Nice size sound proofed room. Loved the location, only a couple of minutes walk from airport limousine bus stop and right in the heart of things at Myeongdong. Breakfast was good and varied, with nice omlettes cooked to order. The nespresso coffee machine near reception was great touch. Self serve laundry useful. Staff were amazing, my husband lost his wedding ring as we moved hotel from here to L7 in Gangnam. The ring was located and left for us to collect back at Myeongdong. We were so happy and thankful to recover this. Love this place.

At first was quite pleasing booked L7 Hotel Is close to everything shopping food and night market. The elevator in the hotel is very bad. (Very Slow).Usually, you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for one elevator to open the door.. The rooms are very small, but clean. Laundry should have more washer, and dryer machine! Two of each for such big building is not working!

This is my second trip to Korea, and this hotel was in the perfect location. Its right in the heart of the downtown Myeongdong shopping area and where all of the food stalls are at night. There are tons of pharmacies, restaurants and convenience stores right nearby and it is half a block from where the Incheon Airport Limousine Bus picks up, saving money on your airport run. There is a small gym in the building (only 2 treadmills and some small weights), and a scale near the front desk so you can check your luggage weight. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Whenever I return to Myeongdong I will absolutely be staying here.

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Free bottled water in the room and water refilling stations available at the end of the hallway. Free Nespresso on the 3rd floor; just bring your cup from your room. Location was great as it was close to subway stations and tours meet in front of the hotel. It's also next to 7-eleven which is great for things you need when all other stores are closed. Multi-level Daiso is also just in front of the hotel. The Myeongdong night market is just behind the hotel so you know you won't go hungry at night. Twosome Place is also located at the ground floor of the hotel. It's a place where you can grab breakfast, snacks, bingsu, etc. Food choices along the street of where the hotel is located are vast. Also, the limousine airport bus stops just a few steps away from the hotel which was convenient for us since our flight out to Incheon was super early that Arex was not operational yet. Also, if you get to the hotel earlier than check-in time, they'll let you leave your luggage with them so you can start touring the area. I recommend this hotel hands down.

Beautiful hotel with great view. Very comfortable room. Great location. Very nice cleaning staff. Rooms are lovely as are all L7 hotels. Front desk was helpful. Airport limo bus right out front was great. The big swinging front door was annoying especially when coming in with luggage. 1st floor staff welcomes you with elevator but no help with door. Rooftop foot spa was underwhelming. Beer selection at rooftop bar was limited.

場所は明洞駅を出たらすぐで、夜も遅くまで周辺のナイトマーケットに出かけられるし、素晴らしい立地です。初めて泊まったのは10年以上前でとても綺麗でしたが、今は施設が古いだけでなく、少し清潔感がなくなってます。ルームクリーリングもしっかりしてくれますが、根本的な清潔感がありません。例えばタオルが古く清潔な感じもしませんし、シャワールームのタイルにはカビが残ったままです。決して悪いホテルですありませんが、特に家族で泊まる場合はコスパが悪すぎてこの値段を払うなら、他のホテルのほうが良いかもしれません。

I was quite disappointed with my stay at L7. First, the floor when we entered our room was sticky, and I felt that the room wasn’t very clean. I was also a little disappointed that their late check out was 1pm, as normally at this price point in Asia, they make accommodation for 2pm check out. This was fine except the morning of check out, our room had NO HOT WATER. This was unacceptable to me, I’ve never stayed at a hotel that ran out of hot water. While the issue was promptly taken care of, it still caused an hour delay, where we couldn’t shower & get ready for the day. Because of this, I asked for an additional 30 mins for checkout and was granted a 1:30pm check out only to be called at 1pm rushing us to check out our room. Again, this was a first for me, have never been asked to check out just a few mins after check out time, esp when we were granted a later time. Out of my 5 times to Seoul, this hotel was just as expensive as some way nicer alternatives such as Ryse, which is normally my go-to and my recommendation for anyone who’s willing to spend ~$250-300/night

Second stay with my family here. While location is fantastic, there are still a few areas that can be improved. Frosted with transparent bathroom wall makes showering extremely challenging for non-couple roommates. My sister had to use towels and tapes to block the transparent area so she can shower in peace while my dad remains in the room. We are also not able to hang our towels and clothes inside the bathroom since there are no hooks available. You end up having to step into the bedroom to do your cleaning up and dressing. Again, non couple roommates will find this an extreme challenge.

Lovely room with a view of the Namsan Tower. Decent size room. Pillows a bit soft but no other complaints. Extremely close to subway and for the Airport bus which avoids changing on the subway and brining suitcases up steps. Rooms remarkably quiet. I heard very little noise. Concierge and front desk were the standout, so polite and attentive! Great people to practice our very limited Korean. Location could not have been better: 6001 and 6015 airport bus dropped us steps away from the hotel, night market was behind the building, 7-elevens everywhere, Michelin star restaurant right on the corner, and so much more we didn't have time to explore. Will definitely book this hotel again!

Is my second time stay in L7 Myeongdong. I love the location, just next to the bustling Myeongdong shopping street but yet quiet. Many eateries and convenient shops around . Subway station is just 2 mins walk. Their staffs are all friendly and approachable, especially front desk Bella and Wendy. Also level 1 staff Mijung Oh. She’s always greeted us warmly with a smile when we return to hotel. There’s always a staff on level 1 so I feel safe when back to hotel. Room size is decent but clean. Love it they have Netflix channel and can continue to watch Kdrama at night. Will definitely stay in this hotel when visit Seoul.

Located in the heart of Myeongdong this clean and friendly staffed hotel is walking distance from Myeongdong Market and Namsan Tower, which I had a great view of from my room. Great location for our first time visit to Seoul. We walked out the door, behind the hotel was the street market at night and a ton of shops. The Myeongdong station was in front of the hotel with plenty of taxi’s and Ubers easily available. Bus tours to the DMZ pickup was also right by hotel. K-pop music played through the market but the hotel is quiet. Breakfast at Float was very good with a nice variety of western and Korean food to choose from.

An excellent stay for if this is your first time in Seoul! It is convenient and amazing for getting around the city with the subway being right next to the hotel. Very clean and lovely staff, has got a good cafe at the bottom of the hotel which helped with breakfast.

This is an excellent location near subway, large department stores and Myeong Dong night market. Rooms are very good but the bathrooms are quite small. The bidet is functional out of date. The guest laundry is a big plus. Each load is 5000 but oddly only 1000 won bills are accepted. Breakfast buffet fine for a the first day or so but after that I feel you are better off walking around the area to find local breakfast spot.
