Excelente ubicación, muy lindas las habitaciones. Solo pediria tuvieran ramoa al ingreso, ya que es dificil sibir maletas pesadas por las escaleras y el ingreso a una persona con discapacidad. Por el resto, el lugar es fabuloso!

The staff was lovely, the building was clean and in a nice, safe location. I really loved the layout of the hotel, the size of my room and the comfy bed. The roof top deck was really nice as well. My only complaint was the shower water was not warm or hot. I did enjoy a very hot jacuzzi though, so there’s definitely hot water on site, just not in the rooms? I was in and out pretty quick so it was ok for my stay but it is a shame about the showers because everything else was great.

The room was clean but it smell really bad(like toilet), the room didn’t have a coffee machine, i had to ask for it at the front desk, they gave me one and the room the first night had coffee cups but for the rest of the nights no coffee cups unless I buy more. During one of the dates the electricity of the place was off and they didn’t have a plan B to manage the situation. For this situation the elevator was not working which i can understand for the stairs didn’t have no light at all and was easy to fall(dangerous situation). The stay included breakfast but if you take tours the breakfast starts at 8am and in holidays at 9am which i was not able to take advantage of that.

The property is nice and quiet, we will definitely be back. We did not like that they did not inform us that elevator was out of service. Also, when we entered they rudely told us that it was not a place for children when there is no indication about that on the website of the place.

El lugar para estacionarse está muy reducido y fue muy complicado meter el auto. La habitación 202 tiene cocineta y faltan vasos. Solo tiene una bata de baño y la reservación era para dos personas, la secadora de pelo no servía, en la recepción me prestaron una secadora. La cortina de la recámara estaba dañada,

Llegué al hotel y me dijeron que la plataforma no servía (para acceder a su diminuto estacionamiento se requiere el uso de una plataforma). Que si me quería quedar aún así o que si cancelaba la reservación. Como ya era tarde decidir quedarme uno de los dos días que había reservado y me garantizaron que como era imputable al establecimiento, ellos me iban a hacer la devolución del monto correspondiente y nunca lo hicieron. Cuando regreso después de algunos días me dicen que no tenían reporte y por tanto no podían hacer le devolución.

Excelente hotel! Lo unico es que x el momento esta bajo remodelacion la parte del sauna y del restaurant, asi que eso representa unos cuantos inconvenientes, pero de ahi en fuera, todo excelente!

El primer cuarto que me dieron olía terrible, y aunque saben que tienen el problema desde hace mucho tiempo, al día de hoy no han hecho nada para corregirlo, por lo anterior me cambiaron de cuarto el cual me gustó mucho, sin embargo en ambos cuartos las almohadas son malísimas!!!! Fue muy desagradable despertar con dolor de oídos y cabeza por esta razón, no se puede entender que no pongan el más mínimo de a esta situación

The hotel met my needs and amenities were as advertised. Located in a nice area, close to shopping and dining. I withheld stars from cleanliness because I found some hairs in the bathroom, there was a crushed Red Bull can in my kitchen upon arrival, and the sponge and rag provided for the dishes needed replacement.

Muy sucio, mi alojamiento estaba lleno de polvo, manchas por todas partes, desagüe de regadera tapada. Estacionamiento incómodo y muy sucio en un sótano muy pequeño, hay que avisar las horas de salida para elegir el lugar. Good: 1. The front desk staff was friendly and patient 2. The room was spacious Bad: 1.The bathroom window handle was broken, and it was tied with a piece of wire and could not be closed tightly. The room temperature was low, and the hot water was not warm so it was cold when taking a shower. Turning on the air conditioner did not help much. 2.On the second night, I found a large footprint-shaped stain on the bed sheet. Although it was washed, it was still faintly visible, which made me uncomfortable and reduced the sense of cleanliness. Because I was leaving, I did not tell the service staff. I hope that the next travelers will check it first.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí por la cercanía a mi actividad a la que iba. La primera vez todo súper bien en cuanto a limpieza y atención a excepción de la encargada de la cafetería que coincidió su poco trato amable esta segunda ocasión.! La limpieza dejó mucho que desear y no tuvimos agua caliente los 3 días que nos hospedamos. Donde el clima en la Ciudad de México era de 15 grados bañarse con agua fría no fue buena experiencia cuando somos de un clima cálido. Y no nos pudieron resolver lo del agua.

La propiedad y el servicio son buenos, céntrico y ubicado para nuestra necesidad en esa ocasión, cómoda y limpia. Los aspectos a mejorar para nosotros serian la calidad del Internet, mantenimientos menores (la llave del lavabo estaba floja), las amenidades (no había pantuflas como se indicaba en al reservar), no había tv abierta y el desayuno incluido es muy sencillo aunque estaba rico, en general es bueno para estancias de cortas. La habitación es grande con cocineta, refrigerador, horno de microondas y muy acogedora. Un 8.5 de 10!!! Gracias !!

La estancia fue muy cómoda, la habitación muy limpia, nos atendieron inmediatamente a nuestra llegada. Muy amables en recepción. Solamente considerar que la habitación tiene escaleras de caracol, no apto para personas mayores.

Buena opción si vienes al DF por algunos días. Las habitaciones son como pequeños departamentos con todo lo necesario para vivir y cocinar durante tu estancia. Además la ubicación del inmueble es inmejorable dentro de la Nápoles. Tiene cerca super mercados y restaurantes.

El hotel es muy comodo,buen desayuno incluido y el personal amable...exepto cuando se pasa uno de la hora oficial del checkout, nos retrasamos 30 minutos de la hora del checkout y nos hocieron 4 llamadas para que desocupara la habitacion, ningun hotel en el mundo me habia he ho eso, practicamente correrme del lugar por tetrazarme 30 minutos (11:30 en vez de 11:00 am)

Todo muy bien en cuanto al hotel pero no te cuidan las maletas una ves que haces el check out, eso me complico mucho por que mi vuelo salia en la noche y tuve que buscar donde dejar encargadas las maletas ( hay muy pocos lugares que ofrescan este servicio).

Hotel manager refused to honor my reservation. He said he never received the reservation even though the hotel confirmed the reservation several weeks before my stay. In short, the manager blatantly lied to me and did nothing to help me out. I had to fend for myself in a foreign city which I have never been in before. I wouldn't trust them!

The room was clean but it smell really bad(like toilet), the room didn’t have a coffee machine, i had to ask for it at the front desk, they gave me one and the room the first night had coffee cups but for the rest of the nights no coffee cups unless I buy more. During one of the dates the electricity of the place was off and they didn’t have a plan B to manage the situation. For this situation the elevator was not working which i can understand for the stairs didn’t have no light at all and was easy to fall(dangerous situation). The stay included breakfast but if you take tours the breakfast starts at 8am and in holidays at 9am which i was not able to take advantage of that.

Excelente hotel! Lo unico es que x el momento esta bajo remodelacion la parte del sauna y del restaurant, asi que eso representa unos cuantos inconvenientes, pero de ahi en fuera, todo excelente!
