We stayed here for Lacrosse Irish Fest. The festival was right across the street, but we could not hear it from our room. There's plenty of parking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed the newly renovated room. Overall, the hotels in great shape and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was the bed was a little uncomfortable and hurt my back. The pillows were also a little lumpy. Other than that, you can’t go wrong.

It’s a very nice, newer hotel and the location is close enough to walk to downtown restaurants/shopping and across the street from the Oktoberfest grounds. I’ve stayed there in the past and had great experiences. Unfortunately, this time it wasn’t as great. There was a youth group at the hotel and the room above mine must have had the entire group housed in it. It was constant stomping and noise. I called the front desk twice and they reached out to the room and the youth group leader, but with no change. Front desk, I will say, was very responsive and understanding. After the second call, I gave up. Was not offered a room change or any other option to resolve. Additionally, the bed wasn’t good for me and I woke up stiff and sore both mornings. That said, my son loved the bed so who knows.

In town for a college visit of UW-La Crosse with my son. hotel was close to camps and near downtown. We were able to walk to dinner and explore the downtown area and park. Georgie helped with recommendations for dinner - dinner was excellent. Room was comfortable, breakfast was great, and all staff were friendly.

They have the “pardon our dust - remodeling” sign but don’t say that there will be crazy hammering noises - even 8:30am Sunday. Even after calling the desk we were told they will stop by 7pm, but that doesn’t help if you want a quiet moment in the afternoon. When I mentioned it -politely- at check out the fellow didn’t believe me, quizzed me on the direction the noise was coming from and blamed it on other guests (even though they already said it was from the construction). Normally Hampton is our go-to, but I’ll be rethinking that. Two good things - breakfast was great and housekeeping/breakfast staff was really polite and friendly.

Seems to be a newer property. Everything modern and super clean. Breakfast was pretty standard but hot items (eggs and bacon) were solid and hit the spot. Walkable to Riverside park and downtwon restaurants and shops very close and walkable. Felt safe.

Excellent hotel. Staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Wonderful amenities. Close to restaurants and the river. Only complaint is that it’s on an intersection that is quite noisy and there’s a vacant lot right next door, but otherwise it’s perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great breakfast. Many choices and very tasty. We had a group of friends from the workshop we were attending, come to the lounge . The staff was nice, the room was nice. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We brought in pizza’s and wine. Our group was about 13 people. So nice to have your lounge! Thank you!

Everything was great, only area that needs improvement is they were continually out of coffee, or it was cold. Also, the coffee wasnt the best tasting. The BEST coffee I have ever had was at Holiday Inn Express. Maybe find out where the get their's.

Kids enjoyed the pool. We all liked the mattresses and fluffy towels. Fridge was cool without freezing. Showers were nice and bathrooms were clean. Staff was super nice. Breakfast Friday was meh, but much better Saturday.
