The breakfast is amazing! They can make eggs to your style but we decided to stick to what they served since we are in Italy and it was all delicious. The staff were all friendly from check in to check out. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking is located around the corner and I gated parking lot of a business which has cameras and a gate code to get in and out. The hotel is located down the street from all the restaurants and shopping so it’s easy 5-10mins walk. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Sorrento again

We stayed in a junior room with a double and twin bed. The room and bathroom were spacious and beautiful. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and towels were like new! We had a really huge private terrace that was probably 300sq ft!!!! That extra space was perfect to just be outside! Breakfast by Maria was amazing! She makes everything herself! The ladies at reception were very very helpful and nice. Location was just a short walk to everything needed. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend!

We stayed at Maison Kalea for 5 nights during our honeymoon, and we were very disappointed with the experience, especially given its high rating. The most shocking issue was the complete lack of internet for our entire stay, which was a major inconvenience and unacceptable for a highly rated hotel. The room had several problems: the shower shelf was broken, making it difficult to use, the bed was uncomfortable, impacting our sleep quality, and the hotel provided paper cups instead of glassware, which felt cheap. We requested extra soap and shampoo, but our requests were ignored. There was no pool, and the outdoor seating consisted of uncomfortable chairs. We asked for umbrellas for the sunbeds, but staff told us none were available, despite there being plenty at the tables nearby. The jacuzzi was advertised but was not working. The breakfast was acceptable but lacked variety, with very few fruit options available. While the staff was generally friendly, the cleaning lady was extremely loud on our last day, shouting while cleaning as we were checking out and waiting for our transfer in the lobby, which was disruptive and unprofessional. Given these issues, we were surprised by Maison Kalea’s high rating. Given these issues, we feel we paid far too much for such a subpar experience. The property did not meet our expectations for a honeymoon stay, and we would not recommend it

Beautiful hotel, the check in was easy, there was a front desk which was staffed all day. Also had a good size elevator. The room was spacious, the bathroom and shower were spacious. We had a nice balcony. We had a fridge and kettle in the room, with tea and coffee. Breakfast was served 7:30-10:30 and had a good assortment of delicious homemade food! It was pretty close to the town square, about a 10 minute (easy) walk. The only downside is that the hotel is on a busy street corner and the sound of scooters racing by was very noisy (only with the windows open). Overall great hotel. It was only a 10 minute walk to the train station.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was beautiful-comfortable,spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The location couldn't be better; it's so convenient to walk to all the restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff are truly amazing - friendly, welcoming,and always ready to help with anything you need. The breakfast was incredible, with delicious options that made every morning a treat. What really stood out, though, was the warm and inviting atmosphere- you feel like you're in someone's lovely home rather than a hotel. I can't wait to come back!

Staff at times was not the best. It was an issue getting a couple of glasses and some ice for our room. past the edge of the nicer part of town. And we had some bugs in the room. Air conditioner seemed not to be up to the task.

The staff at Maison Kalea was very helpful. The check in process was quick. Maison Kalea is in a good location for access to the main square with a 10 minute walk. My main complaint is the high level of street and traffic noise in our room from the noisy street corner outside. Our first night we listened to motorists zoom up our street until 3am. Not conducive to good sleep. And I wear earplugs all night.

Everyone was friendly and kind. The front desk staff was super helpful and provided information and suggestions about the location. Antonella who cooked breakfast every morning was superb. Her breakfast was delicious. Our room was cleaned every day. Plus we had a nice balcony we were able to sit in the evenings before going out for dinner. Overall excellent hotel.

Maison Kalea Is located only 5 minutes walk from the town center surrounded by good restaurants. The receptionists Martina and Giovanni both speak fluent English and are very helpful. Martina provided us with local information and best restaurants nearby; Giovanni helped us to print out our electronic tickets to Capri, which was required. We caught him on his way home off work. Not only did he patiently waited for the computer to reboot and handed us the hard copies, he refused to accept our gratuity, and simply said, “it’s my job.” But he was off duty already! Not only did he patiently waited for the computer to reboot and handed us the hard copies, he refused to accept our gratuity, and simply said, “it’s my job.” But he was off duty already! Llegamos un poco tarde debido al retraso del tren y sabíamos que había un cargo extra por llegar tarde pero cada hora iba aumentando y al final nos cobraron. €50. I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was beautiful-comfortable,spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The location couldn't be better; it's so convenient to walk to all the restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff are truly amazing - friendly, welcoming,and always ready to help with anything you need. The breakfast was incredible, with delicious options that made every morning a treat. Throughout the process they were communicative and responsive. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in while we took a day trip to Capri, which was really appreciated. It is about a 15 minute downhill walk to the port. The staff are so nice and accommodating and the breakfast in the morning had a variety to select from and was delicious.

Antonella made the best breakfast homemade every morning. I absolutely looked forward to it! And Martina was so helpful at front desk, helped us with booking reservation. Everyone was friendly and kind. The front desk staff was super helpful and provided information and suggestions about the location. Antonella who cooked breakfast every morning was superb. Her breakfast was delicious. Our room was cleaned every day. Plus we had a nice balcony we were able to sit in the evenings before going out for dinner. Overall excellent hotel.

Honestly I really loved my stay here. It’s such a cute spot and so walkable about 5-10 minutes from the main strip of restaurants and shopping. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and the port to the ferries. Reception was so lovely! I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maison Kalea. It is perfectly located – away from the noisy, busy centre, yet still within easy reach. There are several good restaurants, pizzerias, and mini-supermarkets nearby, and on the way to the city centre there’s a traditional Italian patisserie-gelateria called Monica, which is an absolute must-visit. The premises are spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety each day. The staff at Maison Kalea was very helpful. The check in process was quick. Maison Kalea is in a good location for access to the main square with a 10 minute walk. My main complaint is the high level of street and traffic noise in our room from the noisy street corner outside. Our first night we listened to motorists zoom up our street until 3am. Not conducive to good sleep. And I wear earplugs all night.

Although we only stayed one night at Maison Kalea, it would be our preferred stay in Sorrento when we return. Bianca was very welcoming and communicated wonderfully prior to arrival. The room was extremely clean and updated. The location is just five minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Ten minutes from the train station. A great grocery store across the street. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Cappuccino and homemade pastries by an in-house chef. Wish we could stay longer.

Beautiful hotel, the check in was easy, there was a front desk which was staffed all day. Also had a good size elevator. The room was spacious, the bathroom and shower were spacious. We had a nice balcony. We had a fridge and kettle in the room, with tea and coffee. Breakfast was served 7:30-10:30 and had a good assortment of delicious homemade food! It was pretty close to the town square, about a 10 minute (easy) walk. The only downside is that the hotel is on a busy street corner and the sound of scooters racing by was very noisy (only with the windows open). Overall great hotel. It was only a 10 minute walk to the train station.

The breakfast is amazing! They can make eggs to your style but we decided to stick to what they served since we are in Italy and it was all delicious. The staff were all friendly from check in to check out. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking is located around the corner and I gated parking lot of a business which has cameras and a gate code to get in and out. The hotel is located down the street from all the restaurants and shopping so it’s easy 5-10mins walk. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Sorrento again

Our room was BEAUTIFUL!...so comfortable! Alessandra at the front desk was a sweetheart and so helpful. Breakfast was just OK, you were not allowed to take any fruit back to your room, very strict. Location was perfect for all the sights. Getting a taxi to take you to the Naples train station was a nightmare but obviously not the hotel's fault. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
