Loved this hotel. Cleanliness, customer service, location, breakfast buffet, gym. Coffee shop and convenience store located in the same building too. Huge bathroom counter for my toiletries and make-up, loved the bathrobes, wifi in rooms, and distinct front exterior entrance to the hotel.

Bed sheet had black colour dirties but house keeping did not discover. Report to front desk manager, asked house keeping to change all new bedding stuffs. I stayed 5 days, no refill of tea bed and paper cup (for normal water drinking and tooth brushing). 1st had 4 cups, the last day has 1 cup. It is not making sense for me to have 3 people in this booking. I do not recommended this hotel.

ホテルのフロントなどの接客はとても良い。朝食は、会場が最上階（27階）で快適。食品数も多く満足だった。連泊したが、2日目のバスタブに髪の毛が残ったまま。使ったタオルも交換していない。細かい点でいえば2個あるトイレットパーのうち、使い終えた1つは補充もされないまま。アメニティが準備されていないことも含めて、次回の宿泊は避けたいと思った。

While there were a few minor maintenance issues with our room (some of the power outlets were not working, refrigerator door wouldn’t shut, hotel wifi cut out), the staff were so responsive and had it all fixed by the very next day. Amazing responsiveness and politeness. The location of the hotel was way above expectation. Quiet area but only a short walk to Myeongdong Market. For our family’s first visit to Seoul, it was perfect.

Nice hotel within walking distance of many tourist attractions. My room was comfortable with a nice view, and the hotel staff was professional & friendly. Dining choices are a bit limited, and it is difficult to find a place to enjoy a cocktail. The hotel was reasonably priced however, and I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong in Seoul.

Well, the rooms are small and old. Especially, the bathrooms have an old, tired look. The breakfast doesn't look appetizing, so we didn't opt for it. The service staff are okay, not as warm as we expected. The location was good, right beside the subway.

Okay, so this spot was gold…with a couple hiccups. First room had that ‘grandma’s basement’ carpet vibe when we walked in — nah. But shoutout to the front desk squad, they switched me to a fresh room on the same floor in, like, two minutes. Legends. First night, our toilet decided to have a mini-meltdown. Freaked for a sec, but maintenance came through fast and sorted it. Bless. Breakfast was decent — nothing mind-blowing, but solid fuel to start the day. Overall, def worth the stay if you wanna be in the thick of it without breaking the bank. Would 100% book again. 👌

スタッフは日本語を話せる方もいますし、皆様親切で安心です。フロントにはwowpassの機械もあるので空港や電車の駅より、焦らず発行できました。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物も向こうから預かるか聞いてくださって助かりました。最寄り駅はすぐですし、明洞からも徒歩5分程なので立地も良いです。すぐ横の敷地が工事中なのでうるさいかもしれないと耳栓が用意してありましたが、私達は夜に帰ってきて、早めの時間に出てしまったのでその辺は分かりませんでした。

Very well maintained property. Everything was top notched during our stay. The whole hotel has a very luxurious feel. Special thanks to one of the front desk staff (forgot to ask for his name) who helped us to get a jumbo taxi despite us not booking a day in advance.

明洞中心部へ散歩程度で行ける様な程よく離れた位置にあり、地下鉄の駅にも近くとても良いロケーションなのでアクセスを重視される方にお勧めです。また、ホテル自体がとてもこじんまりしていて豪華さはありませんが清潔感があること、閑静なロケーションなので観光後にホテルてゆっくりしたい方にもお勧めです。

It’s a good option for getting around. However, it’s quite expensive for what it is, a 4-star property. It seems more suited to the bottom end of a 4-star property. The breakfast was disappointing. As a tip, don’t pay for breakfast throughout your stay. Just try it if it suits you, and then pay on-site. Otherwise, you’re getting a mediocre average breakfast setup for what it seems.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong. The location was close to Myeongdong shopping street. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, and the staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were very spacious and well thought-out. We found that our mattress had a strange smell (even after we had our sheets changed), but other than that, our room was very comfortable.

Allt var jättebra (läget, städningen, rummet, bemötandet) utom frukosten som vi betalade extra för. Utbudet var OK (normalt/genomsnittligt utbud och kvalitet) men det var ofta tomt på faten så man fick gå hungrig därifrån. Det såg tråkigt ut med de tomma smuliga faten och kändes inte proffsigt.
