so but at the start time it should have been hot. Doesn’t compare to Holiday Inn breakfasts
