Too expensive for what you get. Basic room, not the best location. Average breakfast.

It was okay but don’t recommend for large groups. I brought 25 people with me, 7 rooms in total. We called them several times in advance to let them know we were having a pool party for my daughter’s birthday our first night. The pool was absolutely disgusting and it honestly ruined the whole thing. They said it would take 3 days to clean. One of my guests didn’t get the room they paid for: no pull out couch. They brought up the dirty patio mattresses from the pool area and tried to make that into a bed, which was completely unacceptable. One guest their AC didn’t work. They only give you 2 towels even if you have 4 to a room which was super annoying. I could barely get the soap to come out of the dispensers in the shower. My niece’s room sheets were dirty. They had to call 3 times and they stopped taking their call. My niece had to walk down the dirty bedding finally in order to get new bedding. And they only give you one key per room which is very unfortunate considering the key is required to stay in the room for the AC to work. I asked to speak to a manager but no one ever cared to call. The only thing I liked was the breakfast and it’s closeness to the Malecon.

The pool was very small and filthy. There were algae floating around. When we inquired, we were told it would be three days before it would be clean. The cleaning, maintenance and restaurant staff were all very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was clean; my only complaint is the space. It had a lot of furniture for a small room. The breakfast was good. They had a daily specialty item, and they cook your eggs to your liking. If not, there is a selection of items to choose from, even for those picky eaters.
