Excellent staff, however the room (1) left a lot to be desired. Internal room, oddly, there is a window, but looks out onto a corridor. Extremely hot and stuffy. There is an air conditioning unit in there but doesn't work! The room fan was blowing hot air around all night. Terrible nights sleep. The staff were great, and the breakfast was fantastic, so I really didn't want to write a negative review. In Manchester city centre, an internal, windowless room will cost around £45, the Bull's internal room was £100

The room was lovely and clean, windows opened great during the hot weather, accompanied by a fan, thank you. Tea and coffee supplied. Water would have been an added bonus but we brought this up from the bar. The first key we had, we had a few problems with, but the second key worked great. We bought breakfast as an add on and this was very well presented and great 10/10. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Lovely room overlooking pedestrianised street. Obviously noisy in evening as is above pub. Quite steep stairs to room. Fine for us, but may be awkward for anyone with mobility issues. Bathroom was a couple of steps from our room; but was exclusive to us with our own key. Staff very helpful and friendly. They let us leave our cases in storage for the entire day ! Would go back.
