Suite Room Fiumicino

The hotel was great. It was located within a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. The breakfast offered by the hotel was perfect. The sitting and garden areas around the hotel were relaxing.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. The parking is tight but doable.

The property was well maintained and clean. Enough room for parking my rental car in a secured and locked area. Without a key, you're not getting in.My room was clean and roomy..My bathroom was biig and had a big showee with good water pressure. The main receptionist , ( forgive me, I can't pronounce or spell her name properly) Schichona was an absolute treasure. I'll give her a 12 out of 10. She was so helpful and friendly. Answered every question and looked things up. Called for taxis, made your coffee and served breakfast. I can't say enough about how good she was. I'd hire her in a heartbeat. If the property gets this comment, it hope that they correct her name on here for me. Roberto was pretty nice guy too! They have secured parking if you have a car. 15 minutes from FCO. Walking distance to beach, shopping and good restaurants. All kinds of transportation options if you want to go into the heart of Rone too and not that far. You get a decent room, breakfast in the morning and free parking .and the price is right! I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint, if it really even is a complaint is having to use 3 different keys, 4 if you have a car and using the gate. Its not a big deal thought. Also has a very well maintained back patio if you want to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Patio tables and chairs provided. I would definitely reccomend staying here!!

Parking was very easy and safe (right inside the property).The room and the bathroom were very clean. The air-conditioning and the wifi worked well. Great location, very close to the Fiumicino airport. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was really good with many options to choose from. Our only recommendations are for the management to replace the double or queen size mattress for a firmer one, it was rather too soft and uncomfortable. Also, the bed sheets and pillow cases looked old and too worn-out, which made them seemed dirty, instead of fresh and clean. We spent only one night before flying home.

I didnt like that i didnt have the freedom to leave the property when i desired. If you have an early morning flight, those no way to check out, leave your keys behind and exit the locked gate.

Room was spotless and well-appointed with plenty of pillows, towels, drinking water and cups. Lovely spacious bathroom with soaps provided in wall dispenser form. There was a nice selection of options for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and obviously well cared for. Staff was extremely welcoming! We would stay here again.

The room was dirty full of Pubic hair of the previous guest in the shower . Not a good coordination between front desk and restaurant . Not good for a Hilton

We had a very short stay here, arriving late in the evening and leaving very early in the morning for a flight. It was a pleasure to find this room was spacious for 4 of us (3 beds) and very clean and well maintained.

This property is a short walk from the beach. You can go for a dip or just enjoy the sunset while watching planes fly in and out of the airport. The staffs were wonderful. Very helpful, very kind. The particular room I stayed in was a bit underwhelming. The mini fridge kept making a loud gurgling sound every hour or so. The air conditioner had a constant clicking noise. The bed was heavily indented in the middle. I had to sleep with my feet towards the headboard to not feel like I’m sleeping with my feet in the air.

We stayed here for a short one night stay, arrived at the property late (1am ish) which management was very accommodating for. Before we even made it to the room, we found it extremely difficult to get a non-overpriced taxi to Fiumicino from the airport. We we're not too impressed with the room, it was a little outdated, and needs quite a bit of love (shower curtain hanging by zip-ties for example). Although management was very nice in the morning for breakfast - it was also very loud in the room. We could hear everything in the hall and dining area.

thin walls noisy at night

Reception staff very nice and helpful, showed us directions to restaurants for dinner and helped us booking transportation taxi to FCO airport, taxi arrived to the hotel on time to pickup us at 6:30am, took 10 minutes drive to airport terminal 1, price reasonable, charged Euros 25.00 for 4 people.

Shaz was exceptional help!! So is Mr. Roberto!!

In September, this entire area is a ghost town. Not as convenient as they claim. The drive to the airport is 15-20 minutes not 7 minutes as they claim.

This was a nice option for the city of Rome. If you want to be near the beach in Rome or close to the airport it’s perfect. The host was great with communication. Room was clean and comfortable. 4/5!

Take the bus! Taxi drivers for the 10 minute drive to this area is a total ripoff! I was charged 30 Euros for this short drive and apparently that was "reasonable". The public bus is around 7.50 Euros and leaves you a short walk from the hotel but if you with suitcases then it's too far. Bus is good for backpackers without suitcases. Unit was very basic and good enough for sleep, but anywhere else in the world would have been half the price. Needless to say the unit itself is way over priced. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was great but it doesn't the overcharging on tourists. Small room with a private washroom. Very clean but mattress was sinking from being worn. Area is very safe, beach vibe, and very clean.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and welcoming. Arranged for a taxi when needed. The room was decent, albeit a little bit worn down in terms of working lights and the state of the bathroom. Everything in the bathroom worked well though. Good aircondition and a mini fridge. The breakfast was ok. If you have allergies or celiac disease, bring your own food or eat elsewhere.

5 minutes from the beach, close to airport, great breakfast.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel location was not in the best part of town.. but I felt safe there. Close to the airport, they provided me a taxi's phone number to contact them. Overall a cute cozy & comfortable place to stay. I recommend it. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. They could have provided fresh brewed coffee instead of instant.

Small choice for breakfast

Large room and shower for Europe. Basic continental breakfast but staff opened service early to allow us to eat before our airport departure and called a taxi for us. 25 euro charge even though very close. 10-15 drive even though looks very close on map. Great to be close to airport but not a place to vacation. 5 star basic stay, not a “Ritz”. Live check in until 23:00.
