Such a fun place to stay. Love the retro. Only complaint is that coffee isn't available until 7am at the hotel. Any way to add coffee machines in the rooms?

This RoadRunner motel was true to its 1950 intended vibe. Thus: no refrigerator or microwave. Safe, though I might look elsewhere next time. I did not see others more promising.

My wife fell in love with this place instantly. Great location. Has a 50/60's vibe. Easy parking right in front of the room. Key was in the room and the radio was on playing time period music. Classic Rambler vehicle parked at entrance. Doesn't have coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, but is a great lodge for an overnight while on the road. We went to the POWOW restaurant down the road, had a good steak, and enjoyed live country music.

I loved walking in and hearing the old music and old commercials playing on the Victrola. Everything was comfortable and enjoyed the firepit at night.

Not a fancy high-end place but clean, comfortable and retro fun. Was quieter than hotels near the interstate. Don't expect frig, microwave or coffeemaker but there is coffee in the morning at the lobby. Squeaky floor in bathroom made me feel sorry for whoever was below us. Friendly and nostalgic place.

This is an old motel, and they lean into that with the vibe and decor. Very quaint! Don't expect a 4-star full-service hotel and it's fine. Staff are friendly. Coffee/tea available in the morning. Was a fun experience overall. The folks next to us stayed up all night talking which was somewhat disturbing, apparently the walls are not insulated. It is as advertised “a 50’s motel along Route 66. Parking was plentiful and convenient as we were pulling a small trailer. Probably will not stay there on future trips.

We stayed here because it was dog friendly. The room and establishment are from the old route 66 era. Despite being advertised as retro, and it was, it was also in poor shape. Our room was very small and had nowhere to put luggage or toiletries. The room had a musty smell that triggered our allergies and the bathroom had no fan so you can guess how thay effected the room after use. I made the mistake of booking 3rd party and ended up paying almost 150 for the night. The owner/manager was nice and helpful and making the best out of an old relic of a hotel but we will stay elsewhere next time through.

We stayed in a pet friendly room and it was super cute. There was a small dog play area which was very welcome after a long day in the car. There were too many shag rugs for a pet friendly room and previous guests had soiled them. I kept my pup in his crate most of the time as I’m sure he would’ve peed on top of them!

Amazing. They called to see what time we'd be arriving and gave instructions for check-in. I love that they have kept this Route 66 motel in such great condition. The room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We chose it because of the reviews, and it did not disappoint. We left before office was open, but there was a key drop to make things simple.

This is the cleanest hotel/motel room I have stayed at in years. The room was simple, adorable, and so clean! Check in was easy and friendly. It was awesome to see people out in the courtyard by the fire pit enjoying the evening. Highly recommend staying here over any chain hotel any day.

The room was quite clean and very fun - great retro decor! We loved the radio playing old music especially, what fun! The Moon Pies they left for us were great, too. Outdoors, there's a small yard where dogs can be off leash safely and a very nice fire pit. The overall experience was quite pleasant!

I would highly recommend the roadrunner hotel, staff both checking in and checking out were absolutely amazing, very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for trying to contact me when I left my book in your reception, Our room was very spacious, very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Great restoration of a classic Sixties motor lodge, and our quartet of Boomers was old enough to vouch for its authenticity! Rooms are small by today's standards, but the beds were comfortable, and the details - classic radio, magazines, snacks - made it even more fun.

I have stayed here before and really enjoyed it, however, this time was a little bit less magical. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk seemed annoyed that we had arrived, and wasn’t particularly welcoming. Instead of telling us anything about the property or anything like that he simply said “if you wanna know anything there’s a sheet on the bed for you.” I don’t know, I just felt really impersonal compared to last time. The room was pretty plain compared to previous rooms. I’ve stayed in, and the air conditioning did not work very well at all. It was quite hot in the room. The beds were very comfortable though and everything else worked just fine. Dining options in the area are very scarce so make sure that you keep that in mind when booking.

Get an amazing taste of old America…vanishing America really. This spot is excellent the staff are lovely. A great place to sit back and chill especially after a long drive. I felt very safe here too, sat out by the fire pit with lights and tikis everyone who stays here is very nice too. Ill be back!

Our check in was excellent even after reserving our room just 5 minutes prior to arriving! David at the front desk was just a great guy and directed us to a great restaurant. Del’s on Route 66 is a great eatery!

This motel is by far one of the best places i’ve stayed at! Gal in the office was so sweet and helpful! She even checked on us after we got to our room to make sure we were all set! We are traveling with our pup and they left a very nice metal bowl, a cute towel and a complimentary treat for use while we are here! There is a fenced dog area which i love! Very cozy and the theme is spectacular! If i come through the area in the future we will ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Highly recommend to everyone looking for a nice quiet spot!

Incredible place. Extremely charming and the owner David is great. Awesome place if you’re traveling with pets. His welcome treats are a nice touch. The rooms are decorated in such a beautiful nostalgic style. Can’t wait to get back there soon. Del’s Diner is a really short walk and had a great steak! Highly recommend staying at The Roadrunner Lodge.

We were traveling with our dog and they welcomed her as a guest. We arrived after the lobby had closed so they called us and made arrangements so we could get into our room. We walked in and found treats and gifts addressed to our pooch. The room was perfect retro 60's mod. Loved it and will always stay here!

Really cool vintage boutique hotel on Route 66. Great service. We were gonna be late and the staff worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a dog and they set aside treats and a water bowl prior to our arrival. Just make sure you bring bug spray!!! Overall a good experience.

I have stayed here before and really enjoyed it, however, this time was a little bit less magical. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk seemed annoyed that we had arrived, and wasn’t particularly welcoming. Instead of telling us anything about the property or anything like that he simply said “if you wanna know anything there’s a sheet on the bed for you.” I don’t know, I just felt really impersonal compared to last time. The room was pretty plain compared to previous rooms. I’ve stayed in, and the air conditioning did not work very well at all. It was quite hot in the room. The beds were very comfortable though and everything else worked just fine. Dining options in the area are very scarce so make sure that you keep that in mind when booking.

Overall, a very nice stay at the property. The area that the property is in is being gentrified so it is not an a pristine area, but the hotel seems safe and is very clean and updated. The owner greeted us and he was very nice and gave us a history of the property.

Friendly people. Very nice property. Was excited to be able to easily do a load of laundry. Know that if you come into town on a Sunday, there will not be a lot of places to eat. Definitely a great stay.

Not a fancy high-end place but clean, comfortable and retro fun. Was quieter than hotels near the interstate. Don't expect frig, microwave or coffeemaker but there is coffee in the morning at the lobby. Squeaky floor in bathroom made me feel sorry for whoever was below us. Friendly and nostalgic place.

Charming motel, glad we got to stay there. If you want the old fashioned feeling of a Route 66 Motel, stay here. Music plays in your room with old commercials. They recommended eating dinner at Dell's (which was amazing) and breakfast at Kix on 66, a super cute diner with great food.

Very fun taste of Americana. Fun memorabilia in the lobby is worth half the cost of the room. Staff was friendly and entertaining. The rooms are vintage with 1940-50 radio shows playing when you enter the room. The mattress was not vintage, was very comfortable.
