Sauberes kleines Zimmer in einer sehr guten Gegend mit Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Snack zum Frühstück. Kaffeemaschine mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Sehr praktisch.

A great place to stay for a weekend trip to Rome, safe location and the cleaner is very friendly. However , I do not rate the breakfast website said continental breakfast I do not classify some sachets of jam and a shop brought croissant as breakfast May as well have said breakfast not included. Note the cafes just down the street all do a great breakfast! Also stated there was an iron but there was not. Don’t let these slight blemishes distract from the fact that this is still a great little location that is good value for money.

This was a little unconventional. It’s not a real hotel, but there was someone on site that provided a key and showed us how to access our room. The elevator was tiny, but was grateful we didn’t have to carry our luggage up all the flights of stairs. The room was just a bedroom and bathroom. It was small but very nice. There was a nespresso machine and several snacks available in the room. There was a common area for four rooms that also had some amenities available. Overall it was a nice stay and well appointed room.

Fairly easy check-in once we found the property which was a little difficult as we had to find our way once leaving the bus. The property and room itself was excellent. Clean and comfortable and the housekeeper was friendly and very helpful. Good continental breakfast which was replenished every day with items such as milk/juice and water in a good little fridge. Very good aircon and lovely bathroom which was clean daily. Overall a very nice stay.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au sein de la residenza Cavour,. idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, à 15mn à pieds du Vatican, à 10mn du métro. Le propriétaire, Cristian était à notre service, notamment pour le petit déjeuner de notre fils, en nous trouvant du chocolat en poudre 👍. La literie est de qualité, la chambre est propre, le linge de lit est changé tous les 3 jours. La salle de bain dispose de produits de toilette (savon, shampooing et savon liquide). La chambre dispose d'un mini frigo et d'une cafetière à dosette Nespresso et vous avez accès à une bouilloire, un micro-ondes, des dosettes de café, du thé. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est apporté lors du ménage (brioches, biscottes, beurre et confiture, yaourts, jus de fruits). L'immeuble dispose d'un gardien en journée.

This is a room with a ensuite in an apartment building. “Breakfast” was milk, yogurt, and pre packed cookies. Having a mini fridge in the room was awesome, as we purchased groceries for our own breakfast and packing lunch. Location was excellent. We walked to all the major attractions (Colosseum was the furthest which was a 50 minute walk). The AC was so lovely after coming out of the heat. The restaurant right at the entrance was delicious and convenient. The bed was not very comfortable but it was okay. I wish there was a blanket—there was only a top sheet. Not that it was cold, but between the hard bed and no blanket, it just wasn’t overly comfortable.

Nice little spot with elevator if you need. Great little section with brochures and maps for things to do around Rome. The breakfast included is small but loved having AC. Nice and safe location with an easy walk to the Vatican and downtown without having to be right in city centre.

Vi var på dette hotellet i 4 netter. Hvis du leter etter et «ordentlig» hotel, så er ikke dette noe for deg. Når vi kom til gaten hotellet ligger i, ble vi møtt av et leilighetskompleks. Vi måtte gå opp 3 etasjer (vi syns ikke heisen virka helt bra, den så ut som et bur), hver dag. Vi ble møtt av en veldig hyggelig mann i en veldig liten «stue». Der var det 3 rom, og et «staff» rom. «Frokost inkludert» kan tolkes så som så. Det var en skål med en ferdiglaget criossant, noe syltetøy, masse kjeks i poser og cornflakes. Rommet er også utstyrt med kaffemaskin, vannkoker, te og kaffe. Rommet er veldig ålreit, med både toalett og dusj, hver for seg. Personalet er veldig hyggelig, men minuset er at «hotellet» er såpass lite (3 rom), og at det er lite «hotell i storby»-følelse. Bildene er ikke noe likt det hotellrommet vi fikk.

Cercherò di essere onesta. Ci sono punti a favore e a sfavore. Appena entrati la camera era a posto. La temperatura era gradevole considerando che fuori c'era veramente freddo. Il materasso era comodo, cosa che non capita spesso. Però, c'era una marea di polvere, evidentemente si sono dimenticati di passare almeno un swiffer sotto al letto, sui comodini e in bagno. C'erano macchie sulle lenzuola, la stanza per tre persone era veramente troppo piccola. Colazione già pronta, tutto l'occorrente in camera, va bene per chi è abituato a prodotti preconfezionati. Ma non c'era purtroppo lo spazio vitale per far colazione in tre. Un tavolino minuscolo con solo due sedie. La terza persona doveva stare sul letto, troppo distante dal tavolino. Diciamo che per la zona in cui si trova, Prati, e per il prezzo pagato, la sistemazione è accettabile. Però ecco, almeno maggiore attenzione nelle pulizie. Ah, in bagno mancava il bidet. Magari per qualcuno potrebbe essere superfluo, ma per altri è fondamentale.

This was a decent place to stay given the low price point. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, but again, it was a low price point. It was a bit difficult to get into the building at check in. Make sure to tell them ahead of time when you will be arriving or else there might not be someone there. There was no one at check out, so we just let the keys in the room.

Clean, quiet, small yet well thought out space that is best suited for an independent traveler. Cristian was super helpful & promptly responded when we had a heating glitch which he kindly resolved. We would definitely stay there again (pending availability) but they tend to sell out quickly.

It was very nicely located, just a footwalk from the vatican city and very close to the next metro station. Still, It was very loud from the busy street and also because it was generally poorly soundproofed and I heard every step in my neighbourroom. The „breakfast included“ were some yoghurt and milk in the refrigetator & some packed croissants and breakfast Cookies & a coffee machine. The butter in the fridge was expired… And another point: it felt very anonym and when I arrived, I couldnt get into the appartment first and nobody answered the phone… honestly, for the price its just Fine and Christian was very friendly when I decided to check out a day early :) so I‘d say it‘s a 50/50 recommendation :)

We arrived late at night and after the property’s check in time schedule (ends at 7pm) but Christian (owner/ manager) was so nice to wait for us and checked us in with no glitch. He was sympathetic to the fact that we had a late arrival and a long flight Room was clean and well kept. Property is walking distance to most sights and even to the nearest metro (Lepanto) Will definitely stay here again when we will revisit Rome and will definitely recommend to friends and family
We arrived late at night and after the property’s check in time schedule (ends at 7pm) but Christian (owner/ manager) was so nice to wait for us and checked us in with no glitch. He was sympathetic to the fact that we had a late arrival and a long flight Room was clean and well kept. L'endroit est très agréable cependant notre arrivée a été terrible car il n'y avait personne pour nous recevoir. Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure et il n'y avait pas de réponse lorsque nous sonnions à la porte. Un gentil garçon qui habitait l'immeuble nous a fait rentrer et nous sommes allés cogner à la porte sans réponse. Une heure plus tard, le portier est arrivé et il a communiqué avec le propriétaire. Celui-ci m'a dit sur un ton très sec que je n'avais pas répondu à son courriel du 13. J'étais partie depuis le 12, j'avais un numéro de confirmation et j'avais payé avec Expédia. Le propriétaire m'a dit qu'étant donné que je n'avais pas répondu à son courriel de confirmation, il ne s'était pas dérangé. C'est finalement le portier qui nous a débarré la porte 2 heures plus tard ce qui nous a fait perdre une partie de la soirée. L'endroit est très beau, la chambre est propre mais le propriétaire n'est pas respectueux avec la clientèle.

Jennifer and Alex gave us excellent customer service. They communicated using WhatsApp which is very convenient and they answer very quickly. Alex was really good at arranging transportation in regards to the airport. Jennifer was ready good at accommodating us and letting us know that we had let the door open.

The check in process was not that pleasant, the guy in charge to guide me through the check-in steps was very rude to me when I call him because the instructions were not the clear to me, so he got upset and started yelling at me. We had a late flight and our arrival at the hotel was late, we were tired and all we just wanted was to have a easy time to relax but that was not possible at all, the room wasn’t big enough for three persons!!;( The cleaning lady was very helpful she gave us extra towels and reply to my questions with kindness!!;)

Vanessa was really helpful. She gave lots of suggestions and made us feel comfortable during our stay. The room was nice and clean. They left us small treats/ snacks everyday. Our transport to the airport was also arranged. We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Cavour.

I would recommend this property. It is in a lovely neighbourhood only a few minutes from the metro station. Access instructions were easy to follow for self check-in. Breakfast was ample but if you need more I would recommend Il Gianfirnaio around the corner. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Per i nostro secondo week end a Roma abbiamo deciso di tornare alla residenza Cavour, la struttura è ben curata, gli arredi sono moderni. La posizione è ottima vicinissima alla fermata della metro Lepanto che collega in poche fermate la stazione termini, a pochi passi c’e una bella via dello shopping è molti ristoranti! Ci ritornerò sicuramente👍

Nice little spot with elevator if you need. Great little section with brochures and maps for things to do around Rome. The breakfast included is small but loved having AC. Nice and safe location with an easy walk to the Vatican and downtown without having to be right in city centre.

The property is very nice in a beautiful building. Good location The shower ran hot and cold. Breakfast was inconsistent, on the first morning we were left a small cornflakes each , a roll with butter and jam and milk in the fridge and a yoghurt. however the second morning there was no replacement cereal and no replaced jams. 3rd morning, new milk but again no cereal, still no replacement jams and only 1 yogurt which we had not eaten from the previous day, and no new ones left. If breakfast had been consistent, it would have been ample for us Enjoyed Rome, lots of history

Located in a very good part of town. The Vatican was in walking distance as well as places to eat. Traveling around via Uber was easy and cheap as most things were withing 10-15 minutes. The room was always stocked with water and the air conditioning worked very well. Room is a bit small but it delivered all our needs. Highly recommend. There is no front desk to check in but the hosts give you a very detailed instructions to get into your room.

The room was great because it had three beds. The shower needs a curtain. The shower allows too much water to flood the floor. There is a large common area that allows for coffee and eating. There would be more useful space in the room if the in room coffee bar and table were removed. You could replace with folding luggage racks and it would give the room more space. The vibe of the building is awesome. Once we found our room it was great. I would recommend. The location was perfect for us.
