Staff was very nice, the room itself and lobby areas were modern enough and clean. The pool furniture was horrible — not enough loungers, and those that were there were all broken, mostly with the sling fabric completely torn. The one lounger that was not torn was so warped and uncomfortable it wasn’t possible to sit by the pool comfortably. All the pool furniture needs immediate replacement as it seems like a safety concern (for example, you sit on the lounger only to break through and land hard on your rear on the pavement). If the pool furniture didn’t look like it was pulled out of the trash, I would have given this place 4 or even 5 stars.

super chill the Housekeeping and maintness folks are wonderful they take care of everything you need My Service dog loves his bed and so do I im sleeping like im a hibernating bear with ice cold ac omg lol best deal in the area the resturant is great the bar is chill com e have a fablous dinner relax poolside with a coctail the pool is very nice tempenture important to point out the pool get perfect shade and sun so the temperature of the pool is very nice refreshing and well maintained by staff.See you at the Wyndham Tempe soon Aloha

Picked this place at least in part because Expedia’s website advertised 24 hour airport shuttle, but it actually stopped at 9 pm so I had to pay $20 for Uber. Also, website advertised that restaurant was open until 10 pm, but had closed well before that when we got in around 9:45 so we had to order food delivered. Very noisy hallway outside our room in the morning.

Two of the three elevators did not work while I was there. Lots of constructions. It wasn't that convenient to get to the room. Clean and safe enough for business trip. Fast check in and out. No hassle, frills nor delicious chocolate chip cookies like they have at the double tree. I do appreciate having the shampoo and bath gels filled for the 4 nights I was there, unlike the Doubletree a block away.

If you want peace and quiet, stay somewhere else. If you love paper thin walls so you can hear everything in the next room, hallway and parking lot, then this is the place for you. The bed was so uncomfortable (super soft but not like pillow top stop, like broken springs so the bed had deep dips) that all 4 of us woke up with sore neck and shoulders. There were smashed cockroaches in the hallways. The toiletries in the shower were empty. The restaurant is extremely overpriced. It seemed like the only saving grace of our stay was going to be the pool but as we headed toward the pool, some guy slapped a “pool is closed for maintenance” sign on the door and when I asked if it would be down all night, he completely ignored me and walked off. So not only did the beds suck, the food sucked, the staff sucked. I’m convinced the good reviews on here are paid reviews because they couldn’t possibly have stayed at the same place as I did.

The rooms are ok, however the mattress suck! Super dirty and you can feel it cave in the middle. The pool was super dirty, doesn’t look like the filters are on. Also the bathrooms have no fans. No cameras outside, another guest car got broken in to right out side the side door.

Since there was only one employee check in took longer than expected. When I arrived to my room the slider door to the outside was unlocked. The bathtub looked like it had been painted and large chunks of paint were pealed off. The tub had hair and the sink was clogged.

The beds weren’t that comfortable. The door seemed as though someone kicked it down and they paid someone under the table to put it back. Just didn’t seem to align all the way. Otherwise the area is nice. Hotel was neat.

Hotel was a bit run down. Bed was bowed, kept sliding to the middle. Ac unit sounded like a locomotive. It was either hot or freezing in the room. Ceiling had a patch that needed painting, toilet rocked, shower was a disaster but learned soon enough that the water was being worked on. furniture a bit beat up, but seemed clean enough. The woman working the Front desk was lovely!

I like having a balcony and everything was clean. I was quite upset the room didn’t have, nor could we get, a microwave. We had to go down to the lobby and use the one in the “gift shop”

A very comfortable place to stay and close to the airport. The king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. There was a long table and chair to work at. I came during a major storm and the room had water coming in near the windows - but not enough to worry about. The restaurant had some strange hours, but there were not a lot of people staying there. I would have liked to be able to open a window for fresh air, but that was not possible. The staff was amazingly friendly, and Tian at the restaurant was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about a wide range of topics. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner in my room was so loud I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. They apparently had some renovations done but you could tell they just slapped paint on the walls and wasn’t very professional done. The location was good with access to the freeways. The staff were very nice and professional.

Everyone was rude: The young man who checked me in Thursday night, the morning barmaid was super rude dismissive and very snotty. The van driver was awesome. One of the morning managers was rude and too tired to offer minimal customer service. The second morning mgr in sharp contrast, went out of her way to be awesome

front desk staff was not happy with their job and were not welcoming and it took over an hour for them to get the airport shuttle to us in Terminal 4, section 7. We called first time at 7:13 pm . We were not picked up until after 8 pm. We had to call 4 times. He kept saying it was on its way - just 8 min, just 10 min. He was wrong. When asked about it when we arrived he said he was just too busy to keep track of everyone calling and wanting pick up. Too much to keep track of. He never apologized to us for the wait out in the cold and for misleading us about the pick up. Very diappointing. Will not use Wyndham againl.

Property is in a central location to get to other Valley Metro areas quickly - except for all the constant construction going on in AZ. Front desk staff is amazing and went above and beyond for our smallest needs to emergencies during our 7 day stay. Thank you to Gabby in the morning shift and Coco in the evening shift. You are both amazing people and are very much appreciated.!

The entire process of staying at this place was incredible. My flights were delayed and the hotel were very very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the neighbourhood felt very safe. 10/10.

This property doesn’t provide housekeeping services for 3 days intervals. It was so bad we tip 40.00 Just to assure that our room would be cleaned and it still wasn’t. Front desk didn’t do much to help either.

The staff at the check in desk were so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and looks immaculate. The restaurant was poor. The menu is very limited and every dish is such an overload of different flavours. We opted to get takeout (and we noticed LOADS of other takeout deliveries). The next morning we got breakfast. The member of staff behind the bar just shouted at customers to ask for their orders from behind it. One of our orders came out wrong and the pancake dish was far too many flavours on one plate. To top it off, the coffee tasted like it was the last dregs of the pot (really bitter and overly brewed), which was then confirmed when the staff member told the next table over that she needed to brew more coffee. Room was lovely - very comfortable and clean, but the air con was so loud! Overall, not worth the money.

Shuttle service did not run after 9:00 p.m. My flight arrived at 11:50 p.m. - I was told I had to find my own ride to hotel. Limited breakfast and dining options (high prices) No room service (website stated they had room service) No convenient food options outside hotel unless you had a vehicle or paid to have food delivered

I didn't like not having coffee available in the lobby self service. You could get coffee for $5 a cup in the restaurant. The restaurant menu was light on items to order. Would like to see more items offered to ordered but i will not be staying there again during my business trips to Phoenix

Overall, the hotel was average. It appeared the hotel rooms were recently renovated. The room & bathroom were clean but the beds were uncomfortable and pillows were flat. We had breakfast at their restaurant & the service was not good, (I don’t want to say poor.) Food was decent but coffee was nasty. Server did not appear to want to make a fresh pot of coffee which was disappointing!
